She's a trained soldier, though. Weir isn't, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't take more risks. She's a freaking DIPLOMAT!

No, I think they should have given Elizabeth more to do too. I think they underused the poor thing.

I don't know if it was underusing so much as it was they focused on the team. Hammond and Landry don't get that much screen time in comparison to SG1 either. They focused on Sheppard and co.

Maybe they expected that to be the way her character should be, I don't know.

Maybe its because Sam hasn't had to make any huge decisions yet? I mean theres been no big crises.
