Description: A rather powerful mixture of medical knowledge and sealing knowledge, Scar sealing allows someone to form scars on the body, through either meticulous scaple cutting, or other ways of forming perfect geometrical seals that not only form the seal, but also cross tenketsu and the meridians to allow and alter chakra flow, making a wide range of techniques possible.

This allows the "Scared" or “marked” target to make use of the imparted technique through the writing or image. By covertly pushing chakra into their scars, a ninja can activate the stored technique or knowledge.

This technique cost the scarrer 50 chakra more than the technique involved, and cannot be used during combat. Scar size is proportional to the power of the technique or the amount of knowledge. The largest (S ranks) Taking up the entire chest or back. The smallest of them taking up a finger.

The body can only have so many scars before they begin to overlap on eachother, or unintentionally mess with tenketsu and meridians, thus making this extensive operation pointless. The body can only hold one S rank, Two A ranks, Three B ranks four C ranks, five D ranks or 6 E ranks. any two of the lower rank eliminates a slot for the rank above.

A scar of an above rank eliminates half of the lower ranks.(Round Up)
(Trying to keep with our rank scale) So getting a S rank tattoo leaves only one A rank, two B rank, Two C rank, 3 D rank, and 3 E rank left.

Getting an A rank graph after that would chop your options again.

One S one A and one B would fill a single body to its "scar" limit.

Description: James, as a skilled medical ninja, recognizes that many shinobi are not only limited by there ability to utilize chakra, but also physical stamina. James places a small seal on his hara (solar plexis) of himself and over (20) noncombat post, latent energy from movement and breathing is collected and placed in the seal, after the post, the seal can be activated to completely restore a James stamina pool or the Stamina pool of another person James touches. James can restore stamina equal to his pool with this technique, and those who have less, benefit from an overcharge of Stamina for [5] post, as the excess energy burns away.

Description: James breathes a ball of wind rapidly at his opponent roughly 3 feet in diameter, the ball travels quickly and strikes with the impact of a strong man's punch. this ball however is only a distraction, as inside and traveling outside the diameter of the ball by another 3 feet are tiny hyouton ice crystals, that can be breathed in by nearby opponents. These crystals, once ingested, cause instant irritation of the throat and lungs, and on the next post begin to minutely shred the lining of the ingesting persons airways, this causes extreme pain, nasal bleeding, and constant coughing blood making concentration difficult. The third post without counter or treatment, the effects become extreme, and life threatening as blood fills the lungs. at 7 post, the effected ninja becomes unconscious and death occurs in 15 post. These numbers are reduced by one each additional post the victim breaths in the crystal. If out of combat, they receive an additional 3 posts to survive.

Description: formulated as a medical tool and weapon to go with James special abilities this scalpel is modified to be usable in battle and carries a very special ability.

Ability Summary:
Carries the same near indestructibility of custom weapons

Can on demand cause inflicted wounds to seal instantly with a thin scar.

Cannot seal existing wounds but only those which the blade itself causes.

Inks, poisons, and antidotes can be loaded into the handle of the scalpel to be inflicted on the wounded/scarred The ink is noncombative and set to a slow drip, but for poison sake vials worth one dose are loaded into the handle and a mechanical injection pin can be fired on impact with a flick of James thumb to inject into a stab or slash.

Description: James steps back from his current position and moves as if to block the incoming technique using the strength of his large frame. instead the step back is masked by the snap freeze replacement of the air where James was standing. If this Ice clone is struck, the object or person that hits it is stuck. E rank captures only the hand of the attacker and is a weaker ice. C rank is Hyouton ice and captures the arm, B rank captures half of the body and functions as an Ice Prison Technique from there.

