So I'd like a sister for him that is based after the "opposite" holiday, Samhain. I have some basic ideas with a few reference images for inspiration:
Body: Dark-colored, with some dusky orangey patterns (maybe a few brighter orange ones as well?) on her in swirls and celtic designs. I like how Beltane's base brown fur color has a light dappling to it. I'd like her base black/dark grey body to kind of have a similar texturing, fading to a lighter grey on her feet, with the swirls at the junction of the dark and light. I'd love for her more dramatic markings to be around her neck and designs on her face. Eyes: Orangey-amber like this. Very bright, almost glowy. For the unicorn-aspect, she used to be a unicorn. The only sign of that would be a bloody circle in the middle of her forehead where a horn used to be (presumably, something to do with her "death"), and cloven hooves. She'd have a regular tail (not the leonine unicorn one).
Body Off pale white sickly looking - with a hue of green or blue, like the references above. However, it's not just a solid color. It is veiny and wet-looking and caked in grime. There would be black circles around her eyes, making them look sunk in. Only one eye (the near one) will be visible (like peering out from beneath the curtain of her hair) - the other covered by her hair.

Horn: Yurei no longer has any horn. Instead, she just has a bloody hole in the center of her forehead where it used to be.
Hair edits: Both her mane and tail is very long, but stringy and wet-looking. The hair should be covering one of her eyes (the far one), and hang limply. On her tail, it should pool a bit on the ground. It is thick, yet wet-looking and lots of stringies.
"Clothing" Edits: Once-white clothing, now just tattered and torn rags should be hanging off of her - the ends should be dirty and grimy and darker (fading to a yucky black). Would making his ears a tad bit longer be a mutation? If so, nevermind. If not - awesome! I would certainly not be opposed to any kind of accessories that you feel might accent him if you feel so inspired. Perhaps something fantasy and/or occult-ish - such as necklace, cuffs, etc. Not necessary, but something in silver or purple perhaps might be a nice accent? ^.^

I know you've seen the movie, Sirenz, and essentially we want this to be a good soquili-version of Narissa from the movie. Obviously, we want the horn-crown around her head, the long dragony-tail, and if the smaller wings like the movie-dragon are permissible, then awesome ^.^ The info below is more of a breakdown of features, and if you get a good idea of how to reproduce something from the character, then awesome - run with it <3
Body: Essentially, her body is a shimmering multihued purple - like oil-slick purple in that you get a rainbow effect of other colors. In the human form references below her dress is about the same color of her scales - so is a good ref for color. And, obviously, she's scaly :3

