I just want more food at that time of the month. I get the pain of stomach cramps confused with the pain of hunger. xd If someone in my house has made some banana bread, though, I stuff my face with that. heart

It seems to change, but I think I crave egg or spring rolls, crab ragoons and milk chocolate.

Pretty anything with sugar in it. Chocolate, cake etc. Salty stuff, burgers, chips Everything unhealthy, Fast food, deepfried stuffs.
Not good for health, but makes you feel good biggrin

I crave a lot of meat stuff, especially stuff fried chicken and steak. I just can't get enough meat into my system to stop the craving. XD
I also crave no-bake cookies-like no other, its one of those if I saw it I would eat it until I couldn't eat anymore or just throw up, type of appetites.

What I crave during the curse is usually Chocolate & salty foods too. Especially when it comes to potato chips and pretzels

ANYTHING chocolate!! And coffee, caramel, popcorn... salty things.... Chocolate covered preztels are amazing!!

I often crave sweets a lot more than I usually do during that time.
Although, the thing I crave the most is anything with dairy like ice cream, chocolate milk, mac & cheese, etc. Sadly, my lactose intolerance is even more intolerant during that time and dairy bothers me so much more so I try to avoid it on my period as much as possible, which is hard considering I crave it so bad stressed
