2 things 1: I think Sheppard is more like Kirk then Jack just because Sheppard has more of a maverick attitude then Jack
2: I thought the Farscape jokes were the best on Stargate since two of the leading actors came from that show

I agree with you on the first one. However, never watched Farscape, so I'll take your word for it.

The only big Farscape jokes I saw were in 200. Everything else was just a Ben and Claudia or Mitchell and Vala joke.

Yeah, the only Farscape joke was in 200. However, in the episode where there are all the parallel SG-1s, they do admit to filming one of the teams coming through, with the parallel Mitchell yelling "What the Frell?", but it got cut because the episode was running over.
