This shouldn't even be a question. Besides, how can you compare these two artists?

Anyways, I say Lady GaGa. Her weird has touched my heart. =3
Along with that, she is a wonderful singer, her songs have meaning, and she can play the piano wonderfully.

I like Lady GaGa more because I believe she is more original.
I thought Katy Perry was decent until "California Gurls," which obviously took a tune from an already existing song.
My respect level for an "artist" goes to zero once they do that.

I can't say which one is better than the other because they're two totally different artists. I like Katy Perry for her songs like Hot'n'Cold, and Lady Gaga has awesome dance music. Plus, they both have a uniquely awesome fashion sense. biggrin
