I just realized it's impossible. xD. Unless you used inscription of the stars to match my jounin's speed, then we could do a double lariat to the enemy. o.o

well duh i'd use my inscription xD or you could you know, slow down xD
or we could make jutsu's to use in conjunction with each other. like create a flaming tornado, or a box around the opponent covered on the inside with my explosive tag seals

I could use a Blazing Clone, while you stick them in a tornado with Fuuton :Chaos Theory o.o.
Basically, get them stuck in the small tornado, then detonate the clone near it. Ta-da~ Flame Tornado. : D.
I dunno about the box though, maybe I could...run around the opponent so fast while placing tags on him like crazy?
