"Indentured servitude. Yes, that could work. Fine. We will implement these ideas and eliminate only those that will not fit into any of the workplaces. We need not be too hasty in eliminating much of the population. I must remind myself of this" Damien said. Personally he thought eliminating the 'lesser races' would give more room for his Diethelmian people, which he believed were living in too cramped a space for his liking, but if he simply removed the other people and forced them into service for the Diethelmians, that would work too. "As long as this doesn't wind up being too costly. Otherwise those who suggested this will be dealing with the consequences" he added, coldly.

Monica took notes of the suggestions and what the absolute leader wanted done. She smirked as she had not suggested anything brash like these guys. Of course though, if the absolute leader wanted it done, it would be done without hesitation.

Damien then turned to Monica. "So how is the investigation with those who tried to poison everyone going?" he asked her.

Monica was listening to her earpiece before Damien called her. She looked a little bothered at first but pressed her lips together until she was called. "There haven't been any leads yet. It seems like a ghost organization. But it seems we have another problem on our hands. The secret police have just retrieved the clips of this morning's news in the other continent. Many of them are framing Diethelm for the disappearance of a foreign noble that came with the royal family of *insert country name here* to the conference of world leaders. The other countries are also outraged at this news so another war in the near future... Is likely to happen if diplomatic relations are not kept"

There were a few gasps and some of the officers looked at each other and then at Damien, wondering what his response to this would be.

"WHAT?!!" Damien exclaimed "I want to see these clips, NOW!!!". He was now enraged.

The generals shook at Damien's reaction. People were called in, and in no time at all, they had brought up these clips which were, of course, censored by the Deithelm government. It showed pictures of the blond man being tortured by Diethelm soldiers, and was obviously fake to anyone who was in the Diethelm military: the ranks on the uniform were fake, and one with those ranks would not be working in the torture department. The uniform was hand made rather then manufactured, and the boots were the wrong style, even if they did look similar. Also, the interior of the building looked nothing like any of the Diethelm torture cells, and even if they did, getting this information out would be near impossible. But considering civilians and foreign nations wouldn't know these basic Diethelm military facts, they could easily have mistaken the video for something real.

Damien rubbed the bridge of his nose with a white gloved hand and groaned. "Well it seems an emergency diplomatic mission is in order. Who's going to go?" he asked.

The generals looked around the table silently, then looked up at Damien, thinking it was a rhetorical question.

Shadow got a phone call from one of her customers who was also part of the secret police. She let out a small grimace at the emergency call, but got dressed up in her male Diethelm uniform and dressed up as a boy again. She left a note for the prince, just in case he woke up before she got back, and she road to the temporary HQ. 'Could they have picked an even worse time?' she thought as she parked her bike and entered the headquarters, slipping through security, acting as a jolly young soldier, and heading to where she was called to.

Damien looked around. "Are all of you stupid or just cowards?" he growled. "Well, it seems I will have to go myself because no one else seems to feel like it". His anger was very apparent in his voice.

The generals looked at him and swallowed hard. "What about the ambassadors?" one general asked. Of course, none of the ambassadors were aloud into the meeting, but something like this would definitely be their job.

"Fine we will do that" Damien said giving a long wave with his hand. He then looked around. "Are there any other suggestions or things of note, or shall I bring this meeting to a close?" he asked.

The generals looked around again. "None sir." One of the generals replied.

Shadow delivered the information and started walking towards the exit when she was tapped on the back by one of the soldiers. She jumped and turned, mentally preparing for an escape. "Hey, kid, deliver these to the staff room on the second floor." He said, handing her a pile of papers. She took a deep breath, saying nothing and taking the papers. After her back was turned, she gave a small roll of the eyes and got on the elevator to get onto the second floor.

"Well then, I shall close this meeting" Damien announced. He gathered up all the papers and maps of his Catharsis Plan. "Remember, this plan remains a secret between everyone who was at this meeting" he ordered. He then dismissed everyone and took all the papers back to where he got them. He then called all ambassadors to another room and explained what was going on.

"I understand." The ambassador replied. "How would you like to go about it, sir? Shall I organize a meeting with the other countries ambassadors, or should I meet with the countries individually?"
