 Well everyone seemed rather cheery and excited. That was all good and well really, he himself was curious what they'd be doing. Another movie? That seemed... only so useful, still. Class was class.
...it was then he did take notice of the gnome though, then glanced back to the teacher, then Terra. Point. Why was there a gnome in a dress? He was rather hoping they wouldn't be doing the same. Well best not to question it until he had to leave class for fashion related reasons(wasn't that something Mia would do? Oh dear...) and just patted Olivia on the head instead as she claimed a candy bar for herself. "I'm not putting on a dress." Even if it meant passing up a trip to observe humans again.
Simply's eyes lit up a bit at the mention of Roch always having candy bars. "We can bet on spars." Which probably meant Roch winning a lot of candy off her. But eventually she'd win them all back. Oh yes. But really, it was a good excuse to have a bit of fun and get a treat. Or she might just filch a few from his pockets sometime.
Roch would just have to be careful. As to the issue with Amphi, that went way over her head. Instead she just noticed there was a girl with pretty hair. No two of them! Such bright colors. Her eyes practically sparkled a bit as she wagged her tail a bit. "They got em so shiny." Because that made sense. Though she did glance back to give Hairwolf a rather large grin. "Mmhmm yes just now." Well not then, but they'd get the idea. "But it's fun already!" She added, bouncing a few times before pausing at Nahm's statement tapping her chin a bit as she tried to figure it out. "It's not that warm, but I gue-" She stopped halfway as Roch stuffed another candy bar in the boil's mouth to shut him up.
Huh. Well it wasn't important anyway. "I'm simply Simply~!"

It was painful, Roch thought as he caught sight of Amphi waving at Nahm, then glancing away from him. So he did the only thing he could think of.
"Actually I'm a lil cold," he said, evilly. "Simply, I'm cold. C'mere an' hug me, I wanna warm up." Then he held out his arms to the little fox ghoul, shamelessly motioning her forward.
He was... getting as bad as Nahm was, he thought. But in a way he was much, much crueler.

Going to a movie didn't seem so bad, and maybe seeing one in the human world actually sounded a little exciting. But that wasn't what caught Maple's eye. It was the last sentence. That really sent her face aflame. Holding HANDS? That... that was like something couples did, or well family when they had a young scareling that they didn't want to wander away.
Needless to say, Andrew didn't get a response right away as he might have hoped as Maple was way too flustered with the notion he brought up.

Olivia was watching the others, a bemused smile on her face as Roch stuffed a candy bar into someone's mouth - he looked a little familiar actually, maybe. Her own was forgotten in her grip, having taken it more for the novelty of it all than anything.
Andrew seemed to have gone off to the side again, but seemed to be on his phone. Perhaps something important? She didn't know. But turning from his made her spot Junko and she gave the older ghoul a little wave in greeting (oh, she didn't realize she had that much hair, wow).
"You looked very pretty in the last one," she commented to Molan. There was a gnome in a dress? Well, for once it was something she didn't quiet notice.

The last time Serafina had interacted with humans, she had determined they were ... mildly insane, although that might have been putting it lightly. She knew, as a ghost, that she had once been a human, but it felt so distant to her, and they acted so strange, that she really couldn't believe how she ever could have been anything like that.
Still, when she heard other people in her vicinity talking excitedly about a field trip that was apparently happening basically right now to the human world, well, her curiosity was piqued. As insane as she thought humans were, Serafina was the ever-curious, the ever-wanting to know more, and this was of no exception. Perhaps it was to a place different than where she had gone before? Plus, it was with one of the professors that wasn't a Deth associate, right? Maybe there would be no random...
hugging...
Serafina shuddered.
Nevertheless, she wasted no time, quickly heading back into her room so she could switch out her surgical mask for one more colorful, throw a rather colorful scarf over her shoulder, and put on some nice, warmer weather clothes before she headed out to the rest of the class. She had to look her best, after all, especially if they were going elsewhere... though last time, it wasn't like anyone saw the effort she put in.
Hm. Was it worth bothering?
The ghoul worked her way through the crowd that was gathering, moving to sign her name on a sheet of paper and turn it in. Even if it wasn't worth bothering, she was fully ready to go on this trip. She just had to know what insanity the humans were up to this time. Sometimes Serafina wondered if humans were the reason for Insanity... though that made little sense.
Serafina blended into the crowd and watched the others that came by.

