Valeria noticed the notes being passed back and forth, but tried not to pay attention to it. Ms. Heen had moved on to a topic she knew already. She had been doodling in the margins next to her notes, all of it abstract pictures of black vines trying to twin around a bright shpere.

Ms. Heen kept looking over to the row where they were sitting. She tore a corner off her notes, accidently ripping off one of her doodles.

Hey. she wrote. Better stop passing notes. Ms. Heen's getting antsy. And passed it to Alice.

Alice's interest was piqued. As the note slid back onto her desk, she gently dragged it so her eyes could read it.

He is my twin, hence the reference he made to Twelfth Night

Alice's mouth slowly fell into a confused frown. Twin? she thought to herself. That doesn't make sense medical-wise... They clearly are identical, but two are different genders....

After organizing her thoughts, she finally responded,

That is a rarity you know Rhea.

She dropped the note on her desk and continued her doodles. This time, she started to draw a yin yang, only with fire and water.

Rhys and Rhea

Rhys snuck the note his way and read it before handing it over to Rhea. He almost couldn't help the giggle he wanted to let out at reading the girl's statement, almost. Rhys managed to hold in his mirth by looking up at the blackboard and reading the things Miss Heen had written on it.
Rhea read the note from Alice and sighed soundlessly. She knew exactly how rare she and Rhys were, her mother had never stopped making a point of it to her when she was still alive. Rhea slipped the note into the back of her notebook rather than responding, deciding to focus on the notes a little more.
Rhys glanced over at Rhea, gauging her reaction to the note and finding it slightly negative. His suspicions were only confirmed when Rhea slipped the small paper into the back of her notebook and immersed herself in note-taking. Rhys looked around a bit before tearing a small corner off of the paper Rhea was writing on, the action not as hampering to his twin as it could have been. He wrote on it and slipped it to the girl, just as another note graced her desk.
Talk to us after class. Was all it read.
Rhys went back to fiddling with the pen as Rhea diligently took down notes from Miss Heen's lecture.

Alice saw the two notes on her desk. Picking up the first one- from Valeria- she opened it and read it.

Hey. Better stop passing notes. Ms. Heen's getting antsy.

Alice smirked under her breath. Although Valeria was right, she never really got in trouble for passing notes. She scribbled back to Valeria.

You're right... Thanks for the heads up.

She didn't have any problems with Valeria, Alice actually found her to be a nice person. Picking up the second note, it had Rhys' hand-writing on it:

Alice glanced over at Rhys from the corner of her eye and nodded once, saying silently she will. Crumpling the note and shoving into her pocket, she picked up her doodling, now switching over to an ominous one, where a group of people stood, shadows lurking behind them, and another, facing the shadowy people, but with different elements at hand. Some fire, others water, or lightning, or earth, or air.

Valeria picked up the note and read Alice's answer. She smiled and shook her head slightly. She was going to still pass notes, dispite the dark looks Ms. Heen kept shooting them. She looked back to her desk. The sun had finally come out, and was shining into the classroom. Valeria stared at the light falling onto her notebook, transfixed by the dust motes dancing in the beam. She zoned out, a complacent look on her face.

Rhys and Rhea

A small smirk crossed Rhys' face when Alice nodded in response to his note. He returned his focus to the pen he had been playing with, half listening to Miss Heen's lecture. This class was becoming boring for him rather quickly, the topic holding less interest for him than it could.
Rhea, on the other hand, was completely immersed in note taking and hadn't taken notice of Rhys and Alice's exchange. She copied the notes that Miss Heen wrote on the board and wrote side notes from her lecture. Rhea wrote quickly, keeping her notes neat and clear as usual.

Alice sighed in a bored manner. Glancing up at the clock, she noted there were but a few minutes left of the class. Mentally cheering, she took her pen and began to copy some notes down that she hadn't known before. Alice knew plenty about the Black Plague, since the monks made study history much.

[Sorry for not being able to post more. Kind been busy all this week]

Noticing that there was only a couple minutes left of calss Ms. Heen closed her text book and looked at the class. She was annoyed that the two twins a theif and a gun slinger were passing notes during her class. "Now that you have the basic idea of the Black Plague I want all of you to write a three page essay on it." There were looks of dread on most of the kids faces. "And it will be due hmm...Lets say...TOMORROW." Some of the students let out small groans and she smiled wickedly. "Oh...and you four." She looked at the ones who were passing notes. "If I see you passing notes again you'll have to write a two page essay on why you were doing so and how sorry you are for doing it." The bell rang then. "Now good bye all of you."

