Binged really bad today. =,=

Gonna go on a strict liquid diet.
Get the weigh off NOW.
Liquid diets are perfectly healthy. I cant wait to start and my tummy hurts really bad D:

Special K Protein Bar 170 cal

Dinner:
Lean Cuseane 350 Cal

Drinks:
Coffee: 15cal
Tons of water

Exercise
Jogged/walked two miles

Days total cals 565

I wanna start on that liquid diet soon, I just want to stock up on more shakes before doing so.
Anyway I am still at 147lbs which is surprising since how i binges last night on chicken, cake and other crap.
But I feel good for sticking to a low calorie count, if I'm losing weight i don't care about calories anymore.
If i don't eat enough well ******** it.
Right now all I care about is getting enough vitamins and good stuff, I have enough fat that my body can metabolize.

Still eating about 40 cals a day and drinking tons of coffee. I pigged out yesterday at chilis D;
But today I had a lean cusien pizza and a 100 cal snack.
the pizza was 345 cal and the snack 100 cal the cups of coffee was like 15 cals each and I dunno how many I drank.
Who, I wonder if I will weigh less tomorrow...

Lost another pound today, currently at 146 lbs. Badass.
anyway I had one small bowl of spaghetti that my dad made.
I have no idea on how many calories that is so I'm not eating anything else and I ope to do a ton of exercise tonight to burn it off.
If I gain I will be so pissed off.
I have also been drinking a ton of coffee, so far only two cups but I will drink more as it gives me energy and I like it.
I also plan to drink a ton of water.
And tons of exercise. Lots of running.
Whoot, I hope I make 145 tomorrow.

Awh thanks! But I do recommend that you eat more than me.
It's really hard for me to eat enough calories, a human is suppose to eat about 1200 - 1500 cals a day i eat about 650 at the most.
However keeping a log of what you do is fun and it helps you eliminate guess work.

However keeping a log of what you do is fun and it helps you eliminate guess work.

Oh I'm pretty knowledgeable about healthy eating and so on (I actually teach a nutrition curriculum). What I find helpful is actually writing down what I do/don't do (whether I eat something, exercise and whatnot) and making sure that it could/will be seen by others!

Yeah, I might have to do that. Now that I've gone back to school and am in a routine, it should be much better and easier to keep on track, and with my fiance and his best friend using reverse psychology on me ("You can't lose weight." ">___< WATCH ME") I've been doing pretty well, and lost approx. 10lbs. But I think documenting what I eat and do would be helpful. :3

Lost another pound.
today I had three cups of coffee 20cal each
a cup of V* Fusion Light 50 cal
And a 100 Cal snack with some LJS's sripmp/fries I ate very few of them and I'm so proud.
I didn't eat all of the fast food and I have it sitting in the fridge.
Did a lot of exercise so I better not gain.
Currently sitting at 145 lbs

Omg! You're my hero!! Before I left for Hawaii, I lived on donuts, coffee, and ice pops. By the end of Hawaii, instead of having a bikini body, I have a roll of fat that hangs over my jeans. And I can't seem to lose it. Instead, I'm gaining weight. Just watching you document your weight is amazing! I hope you don't mind if I take some points and tips and try it myself! Also, a handy app on my phone I have is called Lose It!. You basically customize a food plan to lose 2 lbs/week. They have a website too!! heart
