A shivver traced down Xaundellyn's spine at the other voice suddenly in the room. Turning to see the strange Fae creature, she found her jaw tightening. "You really think we'll go for that? One, I cannot tolerate that degree if cold. I will need heat. Can you supply enough heat? And two, my home is more equipped for a royal wedding, I am sure."

Xavier scratched his head at the whole idea but he knew it was for the best for his people. Xavier looked at the map exactly where it was. It wasnt that far from his home. "To start a new Beginning it would be an efficient place to live. We can have the wedding here then move there" he said "My People have a suffient amount of Flame Stones in our mines we should be able to " he also added as he said to the princess.

"I see as of now you still have yet to really think on the Rhyme. Think on it more deeply, think on it in its entirety. It is my Hope you will come to understand the truth I am giving you, Though It I can not tell it you in words that are so easily understood." Then he walked over to the map and retrieved his dagger. "The cold is but a shield, though it has resulted in many a fatality, but if you can reshape your mentality, and venture beneath the ice and the snow, You will find a place yet untouched by the suns glow, a place within the earth possessing heat no fireplace could yield."

She watched them both, a look of skeptism in her eyes. "Alright. If you, as my future husband, think it will be the best option, then I will stand beside you and go." The words tasted bitter on her tongue as she gave in, but then she relaxed, she would take some of her servants and then she wouldn't be alone. "When shall we hold the wedding? I think we only need a weeks time to prepare."

Xavier looked back at The Princess folded his arms "A week is perfect and enough time for me to Tell my people the news" he said. Even though he knew his people would not like him accepting the proposal especially his father.

"A week? What is this Nonsense? Why Wait so long when it can be ready in three days?" Marcus asked before laughing. "I'm starting to like you two, You seem to have a sense of humor...But no worries, A wedding, especially one of this caliber is worth the extra four days wait. Merely call out my name when you reach the exact spot I marked on the map. I will then Open the door to my humble home." and then the odd faery vanished..literally...into the air.

Ren panted. Standing there with all his armor, he was rather exasperated. But, in all his tire, he was relieved that he could stop fighting. He sheathed his weapons, watching as Lady Xaundellyn prepared for a negotiation between the enemy. Whatever the result, Ren promised, he must champion through it to be together with Lenore in the end. Oh how he loved her and missed her! He desperately wanted to see her! But alas, he was called away to join the forces here, leaving his sweet Lenore behind. He stood ready, unknowing as to how the negations between his Lady Xaundellyn and that prince would turn out.
His view on the war was...well shared. He, like some of his other companions, grew tired of fighting this war against the immortals. He knew that because he was a knight of the guard, he'd have to continue in the war, but it failed to change his disapproving mentality of it. His view on Immortals was...changed. Though in the beginning of the war, he truthfully distasted the other race, he had grown exhausted of fighting them. And... There was Lenore, whom he had met near one of the border skirmishes. What a pitiful thing to be caught in that battle! But alas, they had both grown on each other and in that, fell in love. Learning that she was an assistant maid of none other than the Immortal Prince nearly broke his Faery heart, but it soon did not matter what race she was as long as their love was forever mutual. The two continued to meet up near the borders in secret, whenever Lenore could sneak away from the castle and whenever Ren was in the area or wasn't on duty. Thus, Ren had come to the conclusion that many, if not most Immortals weren't as bad as they seemed.
But if Lady Xaundellyn demanded that they continue the war, then Ren was forced to fight because it was his code of honor. He waited anxiously for the results of this meeting.
And somewhere far off, Lenore stood dusting a vase in one of the royal parlors. She was thinking about other things, much more dreamy things than focusing on her job at the time being. She had heard that the Prince went off to battle today, somewhere off to fight the Fae folk. She pouted, deeply concerned for she hoped that whoever the Prince was fighting, it was not Ren at the other end of the sword. Her love for him was a secret, and she knew that if Ren was ever killed in battle that she couldn't openly express her sorrow. This bothered her some, and she went about dusting in a grim mood.
"Lenore! It is a blessing for the Winterbourne family that you are working in the castle! So show your gratitude by decently dusting!" The head maid scolded her, scowling as she lifted her finger from the shelf to reveal dust. Lenore snapped out of her day dreaming and bowed her head before resuming to dusting rather vigorously. That was right. The Winterbourne family were nobles and very close with the royals. They had sent her older brother to study at the academy; he later became a royal advisor. Lenore was tutored at home to be a bred a proper ingenue, but her free spirit and odd personality didn't attract any suitors. She failed in the eyes of her parents, and therefore was sent to be a royal servant. And here she was, trying to be a good little girl. But she couldn't possibly concentrate on dusting when her Ren was risking her life out there!

