That certainly would be useful for kids, though I can imagine it would be an abused power. Parents get annoyed with their kids because the kids want attention and they don't want to give it, then they just put on the music and put the kids right to sleep for a few hours. rolleyes
Not me... When I was little my mom always told me stanta would not come till I had fallen asleep. And if I didn't stay in bed the gifts would disappear... So I always rushed to bed. sweatdrop Even if I didn't sleep I would pretend... because santa cant tell the difference you know.
Then when I was older, my mom had to drag me out of bed for christmas morning. I would get up at about 10 or so, open everything then go take a nap.
Yeah, it was like that for me. I'd just stay in bed even if I wasn't sleeping, but wake up super early the next day. My parents learned to prepare for that though to make sure my sister and I didn't wake them up early too. They would put our stockings into our bedrooms so that when we woke up, we could open those and mess around with whatever was inside until our parents woke up.
Then when I got older I was always the type to sleep in so they had to drag me out of bed too. 3nodding
