Yeah go ahead and do it guys, I am not good at drawing especially human figures so... I am out of the running for this one.

or, we could have an extra two columns, and then we would be able to have the name or motto in the extra square.

it would have to be 3X7 squares.

We could for the first square put are guilds name "Elite Group Of XX" and the last square could be our motto "United we stand Divided they fall"

So for the first row the fist and secound square together would be our guilds name then we add 4 more squares each a spot for a member
next the secound row would have 6 squares each a spot for a member
the third row would also have 6 squares each a spot for a member
last the fourth row would be 6 squares 4 being a spot for a member and the last two squarers together would be our guilds motto

We can go to the art shops in the forums and see if we can comisson someone to make the picture

the numbers would be the heads of people's avatars. the numbers could indicate status, 1: smiter, etc