Description: Using his Hyouton ice, James constructs a long tube with a end chamber, and also a magnifying(10x magnification) concave lens connected together and aligned to a single point 100 meters away. James then forms a half inch ice sickle made of slightly softer ice at the end of the tube inside the chamber. Using wind jutsu James sends a massive air pressure blast through the chamber and tube. This launches the ice sickle down the almost frictionless fitted tube at high speeds around 3000 fps. feeling the wind, and other things such as air pressure James can accurately place this devastating projectile at 600 meters. wounds done at closer ranges are obviously more lethal, but even at long range the sickle is equivalent to a sword thrust from a large man. capable of blowing through an unarmored opponent. each use of this power generates 4 shots

Description: While his B rank or higher armor technique is activated James uses his bloodlines ability in conjunction with his kaiser fist fighting style. James creates a large tower like shield of hyouton ice and uses the chakra of the armor to reinforce the shield. James large body and increased strength alllow him to wield this nearly indestructible shield as both a defensive and offensive techinique. James can charge forward with all his speed and strength to slam through most normal barriers(walls, post ect) but not reinforced structures. (fortress walls, village gates. the shield takes a S rank fire technique to melt and a S+ rank force to break.

Description: As with all of James custom techniques James blends his knowledge of multiple arts with his bloodline. Utilizing the form similar to the Kaiser Fist Lightning armor, James adds in his hyouton element, forming a frozen battle armor with similar effects, but with visual and one functional difference. James armor sits at -80 degrees C. effectively freezing what it touches. freezing the grround that James walks upon, and anything else to come into contact unless James wills differently. literally Making the Suna based Hyouton king of the frozen sand under his feet. James is of course immune to the cold.

Description: James Cameron Poe is the best at field medical diagnosis in the world. With great thought, and medical study he has discovered a way to make himself better. With this technique James modifies his senses to a heightened level and slightly changes his sensory perceptions, allowing him to sense medical features of the living things around him. James can hear heartbeats, smell pheromones, notice skeletal anomalies, and detect blood chemistry all through his sight, hearing, and smell like that ancient doctors of old.


Directing Poison in the blood- James takes the information biosense gives him and puts it together. Irregularity in bloodflow, noticed by visual veins and arteries, dieing tissue, exhaled toxin counts, a small open cut, a needle entry wound. James basically looks at all the parts and hears how they run, smells the output, and that tells him whats wrong, like a mechanic with a car.

Broken bones- Are visible to most people, but James would tell irregularities in bloodflow by sight and sound and blood chemicals through smell.

emotions- hormone and pheremone levels would make it easy for James to tell the emotions and attitudes of a person. Along with body language and visual clues

Im not a doctor, so its hard for me to explain, but with enhanced senses and a medical degree it is possible. James is really beyond a medical degree. James will need to focus on a person to get there specific details, but be able to get general details from general focus. just like regular senses. James may be able to hear everyone's heart beat but if he's foucused on one it won't matter. Distractions are still distractions.
If you have ever seen Alphas on SYFY then its like the one guy who can do the physics in a split second but only with medicine instead. James brain works on a different level now.

Description: Sake Breath is a Oni member creating sake within their mouths and spitting it out or breathing it out. When spit out it goes out like a stream of sake, when its breathed out its more of a fine mist. The mist stays about the area for awhile [5 posts] and since it is chakra infused it is stronger than normal and makes anyone other than the Oni clan member dizzy or nauseous. In a stream it can be fused with elements resulting in different effects. Katon ignites the stream and turns it into a blazing ball of fire making ti seem like the Oni clan member can breath fire, with Fuuton the stream is shaped into a spike and sent flying at a target, the edges of it being spun rapidly by wind make it into a drilling spike, added with Suiton the edges of the stream spin rapidly turning it into a a sharp blade of water, and when added with Raiton it numbs an opponents body wherever it touches.

Technique Name: three pronged affliction.

Type: Genjutsu
Element: N/A
Description: the user performs three sets of hand seals. the subjugated looks upon the hands or eyes to be affected. the first set causes disorientation,loss of balance,muscle fatigue,overall sense of being affected by a virus ,lasting 3 posts. the second set gets more deadly. by performing the second set and inflicting it on a target that has been affected by the first set[no matter the time that has passed] the target would feel loss of coordination,muscle failure, numbness,slow reaction time.black spots in there field of vision that take place mainly where there eye centers focus on objects such as projectiles which wouldn't be able to be seen,lasting 2 posts. the third set if said target is afflicted[no matter the time in between.] again causes paralyzing affects to the limbs,extreme pain,hallucinating,loss of consciousness,ultimately temporary insanity.lasting one post. each set costs a half more chakra than the previous one.[example if said first set cost ten chakra then the second would cost fifteen.]