"We will need to send out invitations to the lesser kingdoms. I need to get a dress, there are the flower arrangements, our vows to write." Suddenly it all seemed very overwhelming and she hadn't even told anyone they were to be married yet! "I have to tell my mother and father, and this very well may kill him." Xaundellyn turned to look at her Prince and sighed, "What will you be needing to do? I can handle all details of the wedding easily from home."

Marcus stood before The King of the Faeries; bowing slowly. "I have joyous news to bring you old king. An unbreakable treaty is being formed as we speak. A treaty between your people and the immortals. A treaty that can only be upheld. For as the bond grows stronger, the kingdoms will be one, The two will be two no longer, This will be such fun. The Prince and Princess will become husband and wife in a weeks time. But know this about this rhyme...." and then he stopped speaking in riddles and spoke to the elderly faery king plain, simple, and clear; leaning close to his ear. "The royal families of the races have been at war for thousands of years. Why do you think that is??? I am what started the war. The very idea of the two races being able to have children together was radical at the time. But the thing that started this war, was the knowledge, that the union of the two races creates a demon like me..."

The old king listened to Marcus as he spoke, and he nodded. The look of rage covered his face and he shoved to his feet, "Enough!" He bellowed, pointing a finger at Marcus, "You Beast, you are what started this war?" A sudden calm look crossed his face and he sat down, coughing heavily into a handkerchief. "I thought so, but I wasn't sure." Pulling a book older than the king himself, he handed shook it at the man before him and explained, "I have read this diary from three kings before me many a time. It doesn't make a lot of sense and the drawings are crude. But they speak of a creature so repulsive that no eye can be laid upon it. Surely you are not that creature. I mean, you are an abomination, that is true, but not so fearsome I would cower before you." His voice was ragged, his breathing labored. Half of his body seemed to be bound and stitched and it was a wonder he could walk or speak at all.

"So they recorded my visage did they??? Well, Let me give you a glimpse. Try not to die, I would prefer You make it long enough to shake my hand." Then the world around the king darkened, and marcus moved to kneel out of the way. Then all at once the king saw a demonic being that would match some of the drawings. It was the same man as the one kneeling, but there were key differences. The six wings were present still, the tail the same as before. His skin was bone white, whiter than the most beautiful and purest cloud in any sky. His skin also had the most incredibly beautiful and intricate red, black, and purple tattoo like lines that resembled the stripes of some tiger of the northern lands. His hair was absent entirely, instead his scalp was adorned with rows and rows of small backward curvering horns that were close enough together and shaped that they looked like hair almost. the six wings were folded, and on the upperback, behind the shoulders of the regular arms were a pair of arms nearly twice as long as his regular set, and at the bottom of his ribcage there was third pair of arms. He was wearing tribal pants and little else.
"This is the real me." The demon said, "The one kneeling is an illusion that fools all of the senses. An Idealized version of myself. I am what you get when the two races successfully have children and I look forward to shaking hands with you old king." Then the image faded and the world brightened back to normal. The illusion of marcus then stood and said, "Note that what you just saw was only seen by you, No other beings living in this world saw what you saw."

The kind inhaled deeply, grabbing his chest as he watched the change in front of him. "You are a monster." he whispered, then he blinked. Shoving the book into his pocket one more, he knew he had to add to it later on. "So tell me, creature, from where have you come to us? Where does one such as yourself hide?" He was shaken from the site that had befallen his eyes, but his tone remained gruff and unrumpled.

"In the north...in a place beautiful as any your kingdom contains. A land beneath the ground, filled with flowers, forests, and villages. A land where the people hold more wealth than their king, and he does not tax them for it. I am that king. My kingdom is beneath yours, far beneath the ice and snow of the northen most border between your kingdom and the kingdom of the Immortals."

Xavier sighed then looked at the tattoo that was on his hand but the tattoo goes all up his arm. "First is I have to bring my troops home. Then tell my father and my kingdom." He said as he rolled back in the chair. "This is not going to be a great ride home" he added
