"MISS JANITOR!" The short, freckle reaper was positively beaming as he hurried up to Moira, carrying something behind his back. "May I present, the most versatile, amazing, clever piece o' equipment you ever seen!" With a flourish, he produced what appeared to be a chunk of electrical cord who's ends had been tied tightly around the middles of two rats. "You can throw it at their legs," He spun the poor creatures around like a set of bolos before letting the creatures fly and land on the dirt path not so far from them, "Or you can sick 'em on people," He gave a sudden wavering, instructive whistle, commanding the creatures to come scurrying back to him, no matter how dizzy and disoriented they might have been, subsequently lunging on either side of some poor student's ankles with the cord stretched between them like a trip wire.
"Which gives ya' time for the ol' serial killer strangle, or just punch their lights out while they're discombobulated!" Enzo beamed proudly at his creation. Clearly it was a brilliant utilization of his natural abilities.
The rats, meanwhile, began to clean their fur and tried to chew through the cord to escape.
Sosiqui Christof's presentation is on page 2, too, just edited it sorry for delay!

Olivia looked between the tires and the mirrors, now in two separate hands, for quiet some time. Both seemed like they could be interesting weapons in their own right - even though there was no way to apply her natural ability to either of them, it was something of self preservation and nothing for outside elements. Her ideal use of weaponry for either of them was very simplistic. But in the end, she chose the first item she found; one of those lovely tires.
Picking it up wasn't as hard as she'd thought it'd be, no where near the means of being able to lift it up over her head but getting it upright was simple enough. And it proved to have a little bit of a bounce to it as well, she grinned.
Olivia gave a quick smile to Molan before she gestured that she would be heading over to Miss Moira with her acquired item for the presentation. Rolling it over, she stopped in front of the other undead with a big smile. A few minutes of staring, she realized she should probably say something.
"Hi," smile, "I found a tire!" Like it wasn't obvious. She rolled it in front of her and bounced it lightly. "I thought this would be neat 'cause you can roll it, so you can roll it into people. Or bounce it into people or if someone was like stronger they could throw it and stuff."
Olivia placed too black hands on the tire and pushed it down, only to step into it very gingerly. Reaching down, she grabbed it by the edges and pulled it up like it were a hoo-la-hoop (though, it didn't really work that well and just seemed to bunch up with the frills of her skirt, thank goodness for those leggings). "It might also be a shield, or I could roll in it for added damage." It began to grow a little heavy in her awkward grasp, so she let the tire fall down to the ground with a bouncy thud. But she was done, so that was okay. And still all smiles.

Bringing gloves had apparently been a grand idea. Upon arriving at the 'class', Etzer found he would have to dig through piles of trash. He was glad he brought extra; he didn't know if Molan had any that he would have brought.
He found his brother easily and gave him a look that clearly said there were better things to do, but handed him the extra pair of gloves in silence before moving off to scavenge for objects.
The first thing he found was a misshapen ceramic pot. It looked hideous, something even Etzer wouldn't put in his room. Rolling his eyes, he took it anyway because it might just be useful for something, and moved to another location. It was rather humorous to see him drag the thing halfway across the lot, finally standing it up next to Molan.
The next thing that he spotted was a floor lamp. With no shade. It was perfectly fine except for the cord which had been sheared off almost like a minipet with no fur. He kind of felt sorry for the thing, so he picked up that as well and already a plan began to hatch in his mind. Maybe if he put the lamp on the ugly piece of pottery...
The third thing he'd found was a scorched dish. Nothing was wrong with it, save for it being scorched. Ah, that could go in between the two things... yes. Yeessss... this just might work. Although it was big. ... he'd make it work. Somehow.
The fourth and fifth things he'd found together, tilting his head curiously at them. Ugh, the tire smelled rancid and the shirt... he didn't even want to talk about the shirt.
Etzer walked around the objects now, attempting to think. If only he'd listened to the instructions, instead of trying to combine them in his mind. He was a fashion designer, after all.... and these travesties had to be righted.
"Hey Molan, I think I found one in your size." He took a brief moment in thinking as he held up the shirt with a gloved hand, an eyebrow raising. He was only half kidding.
Only half.
raja Your brother is here and is not happy about it. Grump grump.
Quote: 4 - You find a misshapen ceramic pot about two feet tall. It's heavy. Maybe it came out of some long-ago Arts & Crafts class? 10 - You find a floor lamp with no shade. The bulb is intact but the cord has been sheared off. 9 - You find what looks like a massive old dish from the Creepateria kitchen. Thankfully it's clean... just scorched. 3 - You find a size large t-shirt advertising some long-defunct bruteball team. 8 - You find a rubber tire big enough for you to fit through. It smells kind of pungent.

