??? Name ::: AiolosMeaning ::: "Quicking-moving, nimble" in Greek. This was the name of the Greek God of the Winds.Gender ::: MaleSpecies ::: PuttiHerd ::: Rank ::: Obtained ::: Putti Leader RP ContestResidence ::: Wandering and exploring his new home.Starting Stats ::: Inspiration ::: Personality ::: Aiolos was never a leader to do more than make physical appearances here and there. He had his advisers to make sure his herd heard about what their leader wanted to say to them. Aiolos was never good at making speeches himself. Never good at talking to other equines. He is far too quiet, never knowing what to say and tending to just stare at the other while his mind raked over something in vain.
This can make the Putti come off as cold, as he won't appear to make much of an effort to talk to someone else. In emotional situations where another needs his support, he can seem uncaring and cold. When in fact he simply doesn't know what to do or say. He was a leader who stayed in the background. Now he's finding he has to take more charge. His advisers aren't here anymore.
Like a typical Putti, Aiolos takes a long time to fully anger. Unlike a typical Putti, he doesn't like to use his speed very often. Very patient about everything, he is rather slow moving.
Like an old stallion set in his ways, Aiolos doesn't like change. He likes things simple. To stay the same. Thus it did take his Putti a long time to make him agree to the move. He can be a tad bit stubborn when it comes to messing with his schedule of things or making him do something different. This attitude is due to the fact he was mostly raised by his father's advisers. They were older.
Only in respects to his leading methods. During the move, he believed only he was perfect for the job of controlling all the herds and often bossed the other leaders around. He even thinks his father's own methods were sub par with his own. As much as he did love his father, he didn't think the constant parties were good for the herd. There were no times to sit down and make serious decisions. His way is best and he'll often turn down the idea of another in favor of sticking to his own.Physical Limitations ::: Body Type ::: Voice ::: IC Age ::: Young AdultStrengths ::: Weaknesses :::

History: Past And Present Contest Entry Aiolos shut his eyes and flattened his ears against the cheering that was going on around him. This trip had proved to be nothing but agony for him. So many hooves moving at once, creating such a thundering sound. All the excited voices over their destination. Often, he regretted letting himself be talked into leaving his comfortable homelands. What was here that he couldn't get back home? But his subjects had proved to be very convincing of their desire for a change of pace. For weeks, they had not left him alone. All the other leaders had agreed. If he didn't, the Putti would be all that was left behind.
Opening his blue eyes as the last shiver ran through the ground, telling him all the galloping mini were gone forward. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he lowered his head in near exhaustion of the move. Aiolos wasn't a very active leader. He preferred to stay in one place, giving orders to those around him. He had advised the other leaders on their best course of action before the move. But he was so irritated by all the noise, he wasn't sure if they were following what he said. That Imp probably didn't. The fiery stallion seemed so untrustworthy of everyone else, Aiolos was surprised he had even agreed to join the other smaller breeds on this journey. The Putti had expected the Imp to stubbornly go his own way. Now that they had made it, he predicted that would be the case. The Imp going off on his own, probably with a few of his own kind following behind for company.
Aiolos shook his head. The Imp would need to learn to put that aside. This new world promised many new creatures. He wondered what had made the orange stallion the way he was. Must have been something important. But soon decided he wasn't that interested in knowing.
His own history wasn't as exciting. At least not to him. His father had reigned before him. He kept a very cheerful and happy demeanor his entire life. Aiolos had been raised more by his father's advisers than the leader himself. He was always too busy mingling and having a good time to bother with his son. Thus the colt had grown up so much more different than his father. Aiolos didn't like the noise of the herd under his father's care. This wasn't to say he disliked any bit of socializing. He just didn't see it necessary to carry on that way all the time. Sure, it was important to keep your herd happy. So was knowing when to calm down. When to be serious. His father seemed to lack that inner voice that told him when to calm down.
Under Aoilos' command, the Putti still had fun. He never wanted to squash all enjoyment altogether when he stepped up to the throne. Most of the arrangements were left to officials. He would make his appearances for a while before leaving for a more secluded area to think. The social interactions tired him out so much.
Much like now. Being around so many strange mini was enough for him for a very long time. He craved a rest. He craved the dark quiet of night.
The beads on his headdress danced together as Aiolos lifted his head to check the direction of the sun. Still too early. It wouldn't set for a while, yet. Even than, he was sure the herds would be celebrating their victory. It was a special occasion, after all. He didn't blame them. Perhaps he could find a quiet spot before they started. It looked like the other leaders were relaxing from their duties, already. It wouldn't hurt if he did the same. They could watch the others while he was gone. He supposed he could trust them with that. For his Putti, he knew it wouldn't be as good as having him command them. They would have to live with it for now.
Slipping away, he disappeared through a bush, hearing the soft trickle of water reach his ears. A waterfall. How utterly calming.
