She's a member of team rocket, who wears a uniform similar to Jese's (In that her croped shirt is white not black, and her slightly longer cropped undershirt is black. Markings: Black triangle markings on the cheeks like the Pokemon references. Make his entire tail black. Otherwise none.
Edits:
- choppy, messy, wild-looking hair. Anything goes. Please keep it no longer than shoulder-length. I'd prefer the hair in front (bangs) were longer than the hair in back, and that some of it was falling into his face. Also goatee plz! <3
- make his eyes a bit lidded if possible, to make him look more like a meanieface.
- give his mouth some kind of expressive edit. Something feral, maniacal, etc. but nothing too horribly frightening or hideous. If he shows any teeth, make them a little off-white/yellowed if it looks good.
- to represent the big black fur area on the back, make a large black animal pelt with lots of thick, messy fur draped across his back and shoulders, perhaps with a bit of blood on it, with a string holding the front pieces together. (Like this, but where the pieces meet in front make the string longer.)
- give him black gloves like the fifth reference, in black, that look as if he's taken them from some animal's body - again, make them bloody or furry/messy if you wish. The gloves don't have to be completely intact if it looks weird, or less like a glove - feel free to remove the fingers of it or whatever. On the legs, give the same thing, but make it more like the fur ankle wraps of the Black Wolf item (here).
- make his tail a little fluffier/messier.
- any bone/teeth/skull/etc. accessories you'd like to add are completely fine. Make him look wild and fierce.

Edits: His hair should be edited to look like swirling flames. The exact length/style, however, is up to you, although I would love something punky/emo. <3 Now, Epik is a superhero OC of mine that's got an awesome combination of fire and ice superpowers. This can be represented any way you'd like (I encourage body modifications, however strange or bizarre! <3), however, I'd love to see:

- the magma markings going up his tail from the tip in reference 2
- flame edits on the tail tip, interpreted how you wish
- icicles hanging down, or piercing (or both) each ear
- fiery chest fur and inner ears as shown in the references (red on the edges and turning orange/yellow as it moves inward)
- fiery eyes, or one fiery and one icy

Hair edits: @__@ here I go.. she should have small balls on going across the top of her head with spikey hair going out of the tops of them. The left side of her hair should be long and spiral flowing down across her side and the right should spin around in some kind braided loop.. if that makes any since at all.
