And luckily I have only had the one time I actually tried to do myself harm and that was a joke because I was to much of a chicken to actually hurt myself badly in that situation.

Oh, dont worry thats been a long time ago and I have better control of things since then, I dont usually even get as far down as that anymore, only very very rarely and even then I manage to get threw it.
