Johnny's eyes flickered back and forth as he played with an old yo-yo he found in a box at home. Since he was done with his exam a long time ago Johnny had to find something to preoccupy his time with. Eventually the toy got boring so he put it away and looked over at Rebecca, smiling sweetly and waving. After waving he made a heart with his hands and hoped she didn't find it too geeky, he wasn't sure if that was the cool thing to do or not.

Becky looked over at Johnny when she saw motion out of the corner of her eye, she saw the heart he had made with his hands and gave a silent giggle, since there were people still taking the test. It was a bit ridiculous but it was one of the things she liked about him, he made her laugh and smile with ease. She smiled at him and made a heat with her hands only she kissed the center and then blew it towards him.

Johnny was glad when she turned and saw her actions. He blushed when she blew the kiss, but smiled to show he got it. Rebecca really cared for him and it was simple actions like these that only made their love grow and grow. The fact that they could be silly together, that they could make signs and gestures and not care what anybody thought.

Rebecca smiled at Johnny, he was so silly it was actually pretty cute. While she wasn't one that was so devoted to Johnny she'd shout it from the roof tops, she loved him just as much as she loved Amanda and would never do anything to change it. She was glad that he was with her, it also kept people from asking if she was jealous of Amanda for having such a devoted boyfriend, he was so carefree and had the ability to cheer her up the instant he came around her if she was down about anything. She placed a her head on her hand and looked at Johnny and giggled silently at his blush, it was cute. She wished she could sit next to him and Amanda but they were spread out during the exam to prevent cheating since the teacher knew who the friends were, right now she was sitting next to who had to be the most annoying kids in the class, ones who were mocking her actions at the moment but she ignored them and just admired her boyfriend for who he was and what he did for her and wondered how he did on the test.

A bored Alex sat at the back of the class, having held off on finishing the test until Amanda arrived, and even then, she didn't stay long enough for her to offer a race. Seeing as she'd considered Amanda her arch-rival since Elementary school, she was more than a little disappointed. Sighing, she absently completed the test, then asked to be excused, writing a small note, passing it on to Johnny before leaving the class. It told him to spread around the word of her party, taking place that night. Until then, she had much to do, number 1 on her list: Release another monster, as her latest had obviously failed...

Johnny noticed the people pointing and laughing but he just ignored them. They only did it because they didn't understand. They weren't in their position, so in love and not afraid to express it! That's when a tap came to his shoulder and he read the note, then passed it on to everybody else so they were aware of her party.

Rebecca read the note but simply passed it on, she wasn't much for parties, especially big ones. Personal parties were ok for her but not ones that the whole school was invited to. She looked up at the clock and saw that the time was going to be up soon and was happy.

Johnny noticed that Amanda and William had been gone a long time and wondered what they were up too. The couple wasn't much for squeezing in dirty moments between class so he knew that they weren't doing that. But what were they doing?

Rebecca tapped her fingers against the desk she was seated at and sighed as she waited for the time to expire, exams were easy but they weren't fun, the only reason she could stand them was because her best friend and boyfriend had over half the same classes she did so they had most of their exams together.

William Turned to amanda and said, "I have something to ask you Amanda, and this is a very important question. Can you love someone who is cursed?" and then he kneeled before her, his right hand coming up from his pocket to reveal a small black box, and his left hand opened it to reveal a ring. "And If you can, Will you marry me?"

Amanda was about to say something when William started talking about love...that's when the ring came out. That's when her heart stopped. That's when she felt the most normal. Her eyes froze as did the rest of her. It was a definite yes but Amanda couldn't speak, the whole thing had taken her by surprise. "YES. OF COURSE!" she screamed out, blushing at how loud she was. It wasn't intended but everything caught her off guard.

Johnny waited until it looked like everyone had finished the test, watched the teacher, and then walked over to Rebecca's desk. "Hey." he said in a whispered tone.

William had expected a flat out no. But when he heard her scream, and when her heard that yes, he's eyes widened and he slowly smiled. the back of his shirt made ripping and tearing sounds and he didn't even notice as a pair of human arm length bird like wings extended. but they were featherless. instead of feathers, there were hundreds of small vent like holes. These holes started giving off a medium volume wirring and whistling sound, Like a turbine engine warming up, and then william began to float upwards.

Then his right arm, right eye, revealed themselves for what they really were, and his horns became visible. He then moved forward and lightly kissed amanda on the lips and placed the ring on her finger before exiting the room and flying down the halls of school at high speed screaming, "Yes!!!! SHE SAID YES!!!!!!!!!!" and he laughed excitedly.

Amanda watched as this happened wasn't sure what to make o fit. William's hyper reaction and kid like behavior made her smile, and that smile grew even bigger as he kissed her on the lips and placed the ring on her finger. She coveted the shiny object as she walked back to class just in time for the bell to ring, next was PE. Amanda gathered her things and walked over to Rebecca's desk where Johnny was already standing. "Hey! We should go! And I can tell you something amazing..He Proposed!" she shouted and flashed her ring.

Rebecca looked at Johnny with a smile when he walked over "Hey you" she replied quietly and then looked at the screaming girl that was her best friend and smiled at the news "Well it's about time" she said "congratulations" she got up and hugged her best friend tightly "I'm so happy for you."