Personality (required): Beastie is Spiteful, fierce and vicious and hates all other living creatures. The dead, however, the dead she enjoys. She places with corpses, and expresses a truly twisted "artistic" nature. Often, she kills purely for pleasure. Any creature that enters her territory she views as a tresspasser, potential prey, and a potential medium for her "artwork.".
She keeps a den area in a relatively small cave, thick in the underbrush. The stench of death will reach the nose of any soquili long before they actually enter her territory. She doesn't mind advertising her territory, but the den itself is well hidden - often like she herself is.
The scene that will assault others when they get close, and the source of the smell, is a macabre display of her previous victims, "artfully" ,and very deliberately arranged in grizzly tableaus. One of her favorite thing is to create chimera from corpses after their death. For example, putting the severed head of one creature onto the body of another, tearing antlers off of a dear and perforating a corpse with them like spikes. She delights in this creation of something "better" out of the living. It is only a pity that time, eventually steals her works from her as she has no good way of preserving or taxidermy the bodies.
This is the only delight she gets from the living - their reactions to her artwork.
When she is hunting (Be it for food or just for the pure pleasure of it), or defending her territory (same thing): She will quietly stalk her prey before bringing it down as quickly as possible in an ambush. She is solitary and deadly, believing herself to be the epitome of predators - her tentacles lash out quickly and accurately to snag prey and hold them still long enough for her to pounce, clawing and biting them until they stop moving. Each kill is a boost to her ego - that she was superior to her victim - better, stronger, smarter, and faster. The meat i- and a new canvas for her to play with - is her reward.
Additionally, she delights in eluding notice, throwing her voice or roars, or lashing out with a tentacle a distance away from herself to lead others to believe that she is actually somewhere else. She likes tormenting her prey, driving them into fear and confusion as to where her real location is.
While she is to the very fiber of her being a predator, she is intelligent, clever, and scheming.
Background (required): Beastie was the foal of two purewalker parents - a batwalker sire and a catwalker dam who bred as purewalkers often do - in a brief, violent encounter during mating season in which her father dominated her mother.
Her basket was left at the edge of her mother's territory, to fend for itself when she emerged. And emerge she did. Beastie tore out of her basket as a little monster - the strange hybriding of her parents and the fickle spirits leaving her with a literal mutation of her tentacles. They aided her in hunting small game even as a foal, and she grew quickly. But by the time her mother discovered her, the vain purewalker was disgusted with the mutant she had created and tried to kill her. She ripped into her, tearing through all the membranes of her wings, and trampling her. But Beastie was strong, and she survived, the stronger for it, learning quickly a hatred of all things - other purewalkers no exception. She slunk off to lick her wounds, and returned one day to visit her mother's hatred back on her threefold, killing her and claiming her territory for her own. Never having had the opportunity to learn to fly, her mangled wings are used as a clumsy, but effective, grasping limbs, and she can deliver a rake from a distance with them. She knows that her mother was wrong - she didn't create a deformed mutant but something BETTER than either her or her absent father. She sees her mutation, her blending of creatures that do not normally blend, as a sign of superiority, and it has inspired her "artwork."
Rough Plot ideas (required): While I generally enjoy plotting as a more dynamic process with other people, a few ideas for Beastie: - RPng with other soquili who come across her tableaus would be fun. Coming into her den area and seeing the carnage and some truly disturbing "work" there. - Her getting more adventurous and leaving "art pieces" closer to other creatures. - She might decide to "improve" some still-living creatures - mangling or deforming them or spearing them with antlers, etc.
-------QUESTIONNAIRE------ It is required to answer these questions to have a chance. I WILL work with you so you can understand where you got it wrong if you do get it wrong so you can fix it.
Question: If someone you wish to breed your skinwalker with insists on all three breedings being together, how would you explain this in story canon? And How should this be handled in breeding forms? Answer: I probably wouldn't be up for that to begin with. But IF that were something that needed to be worked out plot-wise, the best explanation would just be circumstantial. When the rare urge to procreate came upon the skinwalker, the other happened to be the first one of the opposite gender that they came across. If the skinwalker I played had carved out a territory, then the other one likely would be the closest other skinwalker to their territory. But offspring would be quickly chased out of his territory after the fact.
Question: Do Skinwalkers form family units or care what their family thinks? Answer: No. Pure skinwalkers are born fairly precocious and can learn to fend for themselves from a young age. A purewalker mother would not nuture or care for her young. She MIGHT abide by their presence on her territory for a short period of time - maybe (if they're lucky) long enough till they're stronger and can actually hunt, but it wouldn't last long. With cursed walkers, there is no reason that either parent would stick around. The foals would be normal soquili, and thus there would be nearly no way a skinwalker parent would suffer them in their presence.
Question: If you have a hard time RPing a skinwalker in character, what can you do?. Answer: Don't RP the skinwalker? 8D Seriously though, if the owner WANTS to RP the skinwalker but is having problems playing evil, they can talk with the RP manager about ideas to perhaps inspire them, or read through some other well-done skinwalker RPs, or play a non-skinwalker with someone's skinwalker (who does have a good handle on the personality) to get a feel for how they should be played. But ultimately, if a player still isn't comfortable playing that dark of a character, then they can decide not to go for a skinwalker, or just do plotting (which can be a little less harsh than actual RP when it comes to having to get into that mindsent).
Question: Can skinwalkers be entered into Wishing Stars and if so what type? Answer: No. Even if there were some reason a skinwalker would try to make a wish demand of the wishing star, the wishing star/the spirits would NEVER grant a boon to such a creature.
Question: Skinwalkers can, on rare occasions, form packs/herds to organize an attack, but they always break apart shortly afterwards or sometimes even before they manage to stage the raid. What do you think happens to cause these breakups? Answer: In-fighting. While skinwalkers see other skinwalkers as the... most tolerable of species of soquili, they are ultimately selfish creatures. They have a hard time sharing any kind of bounty with others, agreeing with others, or doing anything BUT getting their own way, and maximizing their OWN goals/rewards. Even wolf-based (or other pack/pride based) skinwalkers are NOT wolves or lions or whatever other social animal they can physically shapeshift into. They are a breed unto themselves. A hawkwalker and a catwalker have more in common with each other than a hawkwalker does with real hawks. They do not have "pack" mentalities or goals.
Question: In your own words, please explain the nature of Skinwalkers. Answer: Short: Evil. Long: There are many brands of evil, some drooling-mad evil that will just outright physically attack anything that comes across them. Others can be scheming and follow a long plan through to it's bitter end. But all of them are entirely self-centered, lack any kind of empathy with others, sociopathic killers. They have no remorse. Sometimes, with cursed walkers, there might be a portion of the original personality, but it is overshadowed by the skinwalker curse - good emotions are perverted and twisted.