The gryphon's blown kiss was returned, along with a little wiggle of her fingers before a a whole lot of pink came barreling out of nowhere towards the boil. She did recognize a greeting in there for her, and she couldn't help but chuckle, fingers pressing over her lips. "Hi Belle, always a pleasure." It wasn't at all certain the other ghoul would hear her, but she tried.
A familiar face and a distinctive thud pulled her attention around towards the door. "Oh!" Junko would find a djinn at her side as she got back to her feet, hovering as she moved to sign up for the field trip. "Are you ok?" What in jack's name had happened? It wasn't likely the futakuchi-onna had simply tripped over her own hair. That never happened. Ever.

The water ghoul wasn't the only one to notice Junko's spill. Muscle memory pulled the ghost boil to his feet, and he'd taken two steps towards the door before stopping. It really wasn't his place anymore, and Yaya was already at the other ghoul's shoulder... She didn't need his help, so he returned to the seat he'd taken to slouching in, clearing his throat a little awkwardly as he averted his gaze to anywhere else in the room.
Oh look, Nahm was here, and Roch, and so many other people. ...Was that gnome in a dress?

A movement caught her eye and Junko smiled, waving back at Olivia. That sweet little ghoul, she was happy to see her again. Before Junko could venture over to her she noticed her friend beside her, a faint blush rising to her cheeks. "I'm okay. Overexcited student, heh. She stepped on my hair is all..I'll be fine. How are you Yay...a.." Someone coming toward them had caught Junko's gaze and she just stared at Seiji, wide eyed and completely unsure of how to feel. Oh...oh dear..
He walked away to sit back down and Junko's embarrassed smile fell. She cleared her throat and stood a little taller, fixing her hair and tying it back with a few ribbons so it would be off the ground and away from feet. "A-ah..mm..." Now what? She couldn't just leave, she had already signed her name! And running away would look so..pathetic. She frowned and fixed her dress. Confidence, maturity. You were supposed to look good in front of an ex, right? So that...so that they knew you were okay..?
Or something...
Thankfully there were so many students she knew here. "Did someone say Bella?" Belladonna was here? She never got to see her!

Hadiyya smiled, resting a hand on Junko's shoulder at the assurances that she was alright. Her voice had trailed off though, and a flick of those glowing eyes took in the sight of the ghost boil as he made a move to to draw closer, then seemed to think better of it. It made delicate fingers tightening where they rested on her friend's arm, and she offered a sad, though hopefully reassuring smile. She'd heard what had happened, and she couldn't even imagine what the pair of them had been through. As a mutual friend to both, she'd tried to for general neutrality, but Junko had been her best friend long before she'd met Seiij, so her loyalties did tend to lean towards her.
It was a relief when Junko spotted Belle, and Yaya was more then happy to steer her friend towards the bubbly witch and away from the awkward situation that had been building. "Mmhmm! Let's say hello, yes?"
The petite figure of Olivia caught Yaya's eye as she and Junko moved through the big room, and she smiled down at the ghoul as they passed. She still wasn't super familiar with her, but their paths did seem to be crossing often.

Dark eyes twitched to take in the two ghouls, meeting Glowing green for an instant before the both of them looked away. The tops of his boots suddenly very interesting to the boil, he kept his gaze downward until he heard the pair of them moving out of his general line of vision, then, with a sigh, slipped a little lower in his chair. One arm braced on the arm rest and bent upward to cup his cheek.
He had to know they'd run into each other sooner or later, but even knowing that, it didn't make it any easier.
Thankfully he happened to catch sight of a very familiar little kitsune. "Hey, Momo." It'd been a long time since he'd seen her last. Had she always had so many tails? He didn't think so. A toothy grin was directed her way, and he straightened up in his chair, leaning forward.
