Charles: What an interesting question for such a shallow-minded creature. I am a sentry. I am sure she will be an obedient ghoul, and hopefully I can turn her into a mostly proper lady.
((They get along pretty well, but Charles can be a bit insufferable at times, leading to little spats. He also gets annoyed at her when he feels she is not respecting him or pampering him enough.))
Taani: I grew up in India, Hindi is my first language, though I began to learn English early enough that I am fluent in it.
I do like my parents. We do not see eye to eye, they felt that my dreams of being a dancer, or, even worse, an actress were foolish, and simply wanted me to focus on my education because they cared about me, and also hoped it might get rid of my "foolish notions." Despite their worries about me we mostly got along, and it was because I loved them that I worked hard at my education to please them while I tried other pursuits.
My brother, Rakesh has...mentally retreated to before the nightmares began. He is smart and physically capable, but emotionally stunted. He acts like a child still, though sometimes he shows small signs of improvement. Rakesh is also easily terrified, despite the fact that he was brave as a child.
