Nodding to his teacher, Hiroto stood and walked over to the group where the man had been yelling about the tin men. When he reached them, he waved real quick to get the main guy's attention. "Hey, I happened to overhear you say something about gettin' zapped by tin men. My master and I are smiths and arms dealers, and that tin man sounds interesting...How 'bout I buy your next round and you tell me about 'em?" Once he finished throwing his idea at the drunk man, he turned slightly and called to the bar, "Hey barkeep, another round of whatever he's been drinkin', on me." He hoped his idea would work and that he'd be able to get a good lead for where he should go next.

The group cheered when the next round came, and collectively downed their drinks in one long gulp. When the glasses hit the table again, the drunk man clapped Hiroto on the shoulder and laughed obnoxiously.

"What're you, drunk?" he squealed. "Them tin mens... they got fancy armor that zaps the smile off yer face if ya look at 'em funny. Come waltzin' in here and arrestin' erryone... I ain't need no police! Get 'em withou' their suits and they squish reeeeeeal good. Hey, buddy, you got another drink?"

Listening to the drunk man talk as he knocked back his drink, Hiroto thought about what the man was saying. These tin men sounded to him like the armored soldiers that they had faced not long ago. Ordering another round, Hiroto laughed then spoke again, "Hmm, I didn't see anybody in fancy armor as I walked around the city, you know where the tin men hang out when they aren't bustin' in and arrestin' everybody? Like where they'd be when they took off that fancy armor of their's?" Hiroto kept thinking of how he could steer this conversation to get as much information as possible, and maybe even get these guys to go harass the soldiers for him.

"Huh...? They's in the dance place a lot, but not in armor so you can't say who's who..." The drunk man frowned as he tried to gather his thoughts. He looked in the nearest tankard, stole it from his friend, and downed the beer inside in one big gulp before continuing: "Hey, buddy, you got a drink?"

Oh this was going to be good. His mother was going to try to kill him if she ever heard this story. During his last travel here, the master had been in such a place. Walking over to the group, the blind master spoke in about as obnoxious tone as he could.

"Hey! Boy! I'm gonna go and try and find me some entertainment. And I tought you better...order this man a drink....if your going to join their conversation"

Like that, the master used his walking stick to guide him through the building out the door.

Listening to the drunk man, who seemed confused about what he was asking about, Hiroto was interrupted by Yasuke being obnoxious. Turning to his master, the young man spoke, "Alright, Master, have fun" He'd then watch the older man leave the bar before turning to look towards the bar, "Hey Barkeep, another round for me and my new friends!" He'd then turn back to the man he'd been speaking with, "Hmm, You talk like they're from somewhere outside the city, them tin men, that is. You got any idea where from? or where they get that fancy armor of their's?" Hiroto was hoping these men had some information he could use

The barkeep sent out a new round posthaste, and the man guzzled his drink down like it was water in a desert.

"Ain't got no ideas 'bout them guys," he responded blearily. "Leroy said his bro's one o' them, but Leroy's a damned liar, 'cause he's only got five sisters, and none of 'em likes to dance. Aw, man... Igottacheckashipmentinthemorning... Goll-durn tin men and their armor..."

The man's head hit the table, his voice trailing off.

Looking back over his shoulder to the bar, Hiroto ordered another round of drinks for the table before downing the one he had and slapping the man he'd been talking to on the shoulder, laughing, "You alright, bud? Where's the shipment coming in at? I could help cover it for ya, while you sleep off these drinks. I'm sure the rest of these guys wouldn't say anything to get ya in trouble." The young man hoped he'd be able to find this incoming shipment, and from there, maybe where the tin men were getting their armor, or even where they were from themselves.

"Apartment building C," the guy, clearly plastered, trailed off. He was out cold before the drinks hit the table, not that the rest of the group seemed to mind. OF course, they were also paying the newcomer no mind for the most part, and were now chatting loudly about wheat price fluctuations in small villages dotting the Fire Country. Apparently there were a few really interesting economic microcosms around Konoha, but that was almost certainly unrelated to anything the newcomer would be interested in, and had absolutely nothing to do with his mission.

I guess San would be in either the night club or casino, if he were looking for entertainment, lol

Downing the new round of drinks, Hiroto nodded when the drunk man said where the shipment he was dealing with would be. Standing up, he paid for the drinks, and excused himself, saying "Well boys, I better go find my old master....he may be blind, but he's pretty good at getting himself into trouble when he goes looking for 'entertainment'...Y'all have a good night." He wobbled slightly on his feet, he had never really drunk before. Stabilizing himself with his staff, the young man left the bar to go find his Master, Yasuke (exit)

Whise walked up to the Thief of virtue and made extremely subtle bantering comments about how He could have told him he was the old man in the sewers and gave him the information he was looking for forever ago. But that wasn't why he was here. He showed his exploits to the ToV for his approval.

Note: If confronted by an enemy roleplayer, and still able to relay data, this becomes an A ranked mission. If a sensor class shinobi performs this mission they gain an additional 500 AC.

Information: Whispers of a mysterious Organization have surfaced and the Village Leader requires someone to identify at least one of their members. Using stealthy methods, the charged shinobi must discover the identity of the organization's member and make it back with this information alive.

Minimum Posts: Variable
Note: This cannot be performed unless there is an actual organization tied to an arc or village identified. Bonus: 300 AC.

Information: Your mission is to raid either an enemy camp, outlying village, or even the village itself. However you will face opposition no matter your choice. Therefore you must get in, cause as much destruction as you can and get out while ensuring your actions cannot be traced or linked back to your village.
Solo or Squad: Variable
Minimum Posts: 4
-note- If your raid is successfully tracked back to you and your village ac and ryo cannot be claimed for this mission. Also this mission becomes S-Ranked if the target is an actual village.

Rank: S
Information: This mission is pretty straight forward. Your mission is to enter enemy territory (i.e. a village) and destroy a building of either military, economic, or political importance. If you are caught while on this mission and still able to complete your objective without leaving either a trace or blowing your cover, you are allowed to claim this mission as a success at S-rank. However, if the bombing can be successfully traced back to you and your village it will be counted as a failure.
Solo or Squad: Either.
Minimum Posts: 6
Note: This mission is 6 posts per target, so if multiple targets are wanted, each must host the 6 necessary posts. If a Bakuton user performs this mission they are granted an extra 400 AC if they opt out of Ryo payment.

Whise nodded at the Thief of Virtues decision, he accepted his credits and things. He gulped the on the house drink and left a tip."Thanks for the drink." As he stood he needed to enact his plan of taking over Giman. He began thinking of what to do next. His infamy would probably increase though because oto was relatively secluded and not communicating with the other villages. So noone outside of Oto or the UHV would know his face as a rogue. And so he began to work towards his goal of world domination. But first he also had a bird problem to take care of.

Whise seemed in a hurry, which was not normal for him if anyone recognized his usual attire. He took a seat at the bar which was smackdab in front of the tv. He pulled out his coupon and ordered his free wings appetizer and a steak entree along with some sake. His eyes would be glued to the screen looking for his son or daughter. They should both be old enough for the exams. He wondered if they both made it through the first round. He continued watching for any updates.
