"Hmm...?" Samantha looked up slowly as she heard someone yelling, she thought it was Regina, but wasn't sure. Letting go of the back of Daytona's chair, Sam took a few small looks left and right before taking a few steps towards the kitchen. "Reggie? Is something" Then, things seemed to get out of hand.
When Sam had gone to the window to see what was going on, why Regina might have yelled out, she heard a loud crash, the tingling of shattered glass pattering through the kitchen as she instinctively raised up her hands to cover her face from shards; she was looking between her fingers at a strange man in a hood, and what looked like little else. "Yeeeesh! Put a shirt on in the kitchen..." Samantha really didn't understand what was going on at first, blinking with a blank stare for a few long moments before she starts to catch on. Leaning forward a little, she slings open a drawer and brings forth the first weapon at hand, brandishing it in the direction of the hooded man with a determined gaze, fork held menacingly. Well, as menacing as a dinner fork can be...

"Ehhhh..." Sam lowered her guard as she saw Daytona take out the odd hooded man, but before she could even say anything the dark girl was gone, leaving Samantha standing in the kitchen with a rather dumbfounded expression; this was something that tended to happen often, with or without home invaders. Fork in hand, Samantha jumped out of hte kitchen through the rather large hole the hooded man had made, taking a look around to try and see what was going on.
"Oh hey, my laptop is still here..." Smiling a little, Sam took a few steps over to her computer that had been left on the porch and was oddly still undisturbed; Samantha tilted it just enough to see the screen saver running, before something came back to nag at her mind. Right, Reggie! Her face going back to it's determined look, Sam made her way quickly around the house, trying to find a way down. "Ugh... I don't remember this wall being here..." After several rather inept attempts at finding a way through, Samantha ended up clambering over the wall, ditching her heels in favor of mobility, and followed Regina's voice in the direction of the beach, slipping and tumbling her way down the mountain.
"Reg? Reggie!" Sam first noticed her friend on the ground, completely oblivious to the essentially immobile woman standing over her as Samantha rushed to Regina's side, shaking her shoulders a little to try and wake her with a concerned look on her face. Turning to the odd woman with a frown, Sam held her fork out menacingly. "You! Why are you just standing there? Go get help!"

٭CIDER٭
[OOC: a note to Sam, they are all down by the beach, not a swimming pool. So you'll need to get her over Cider's barrier and down the mountain-side if you want to meet that group.]
The trees cried out as the beastly man's bladed grip sliced through their bark, sometimes so deep that sap began to bleed out, dooming that tree unless Cider could heal it, which she was not able to do at the time. Rather, she was occupied within.
Even though a normal human would not have been able to make it over the sand-traps she had created, this one, whatever his pedigree, had done so. She stood horrified over his body, which Daytona had just left lifeless and sprawled on the kitchen floor. His ornate belt of metals lay around his unbreathing torso like man-crafted entrails, and the turquoise tattoo on his chest ran with ocassional throbs of black as Daytona's powers of darkness coursed through his flesh.
"If you craved the darkness so badly," she murmured, knowing what sort of man he had been, "you must be very happy."
She contemplated getting him back out of the window and throwing him into the waiting ground, to bed pulled down and used to nourish the earth as a small penance for his behaviour. However, she held off on this, in case the others had any interest in the body. There would be time enough for a fair burial.
Looking around, it seemed she was alone, as sounds of Sam had come and gone like an owl's screech in night, and Daytona's ethereal form had misted away. Indeed, it was just her in the house... she and Celeste, for whom she worried, as the girl of light had not been out of bedroom for some time, and had of late seemed particularly melancholic.

Again, the idea of herself going commando went right over Sam's head, leaving her staring blankly at Regina for a moment. "Umm... we should probably go inside now?" Samantha had forgotten about the bounty hunters for the moment; with Regina against her, Sam slowly stood up; bracing her arms under her friend, she picked up Regina with a quick movement... resulting in a few shaky steps and plenty of strange strained faced and grunts. Sam was certainly strong, but she had never tried to lift one of her friends before. "Uuuuuph... c'mon... let's get back to the... the house."
It had been a long trip, carrying Regina back up the side of the mountain, and not an easy one on Samantha, ripping and tearing up her dress a bit more before she finally reaches Cider's improvised barrier. Grunting and blowing out her cheeks, she lets out a long, hot breath of flame to scortch a path through the sand into rough glass she can walk on. Making it to the small wall, she carefully lets Regina down the other side of it, before flopping with a hard sigh on the top of the earthen wall. "C-Cider...? Tona...?" Samantha called out, weakly at first; she could see the house easily from here, and was watching the windows for any signs of life inside. "L-little help...?"
