Lost another pound today, currently at 146 lbs. Badass.
anyway I had one small bowl of spaghetti that my dad made.
I have no idea on how many calories that is so I'm not eating anything else and I ope to do a ton of exercise tonight to burn it off.
If I gain I will be so pissed off.
I have also been drinking a ton of coffee, so far only two cups but I will drink more as it gives me energy and I like it.
I also plan to drink a ton of water.
And tons of exercise. Lots of running.
Whoot, I hope I make 145 tomorrow.