Azumi didnt pay any attention at all in class. Not that she did in any class that is but she still got straight A's in all of them for some reasson. Maybe it was because all the teacehr were afraid of her. When the bell rang she was out of her seat and out the door before anyone else. She hated sitting in classes even if it was Ms. Heens class. She went to her locker took out her skate board put her books away and rode off down the hall way knocking kids over to make way for her. She decided to skip a few periods like she usualy did and go get a bit to eat maybe. OR fined someone to pick on.

Alice's cheeks turned bright red as she singled the four of them out. She stood to pack her belongings in her bag, and thought to herself. Damn hag. Like hell I'm doing the essay... Her face was near emotionless. Glancing over at the twins, Alice pointed to the hallway.

Zared sighed, his left arm all bandaged up. He had gotten attacked by another animal; it was a dove this time. He had to protect his face with his arm, which was all that kept him from just going blind from the claws. He didn't understand it; why did everyone seem to hate him so much? It just... it didn't seem right. He never hurt anyone... nothing he remember himself doing anyway. He didn't understand why he couldn't seem to find anyone who really liked him. Even his own parents... the way they looked at him...

He sighed, and just continued on to his next class.

Nanami got up with a sigh, it had been like everyday. Boring. She picked up her bag glancing
back at the four people who had been passing notes. "Bunch of idiots..." She thought but then thought that was a little harsh.
"Hm... Ok then.. there a bunch of silly people!" SHe giggled to herself passing the teachers desk. She stopped suddenly seeing a very
pretty ring on it. She stared at it her fingers itching to take it.
She thought it would go so nicely with all her other treasures. But it the teacher who seemed to have eyes in the back of her head saw her, she would be killed. She stood there as the class filed out.

Ms.Heen watched as the class filed out of the class room and then looked at Nanami who was standing next to her desk looking at the ring that she had sat there. "Can I help you with anything...Ms. Nanami?" She asked raising and eyebrow at her. She knew that she wanted to steal the ring but didnt because it was the evil teachers ring.

NAnami suprised jumped out of her trance. "N-no... Sorry!" She said with a very mild schotish accent. Though she had stopped staring at the ring she didn't leave.
Now that she had seen the ring she could do anything but steal it. She stood there akwardly wanting for Ms Heen to leave although she knew that she wouldn't.

Rhys and Rhea

Rhea brought her palm to her face when the class ended, not because of the impending 3 page essay but because her dear brother had gotten the two of them in trouble. She glanced over at Rhys from beneath her hand, shooting an irritated look his way and only managing to elicit a mere shrug on his part. Rhea sighed as she packed up her books and headed for the hall just after Alice motioned for the two to meet her there.
Rhys, on the other hand, couldn't care less about the 3 page essay or the fact that Miss Heen had caught them all red-handed. Instead, one could very nearly say he was inwardly pleased with himself very much like Iago must have been when he witnessed the minor downfall of Cassio. He sauntered out of the room behind his twin, taking no notice of Miss Heen or the girl who was standing next to her desk.
"The lady doth protest too much, methinks." Rhys said, referring to Miss Heen.
"Don't start Rhys. Please." Rhea said with a sigh, her tone alerting her twin to the irritation in her heart.
"Ok, ok. Well then, let's get down to business. Shall we?" He replied, leaning on Rhea's shoulder before looking at Alice."So, you've figured out we're identical twins and have probably puzzled out just how much of a rarity it is. Good for you. However, we'd both appreciate it if you didn't go spreadin' it around. We kinda like to avoid scientific radar, you know?"
Rhea sighed at Rhys' long explanation, one that would be more expected of her.
"What Rhys is trying to ask is that you keep it a secret." She said, condensing his words into a single sentence.
Hopefully, the pair could depend on Alice to keep the nature of their birth a secret. Rhea didn't know Alice too much, well she didn't really know anybody very well with the exception of Rhys, but she figured that Alice was more reliable than she seemed.

Zared blinks, and sees the girl. She looks... worried. He had to fight with himself a long time, before going over to her. He feels like he's a sucker for punishment, as he knows what the reaction will be once she knows he's there...
