Manfread walked into a store and past various goods. An old man who reminded Manfread of a sailor looked up as he went about eyeing everything for price tags.
“Civilians aren't allowed...oh what can I do for you young sir?” the old man snapped, with a thick naval accent, Manfread turned and looked at the old man.
“I'm not a sir, that's my father and unlike him I work for a living,” Manfread said with distaste. The old man blinked then began to laughed.
“I'm sorry,” he said wiping a tear from his eye, “I just had a spat with the wiff, thinks I should retire ya see.”
“Plenty if time to rest when your dead,” Manfread replied walking over to the old man.
“Aye, that's what I said, but she was all you'll throw your back out or break a hip,” he said a little more cheerfully, “what does she want me to do all day, play Shogi?”
“Well I'd do it for half the day and when she lets her guard down sneak out for a brawl,” Manfread said with a happy smile, “maybe a drink afterwards as long as loser pays.”
The old man laughed again then asked, “Your not a sailor by chance are ye?”
“No I grew up in the desert and to tell you the truth, I can't swim,” he said shyly.
“Shame, you'd make a good one, I have an eye for this kinda thing ya know,” he said pointing at his eye, then he added, “so what can I help you with.”
“Actually my Kage ordered me to get prices from here, so if I could get a list,”
The old man reached under his desk and pulled out a few scrolls. Then he said, “Prices of what exactly?”
“Umm....Everything you have,” Manfread replied with a smile and a shrug. The old man looked at him with a questioning face.
“Oh, you got stuck with that mission,” he said flatly, handing Manfread a larger scroll. Manfread put it into his pouch.
“Yeah, what can I say a man's gotta eat right.”
“Aye, can't live on the salt air.”
“Well thanks for the scroll, but I have other things to find as well,” Manfread said turning around and heading for the exit.
“Good luck,” the old man called as Manfread passed through the door.

Manfread entered the shop at river port. Taking a deep breath he smiled at the smell of the sea air. Looking around he went off to find the owner. The old sea dog smiled as he greeted Manfread, and asked what he could do for the lad to day.
“Lets see here, I need an Iron-Based Metal Matrix Composite,” he replied, “Got any in stock?”
“Only by the ton,” the old man said in his thick naval accent.
“Then I'll take a ton of the stuff,” Manfread said, preparing to break out his purse.
“Oh? And to what Village should it be sent to?” the sea dog asked.
“Sunagakure.”
After making the transaction Manfread was lead out to the back of the shop, where sailors were loading various goods onto ships. The Old man barked a few orders and lead him over to a fine looking ship.
“Here we are, Cassia Noventa its her maiden voyage but she's a fine ship,” the sea dog said pointing at an impressive looking ship with his pipe, “I take it you'll be escorting the goods?”
“Yeah....what?” Manfread asked, suddenly going pale, “You want mt to ride that thing over the deep, deep sea?”
“Aye. Ya can't call yer self a man unless ya've sailed once,” the sea dog replied, looking at the young shinobi.
“Oh I'll show you,” Manfread said walking up to the ship and getting on board. As soon as everything had been loaded they were sailing off to Suna.

Ayame entered the port and looked around then walked up to a man dressed in sailing clothing. She walked up to him Daichi at her side, "He don't bite does he?"
Ayame smiled, "No sir, he just looks mean."
"Good what can I do for ya?"
Ayame took the scroll and handed it to him, he looked it over then gave it back, "Thank you."
"No problem, anything else?"
"What are your prices on metal, non-metal, and cloth?"
"Ah well metal is 1000 ryo per ton, non metal is 1500 ryo per ton, and cloth is 2000 ryo."
Ayame smiled, "Thanks so much."
"Welcome young lady," he said as Ayame and Dachi headed back to San.
[Exit to Streets]