Description: by dehydration a limb Alex can expel the blood and using chakra he can form a clone. the clone has a substance and therefor cant be expelled easily,blunt force is the only way to scatter them. in fact since it is made of liquid it can take slashes and stabs. they wouldn't have much of an effect and leave it free to attack. the clones can only use the bloodline abilities and can only use three total before they become sluggish and pretty much useless. they also record info like a shadow does once alex taste the blood he gets what they know.

Description: An adaption technique that makes use of the Blood Clone. Before the clone can be struck and destroyed by a technique, Alex will send additional chakra to it, causing it become a sort of trap clone. After this adjustment, when the clone is destroyed, rather than turning back into a blot of blood, it will transform into six or seven blood red hands that attempt to grab and bind the attacker to the ground.

Description: this is a mind technique used by Alex to help counter super fast moves he normally couldn't see. as you may know one of his attributes is to perceive pain slower than any normal ninja. therefore super painful attacks wont slow him down until he perceives it. this jutsu would allow him to make his nerves hyper sensitive so he could notice even changes in air pressure. sorta like a sixth sense. this way he could tell if attacks were being misdirected at him through via a distraction.in addition it would also allow him to see fast things slower. while time isn't actually slowed his brain processes them a bit faster allowing him to have a full thought and reaction to it.

Description:This technique functions similarly to the releasing of the Eight Gates. The user will begin by focusing chakra to a high-point in their chest, once collected, they will allow the built up chakra to spread and overlap the chakra that normally flows through the body. By layering their chakra, the user is able to increase their strength, speed, reaction time, and mental processing. Unfortunately, the actual act of layering one's chakra is extremely temperamental, and it cannot be maintained for long, lest the user suffer serious repercussion.
Even abiding by these limitations, the user may still feel uneasy after or even during usage.
Additionally, the user cannot use further techniques that require chakra or put incredible strain on the body, for it may disrupt the state, causing serious chakra system injury- if not death.
• Lasts [10] posts.
• Can only be used [3] times per battle.
• Requires [3] posts of cooldown between usage.
• Cannot exit state early.

Description: The user lofts one hand at their opponent and begins to generate a large amount of fire and chakra in their palm. After a minor amount of charging, the fire will be launched at the target, taking the shape of a 6 foot long, 4 inch wide blazing spear-like projectile. After being released, the user is able to move his hands in any direction in order to manipulate the spear's trajectory and position. Because of the spear's composition, it can very easily pierce armor, and can only be extinguished, not destroyed.

Type: Genjutsu
Description: A powerful genjutsu technique that forces the opponent's senses to go completely numb (every sense, even sight!) After forming the required handsigns, the user will generate a chakra focus point on something or someone by touching it. The chakra focus point will then generate a thin, dark indigo colored mist. This mist will spread at a very slow rate, roughly a 5 yard radius after 4 posts have passed. If this mist is taken into the body in someway, be it through the eye sockets, mouth, etc., it will begin to affect the afflicted. The chakra mist will search the afflicted's body (1 post), until it can finally rest in the cranium. From here, it will deactivate all five senses: sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing; leaving them completely in the dark. It should be noted that if the user generates the focus point on the target, it will instantly affect them.

Description: By using medical knowledge Tsukino can create Six inch chakra daggers that when thrown at a targets, can absorb thier chakra and dispel it in the air.One of these daggers takes away 10 chakra then and so on,but if it hits one of thier chakra points it will absorb 25.The user charges chakra into thier hands, using the same healing energy used for the Healing hands technique,but sharpens it.Then the user just swings thier arms in a arc to release a stream of these deadly daggers.
*Note: These daggers can pierce skin like the average Kunai while absorbing chakra

Description: The user sends out chakra in the form of golden pulses i a 360 degree sphere around them,affecting anything in the air or underground as well.As the wave goes out,they focus it on thier target in order to avoid hurting allies.The wave,once it makes impact with the target, makes the target feel a stabbing pain in heart or absurd discomfort for 3 posts.If the user hits the target with the wave and continually sends out a steadily streaming pulse,it could potentially kill the enemy.