Description This soquili is based off of the current stage of the Fausto's Bottle, with some modifications to make it a true "middle" stage between good and evil (which we think is the theme of the item anyway - hence the reference to Faust). Body color/Patterns/etc: Pearly blue/purple that fades to darker purple/reddish on the back feet.
The front feet are like the previous "good" stage and end in the swirly clouds instead of hooves
Eye color: her Right eye is red (like the current stage) her left eye is Blue (like the previous stage).
Horn Long, Straight and silver - like the refs (ideally customed so that it doesn't have the spirial like the normal unicorn horn)

Her right (far) wing is similar to the red wing of the current stage of the bottle. However, if you could make it a bit more leathery looking, that would be faboo. The description as follows is my best interpretation of the concept onto a soquili. The third blade in this set of obsidian blades is a good example of what I mean in THIS IMAGE Mane: I think a mane MADE of fire is a mutation, but I'm pretty certain that it can be ON fire without being a mutant. Tail: The tail would be the Kalona devil tail OR the Unicorn Tail, but the end should be dripping with magma. Wings: If crossbreed: Kalona-style 1 (older style). The feathers would be bright and firey. If Mutant: Bat-like custom wings. The leather parts would be the mix between the darker, cooled lava with the hot, firey tips. I would like the soquili to look VERY similar to this reference - with the only exceptions being: - I'd like the symbol on its rump to be a smaller pendant around the neck instead. - instead of the shagginess just being around the neck, kind of being consistant over the body except for longer hackles along his back/neck ridge and the "feathering" around the feet. Maybe: Hackles done Goldenwolf-artwork style like This Image - or just bristled up dramatically like This (that's a striped hyena, not a wolf, but is a good example of the exaggerated hackles). - I'd also love for there to be more color differentiation that just brown. there are some lovely natural color patterns on wolves that I'm fond of, such as THESE BROWN WOLVES
IC-ly, I think it would be very interesting if this soquili is the result of a skinwalker-ing gone awry :3 He wouldn't be able to change shape, however.
And as mentioned above, - I'd also love for there to be more color differentiation that just brown. there are some lovely natural color patterns on wolves that I'm fond of, such as THESE BROWN WOLVES

Mane: A furry neck, like the ref image, but EITHER: Hackles done Goldenwolf-artwork style like This Image - or just bristled up dramatically like This (that's a striped hyena, not a wolf, but is a good example of the exaggerated hackles).

OTHER: Again, effectively, make it look smilar to the ref image. Edited face, feet to be paws (if possible), tail, and extra shaggy.

Head: The top part of her head forms a bony ridge with a crack in it. There are no eyes in her face. Also, her skin is tight against the bones, her lips dessicated so they're permanently pulled back, exposing her teeth in a grim, skeletal smile. Her nose is also skeletal looking. Mane: Her mane is about to her shoulders, thick and wirey and black. Perhaps partially covered y a thin black vel that starts right behind her bone-crest. Like this

Body Bone colored like her face. The two shots below show some of the details in her chest/rib area that mimics the look of bone, but more stylized.
Tail: Use the tail to mimic some of the look of the long dress. So instead of a dress/skirt, she'd have a long, billowy tail that covers some of her hind legs. It would maybe start as the bone color and fade to black? Full body figure Another full body toy
Clothes - The only piece of clothing would be a cloak that is made of a gauzy, thin material. This might start right behind her face-ridge and goes down her back. DESCRIPTION: Okay! After a lot of debating with myself, Here's what I'd like to do. I realllly want an Angeni female. I've had a lot of ideas that I've thought about and pushed aside. I really love your coloring style, Ameh, and I want to give you the opportunity to have a little bit of fun and creativity with this.

Tail – Think a coiled snake tail with feathers at the end. Kind of like a kelpi tail, but instead of fins at the end, it’s a bouquet of feathers growing from it. Also, at the base of the tail would be sprouting a few long quetzal tail feathers. The feathers on the end would be like some of the wing refs below : )

Stormwild comes from an ancient line of Winds, there is most certainly Angeni blood up in her ancestry. (had Angeni's existed when I got Storm, I would have definitely made her one!) This would be a throwback to that. Besides being a male angeni, this would otherwise be full CC on the baby, using Balrog and Stormwild as the parents. All I can think to add if I do want the main body color to be black, and have an edited mane/tail. Something pretty, long, and looking windswept/messy (but otherwise, have fun/go nuts).