Maple hadn't been too sure about a field class, she wasn't much of an adventurous type so trips were generally avoided by her but from looking at the flyer it had seemed that this was still going to be within school grounds. Or at least not too far. And it might have been nice to get some fresh air after being locked in her nearly destroyed room for days trying to avoid the voices.
Getting down to the junkyard, however, she immediately regretted her decision. There were dangers at every turn, it was like looking at her very own death trap (that also included companions into the journey to her demise). Sharp turns, pointy things, things to fall into. Dread. DREAD. Maple let out a whimper and oh so wanted to turn back. But she was already here, and this was a class and she could never turn back against higher learning and the educational system; no matter how bizarre it was. (Why couldn't there be any reading involved?)
She traveled down into grim and the filth, muttering to herself as she oh so didn't enjoy the digging and the getting dirty. Maple tried of so carefully to navigate through it all, least not to trip and kill herself or something. A little stumble caused her to crash into some metal object with a wince. The with looked at the object, holding onto it tightly to stabilize herself. She could practically fit into it. Maybe she could use it as a shield, and hide under it. Shifting her grip and getting herself up actually made her realize there were two of the same dish, they weren't wedged together but perhaps thrown out at the same time due to similar damage. She couldn't tell really from her angle and Maple didn't want to give it much thought really.
She pressed on though, since she was instructed to find more than one item - at least one and two were down - and thankfully not too far from the dishes she found a floorlamp with only the bulb intact. In her grip, it didn't seem too bad, almost like her broom without the bristles. And metal. Something at least familiar, perhaps... maybe even something to choose. But also, something probably to easily hit herself with and cause a massive head injury. Hecate.
Death trap Death trap, looking through a death trap. Her brown eyes looked around where she stood (because now she wasn't sure about taking the chance to move and hurt herself, especially with a metal pole in her hands). From where she stood, there was a large weird... clay pot thing. Even from here she could tell there was no way for her to lift it; she'd just get a hernia or something. Nope.
There did seem to be a another pole sticking right out of it though. So, holding onto the lamp, she carefully made her way over to figure out what it was. Pulling it out with one hand, revealed it to be simply a mop. Realizing it was a mop and in a junk yard, she let it go immediately. Disgusting.
Sticking with the floor lamp it was.
Maple dragged it over to where Moira was evaluating a few other student's presentations. She'd wait for a clear turn for now (she was nervous, and really wanted a few of them to clear away so they didn't have to hear her dreadful little idea).
This gave her a chance to actually look at the others that attended this thing. Andrew seemed to be here, he was off from the others but was easily recognizable with the way he sat and obviously his characteristics. A few also looked familiar from a few other classes, like the boil with the rats and the white haired boil with the pretty clothes who had been talking to the very pale ghoul before she wandered off. And then there was that boil from Scarentines, that she could have sworn... looked more familiar even than that. Her dream? Nah. Well, he had been in the club rooms before she lost track of him. But was he a student here now? Hm.

Moira watched eagerly as Christof demonstrated his potblade knives, bobbing up and down with each movement he made. Then her own hands flew into a flurry of gestures. Okay, so it was really BAD sign language but at least some of it was correct-ish?
You-good-job-do-lampshade-yes-good-pingpong!
It seemed to be praise, so hey.
When Enzo approached, he was... okay, basically the opposite of the silent hunchback. She beamed as the boy spoke, then gave him a snaggly thumbs-up. "Discombobulated! Great word, spookie! And great technique, too!"
Olivia also got a bright smile, along with a curious head-tilt. "Ooh, roll in it? It's like... you'd be your own getaway car!!" This concept clearly pleased the headcrab zombie.

Further investigation of the pile of junk he claimed brought up only two objects of note: a review mirror, and a tire. Merope perched on the tire, arms crossed as he considered the objects at hand. There was just something... odd to him about junkyards in particular that made him leery of them. He placed higher preference on shipwrecks and shipyards and just about anything else that could be dumped in a large body of water.
Of all the objects there was a sort of off-kilter familiarity with the broken lamppost. Even though it wasn't specifically his staff from the shadow-world, he suspected he could roughly wield it like it. It even came with a bulb, but after tapping on it a couple times Merope managed to break it.
With a shake of his head the boil discarded the lamp and picked up his object of choice, moving to approach Moira.

It looked like other students were presenting. Merope held the doombuggy rear-view mirror in his hands as he tilted it, examining it as he shifted uneasily from talon to talon. Would it work? He didn't feel like he was the most creative, and a glance at what the other students came up with made him wonder if choosing the mirror was the correct choice.
Before he could abandon ship and grab something else, he realized it was his turn. "Ah, Miss Moira?" Merope held up the mirror and waved it around. "This is a... mirror of some sort. I guess its usefulness really depends on what you're up against? I mean," he held it in both hands and began to tilt it until the gloomlight from the sun reflected off of it. "I guess if you're up against a vicious minipet you could do this and distract the minipet." The small circle of light began to move around the ground, flickering from one spot to the next.
"Or if you're up against something else and have enough time, you could angle it up a bit higher and blind'em." Boring, but a nearby pile of junk gained the gloom-spot of light. "Or if you have a minipet from earlier, you could entice it into attacking something. Or something like that."
Merope flicked his fins, staring down at the mirror. "But y'know what? That's kind of boring, isn't it?" The mirror was shuffled over to one hand. "I mean, why stop there when you can use it to intimidate?" He brought the mirror up against his face, shattering it. He grinned at Moira, shaking his head to dislodge the glass. "Might make whoever stop for a moment, y'know? But then you can also do this --"
He knelt down to the ground and began picking up the shards of glass, forming a fist with his hand and shoving them into it. He stood, mirror in one hand and fist in the other. "You can do the boring thing earlier and get it to shine a little like this --" he demonstrated by wiggling the mirror, the shattered reflection sending scattered spots of reflected gloomlight around. "Then follow up with a quick punch!" He swung his fist with the embedded glass up, striking the air.
"It takes a bit of time to get it started, but I bet if I bled then this would look more intimidating. Or at least bled more." Merope looked at his fist and frowned at the oozing dark liquid. "Hm. Anyone got a bandaid? Or some salt water?"