Description: Tsukino focuses chakra from her palms and shapes it into a half-oval barrier around her target. While active, the barrier works very similarly to any other Eiseijutsu- soothing pain while stitching wounds -however, unlike other healing techniques, Tsukino is able to reattach a severed limb to the one who lost it, so long as it has retained some health. Additionally, the barrier itself provides a good amount of protection from incoming attacks.

Element: Healing
Description: Tsukino focuses chakra from her palms and shapes it into a pair of appropriately colored gloves. After doing so, she will loft her hands over the target wound, infection, or curse mark. Within a few moments, the chakra gloves will begin to give off a light glow, proof that their effects have begun. Bleeding will be stopped, and simple ailments (colds, headaches, etc.) will begin to fade. However, the main attraction of this technique is what becomes of poisons and curse marks. Poisons, if they are relatively fresh, can be drawn out from the pores in the skin, and curse marks can be set into a state of relaxation. This will not negate the activation of a curse mark, but if someone is struggling to put theirs back to sleep, this can greatly assist such a desire.

Puppet Name: Mitsuhide
Puppet Appearance: [x]

Puppet Description: Mitsuhide is made from the sturdiest of wood. Each limb was crafted carefully, and it is practically a human. His (Miyuki finds herself referring to Mitsuhide constantly as a person) hair is created from real human hair (not as creepy as it sounds). Miyuki covers him in thick layers of clothing and a mask so that he looks like a normal human samurai from a distance. Without his mask or clothing on, the joints are very obvious and he is very much a puppet. In addition to the thick layers of clothing, Miyuki garms Mitsuhide in a thick armor which also protects him as it would a human. Overall, between the sturdy wood and armor, Mitsuhide is practically indestructible. Another of Miyuki's fancies, she didn't really put any sort of traps or anything of the sort inside of Mitsuhide. His puppet strings are very obvious, but he fights with a katana and a tower shield, as a samurai would more so than a puppet would. In short, Mitsuhide is Miyuki's best friend and she cares for him as she would if he were her own child.

Puppet Description: Masaru is like the decked out little brother of Mitsuhide. He is made of a lighter wood, which helps him to have more "toys". Overall, he is quite deadly. But, do to his weaker wood, he cannot be used apart from Mitsuhide and the two brothers must be used together. Mostly, Mitsuhide does the frontal assault while Masaru sneaks in from behind to do his more deadly "cheating" techniques.

Mechanism Summary:
• The ribcage can separate & expand with internal blades for capture and/or kill

The best way to describe it is as a jet engine, if you are far away from it you'll feel only a gust, the closer you get to the actual release point, the stronger it is. On the other hand it will also push back most Ninjutsu skills that are projectile based. Taijutsu user's may be blown away easily by this technique.

Connecting this colorless Chakra to the weapon creates a string that can stretch as long as 200ft, and by a simple yank can return the weapon or use it as a ninja wire and swing the weapon in another direction. The string can be cut by another piece of chakra or attack by cannot be physically cut by hand.

Description: The most basic of all of Flou's Ninja wire techniques. The Technique bases over the user manipulating two string, one in each hand that will lash out and wrap around the target from either side, this creating confusion from which way to unravel the wiring if connected with the target. The two wires will always be parallel to each other, creating a strong hold and overlapping. the wires are strong enough to rip weapons out of the targets hands and if tightened enough, able to guillotine an opponent. If you were aiming to in fact chop of a limp or head with this technique, the threads would at least have to hold for [2] posts of your OPPONENT. This technique can be used with one string, but it's not as strong as it usually would.

There are different ways of performing this, it can be used as a hanging noose or even tie them to a tree or something.

