i had requested a change long ago for my Soq, but it was never got around to, so i will try again:

The change you are requesting(must be the 3 things above): I have changed my username from Skhayde to Yvayne. So i wish to change the owner name on the cert to Yvayne. Send it to my new other account Yvayne, not to this one.

Is this the first time you needed to change this pet's tag? (if not it will cost 250g sent to the one who is making the change): yes

What to the strike offs mean? That they're done? I'm a bit confused since if mine's done, I never receiving anything. Did I do something wrong? I think I sent 250g to the mule and not Yayoi. I could change that so my order could get done?

Strike outs mean they are done yes.
Which one are you talking about? If its the ownership change for Bijoux I can tell you why. If you are giving full ownership to another person, whats the point of giving you a cert with their name on it? 83 More than likely it was sent to the new owner only, if such is the case.
If thats not what your talking about then ignore this. *tired brain* XD

My old username is on there. xd Bijoux' change is accurate and understandable. Ok, you gotta be more specific. Lol. XD! Its been sent to Hiru already. So you'll just have to wait until she gets it done. 83 I cross out everything I or ELF has taken care of. If its been sent to another colorist other than Sirenz and you have not received it yet, the strike out will also lets you know that it is being taken care of. Also for my sake so I don't send double PMs and know whats done and/or being worked on.

Ok. To put it more clearly, if its stricken off and you have not received the change yet its also an informative to let you know that is HAS been sent off to the colorist for it to be changed. You will just have to wait until they get around to it. x3
I've marked everything off that is done and/or being taken care of. You just gotta be patient. If it is not taken care of yet/stricken there is an underlying issue that I am handling with it and you'll need to be patient with me.
