*cough* Firefox has an add-on called Adblock that effectively blocks most ads on most websites. I haven't seen an ad on Gaia in ages. Works nice in Livejournal, too.

I think gaia is desperate for the money and will get it anywhere they can.It is very expensive to keep running this site.

The worst one I've come across are ads for the Singles sites.

I don't like any of the ads, we are bombarded with so many ads on everything now, it would be nice not to have any on Gaia.

Guys, Gaia doesn't hand pick the ads. If you see an innapropriate ad on the site do Gaia a favor and report it instead of just griping about it.

I do agree I think that gaia is sending a bad signal to kids when they show that kind of stuff on here knowing there are alot of kids on this site.

The worst I saw up until today's boob job one was just a dating site. I'm more annoyed by the talking ones. That dating one that says 'Hi' scared the crap out of me the other night. At least I haven't come across any of those obnoxiouse roll-over ones like MSN always has.