Puppet Description: Thantas is created of a durable layering of Redwood and a lighter more durable and flexible wood inside as a skeleton, this can make the puppet absorb more powerful blows and makes it lighter. There is are thin metal plates bolted on his forearms and leggings. His legs are one piece so they are unable to move so easily but are flexible to a little extent. He is covered in a rubber like fixture which creates a higher friction and stick ability (eg: Much like tires spinning on a road, if he kicks someone.). He wears a suit over the chest and arms that conceals the chains that are hidden in a compartment. He wears a thing on his back that looks like a coffin that has been folded out. It is made of Metal and is the heaviest part of the Puppet, this is also it's casing. Thantas can go into a fetal like position and the pieces will fold around him hiding him or putting him away. He can also rip it off and capture people in it... There are small slits on the side which can allow blades to be stabbed into the coffin. On the bottom of the feet it is able shoot out Senbon, and all limbs can fold and detach.

Puppet Description: The brother puppet of Thantas. Akanes grandmother always though Ereni was like a bigger brother to Thantas, because Thantas was a capture puppet while Ereni was a combat puppet. Composed of metal instead of wood. In Ereni there are plenty of tricks in him, His arms are able to split into four and his head is detachable and is able to throw the chakram on his head. When the mouth on his stomach opens it fires out chakra covered wires that can be controlled by the user. If the user inputs a lot of Chakra, they can input their element into the gut of the puppet where it will create and expel a short beam of the chakra from its gut. This take a Rank B amount of chakra to do and is rather very effective. On his arms there is an opening where serrated blades com out lined down the forearm of them and if gripped in a bear hug can vibrate and slice into the skin of the victim.

Puppet Description: Best Described as a Hunter Destroyer or Chaser puppet. Its left leg and arm can connect together and make a circle on each side and same with his right side. The blade that is vertically placed on his body can spin at massive rates and can go to speeds of almost 160 mph and will chase down any target. The space in the middle of the blade will create room for a driver or a passenger, its head will tip forwards and creat a seat almost for someone. It can then be riden or controlled. It can easily match the speed of a chunin, and with an extra boost of chakra [Rank C amount] it can go to speeds the same as a konin, and can speed up more when more power is added to it. It can kill a target as fast as it can move with hidden blades and it long arms go past the radius of the blades and can hold people in front of the blade and threaten and/or pull people into the blade.

Puppet Description: A puppet completely hidden within a cloak. The cloak is made of strong fibres, not easily torn. Where a head is usually put, it is empty, this is the only puppet without a head, only a mesh like cover or a mask of darkness covering the area where you should see a face. It creates the illusion it is headless. Inside the puppet is a huge compartment big enough to fit a human being, the opening is in the front of the puppet and opens much like Kuroari, the Black Ant's stomach opens, inside is a spot with many holes all around the sides horizontally up, about the size of a finger each. The puppets legs are thin yet strong and seem human like. The puppet also has two sets of arms, one set that seems human like and even has a white like shirt coming up to the wrists. The other hands which hide under the cloak until needed are huge serrated claw gauntlets which have chains connected to them. Each Chain loop looks much like a shuriken and has sharp edges on it. The claws and chain are both covered in a poison that attacks the nervous system and slowly creates immobilization and creates paralyzing effects [4 posts if not treated]

In addition, those with advanced senses may notice how the alcohol tastes bad on an extreme level -- and as portions of the concoction are attached to said "advanced sensor's" body (and most likely nostrils), it may become slightly irritating.

Withdraws are very real with this jutsu, and such withdraws are extremely deleterious for the user as he may lose control of himself in a quest for the chemical. This jutsu must be swallowed or breathed in if the Oni clansmen wishes to effect himself or others, making Sake Mist Technique the greatest vector available. As a final note, this jutsu additionally causes odd vision similar to a genjutsu (inches become miles, colors change rapidly, and many things appear more/less attractive) and lowered mental capabilities during the 2 posts the effect lasts.

