We've all done things that make us want to turn back the clock, and if you quit, you're just going to be adding another thing to the list. Please don't go! I've done things I regret. But I moved on. And whenever I remember, I take that as a reason to stay and move forward, so that nothing it doesn't happen again. If you are serious about leaving, I won't stop you. But just please think about it. A lot. We will miss you.

	Not to sound really mean but with people literally begging you to stay, it seems a bit selfish to be leaving despite that. I'd say respect your friend's wishes and stay since they clearly want you to.