Puppet Name: Tankā
Puppet Appearance: Tankā is a extremely large ((approximately 7 feet in height)) puppet who has an imitated muscular appearance. Attached to the puppets arms are two weapon launchers -- utilizing needles -- that have 3 barrels each and 2 needle belts [containing 50 needles each] hanging out of each barrel [AKA, 300 Ammo Per Launcher]. Each launcher can be separately, but if the puppeteer makes the puppet squeeze both launchers then both will fire. Every belt of the needles are used simultaneously in one launcher, and every belt's backbone is made of leather -- meaning that fire jutsu can completely destroy the ammo capabilities of the puppet and force the user to use"Shiirete Siru (Replenishing)" to restock. In the interior of the weapons, small senbon are continually turned every time the puppet closes its hand. Upon the puppet closes its hand, these turning senbon are aligned to actually dig into the groves in between the needle cartridges and propel more rounds into the launcher. This leads to an appearance of a fully automatic nail-launcher. This weapon is fairly accurate within 25 feet, and has a maximum range of 153.5 feet; however, as the weapon aims at putting massive quantities of nails downrange, even at 150 feet an opponent is likely to be hit by 1 out of 10 nails. Though the amount of hits on an opponent may vary, the wide spread on the nails makes some defensive technique almost necessary for an opponent. However, another important note of the weapon is that -- due to the nails smaller size and the mechanism used for firing -- these nails can not be engraved with fuuinjutsu.

Puppet Description:
Tankā was designed with one idea in mind -- a great amount of firing to completely overwhelm attackers. Gaining its inspiration from the jutsu "Hitei Mushou (Flying Nail Mist Pierce)," the primary two weapons utilized are guns that shoot nails at a ridiculous quantity. It is important to note that, due to the massive rate of fire, every 15 shots (which can be put out in one post) a launcher makes it must cool-down for 1 post. Each nail is approximately 2 inches long, and this small size is perfect for puncture wounds. In addition, as the nail is not an altered weapon, "Shiirete Siru (Replenishing)" can be used; however, due to the massive amounts of ammo it takes twice the amount of chakra to replenish the puppet's ammunition. To defend against these nails, most of the time whole-body defense or Fuuton jutsu is the best opportunity for enemy's to live as both can either greatly stop the attack or at-least reduce it to a much slower speed. As an opportunity for other classes to also disable the dangerous puppet, there is one additional opportunity to weaken Tankā. As the weapon is attached to its arm, the puppet can not grab things. Therefor, if one were to pull the ammo cartridges out of the two nail launchers -- which requires a great deal of force due to the enemy having to break the many small senbon used in turning the ammo into the launcher -- not only would the user have to use Replenishing to fix the interior senbon issue, but he would also have to place each ammo back into the proper slot in each barrel (takes one whole post where the puppeteer is completely open to attacks and can not avoid).

Two additional features were installed with the origin of the puppet to make it much stronger. First, as speed is not a concern due to the long-range focus, the whole puppet is constructed with metal. Though this makes the max speed of the puppet just a bit above walking speed, the power of this type of flesh makes it incredibly difficult to deal with. In addition, as a secondary weapon to defend against the puppet's ammo-based supplies' weakness of someone pulling the ammo cartridges out, a flamethrower [range of 6 feet] was installed in the puppet's mouth -- and this weapon can also be utilized to light some Saketon Jutsu on fire. However, one issue that this weapon did not recognize is that the ammo cartridges are put on a belt made of leather, meaning that the puppeteer must move the arms of the puppet a good deal away from the flame every time he uses flamethrower or risk completely destroying the ammo of his puppet.

Description: Although blind, through strenuous martial arts training since she was only a child, Jade has not only greatly enhanced her remaining four senses to amazing lengths, functioning with high levels of sensitivity and accuracy, but she has developed a way to "see" as well. While combining a "radar" type sense (similar to echolocation), with the ability to detect vibrations in the ground, Jade is able to perceive objects and her environment through both land and air. Using vibrations, air, and soundwaves that naturally flow through the area. Jade is fully capable of using the sense to perceive things and movement out of a normal person's line of vision. Obstacles that would normally obstruct regular vision, such as walls and thick dust clouds, are ineffective against Seismic Sense, while caverns and other underground cavities can also be detected through reliance different resonances. While taking higher amounts of focus and concentration, Jade can use Seismic Sense to work as a lie detector by sensing the interiors of others and changes in their status; primarily the heartbeat. Since humans have a physical reaction when they lie, Jade is able to tell when this happens through concentration, however, this is ineffective against those that are able to suppress this natural reaction; skilled liars. Outside of battle this is a natural perception for Jade, inside of battle where it is used more strenuously [10] Chakra per post is needed to maintain it.
