The attacks from Iris's newly evolved digimon (Kyubimon) and Niara's cactus friend (Togemon) were finally getting through the black-armored dragon. Hanako joined the attacks as well, but she digivolved into a digimon similar to Niara's cactus friend! There were some differences between the two cactus digimon including the color of their gloves. Marco was surprised, but thankful at the same time seeing as their strength grew. The rampaging dragon was frustrated from all the attacks which caused him to thrash about in a wild display of his anger. Marco had joined with the others who were trying to kind of build a wall around Freddy to protect him from the wild digimon. Veemon jumped off from Kyubimon's back and faced the dark dragon along with his digimon allies. He was the smallest of them (except for Gigimon who was no longer part of the battle) and probably the only digimon fighting that had not digivolve. Everyone looked so much bigger compared to him. The black dragon roared in anger, but everyone stood their ground even as he flapped his red wings to create violent gusts. Everyone became preoccupied with the dragon that no one noticed when Freddy slipped away. The foolish, but brave young boy was trying to draw Cyberdramon's attention which was working. "Freddy!" Marco called out getting ready to chase after him, but he stopped when he saw a white cat with yellow tiger-claw gloves punch the dragon.
"That's Gatomon! Miss Lira's partner!" Veemon shouted in excitement after seeing a digimon (who was even smaller than him) take the dragon down a few pegs. At that moment Lira arrived with news about a plan to stop the rampaging dragon. They couldn't defeat him; Cyberdramon was a higher level and stronger than any of them, but there was still a way to stop him. They could tire him out by overwhelming him with their numbers. He could brush off their attacks when they were rookie level, but now that nearly everyone had digivolve to champion level then even the wild dragon could not just take their attacks head-on. Lira demonstrated her plan with Freddy as they worked together by having one of them distract Cyberdramon then have the other attack. Marco nodded understanding the plan once he saw it in action. He didn't hesitate as he left the group in order to grab Cyberdramon's attention.
"Over here! Marco shouted and heard Iris's voice as he ran; this was all just a game, right? ...Don't worry, I will be careful. Veemon ran with his partner staying close to him. "Yeah pick on someone your own size! Uh I mean...pick on someone half your size!" Their plan to distract the dragon worked as he charged at them. Iris was the first one to strike along with her Kyubimon who had fired multiple balls of fire from the tips of her nine tails. With that many attacks the Cyberdramon had to have taken some good damage. Marco wasn't sure if they could hurt the armored dragon so instead they decided to continue distracting him. The dragon was likely getting tired from all of these attacks. He had already received three attacks from three champion level digimon and he was about to get attacked again. Niara's cactus friend used its needle attack attacking the dragon once more while his attention was on Marco and Veemon. From afar he could see Iris trying to grab Cyberdramon's attack. The armored dragon decided to chase after her. "Veemon we have to help them," Marco turned to his partner. "I need more strength or I won't be able to damage him." Marco shook his head, "what you need is more speed." He kneel down and whispered his plan to Veemon. The blue digimon nodded and the two started running towards Cyberdramon.
"Okay here we go!" the two of them halted to stop and Marco grabbed Veemon's hands. He started swinging the blue digimon around as fast as he could then released him towards the dark dragon. Veemon used his new acquire speed to power up his attack. "Vee-Headbutt!" The blue dragon smacked against the dark dragon.
It seemed like the team's collective efforts were starting to dent the black armoured digimon as his movements and strength were faltering. As the out of control Cyberdramon got up from the last blow delivered to him, the young blond shouted to get his attention and he got what asked for. That certainly was brave of him, but Nikky couldn't say that she would approve of his reckless action. The rampaging dragon ran full speed for the boy, but was stopped by Lira's feline partner. Lira herself joined the fray and told the group the best way to attain victory was for one of them to grab his attention while the other focus on the attack, tiring him out in the process. Nikky nodded in agreement. She was about to start running to get ultimate level digimon's attention, but Marco beat her to it; he darted toward the cyborg dragon and taunted him. His Veemon followed him and did the same.
"Hana!" She shouted to get her partner to look her way. Hanako observed Nikky as the brunette did a series of motions that caused the plant digimon to scratch her tilt head in confusion. The cactus didn't quite get what she meant with all of her charades, but she definitely understood the 'punching' motion. Seeing that the Cyberdramon was preoccupied with the dark-haired male's taunts, Ren started attacking their foe with her ghostly blue flames. Niara's Togemon went on the offensive as well, firing another set of thorns at a rapid speed in the Cyberdramon's direction. Angling her attack right in between Togemon and Ren's attack, Hanako spun around in place to release more thorns in the wild digimon's way. Needle Spray!!
Iris moved about grabbing the eyeless dragon's attention. Marco took the opportunity to fling his partner towards the cyborg digimon. Veemon managed to hit his target with a Vee-Headbutt atttack. Seeing as her projectile attack had a chance of harming the blue rookie digimon, Hana came in close, charged with spikes growing from her boxing glove and punched Cyberdramon square in the lower jaw. Needle Spray!
Cyberdramon abosrbed the attacks as if it was nothing. With a smirk on his face he grabbed the Veemon's head and glove of the Togemon. "You have no idea who you are ******** with do you?" The Cyberdramon said with such profanity. He threw the Togemon right towards the ground dealing tons of damage. He then began to squeeze the Veemon's head with both hands. After about five minutes of that, he then punted the Veemon about a mile away. "You really think your cheesy tactics will work against me? SHOW ME SOME REAL POWER NOOBS!" He said as he landed to the ground. He looked at the tamers and their remaining Digimon. "You guys gonna mess with the Dragon? The God-Dragon? I'm about to mess all you up! HRAAAAAAAAAAAA" A dark red aura surrounded the dragon Digimon his power level seems to have risen. He blink up towards the other Togemon in the group. "Cyber Nail! Waaa....TAHHHH" He said as he punched the Cactus Digimon straight through the chest. When he pulled his arm out, he was holding some of the cactus fruit. He then knocked the Togemon down to the ground with his tail. He began to eat the cactus innards right in front of the fallen Digimon. "NOM NOM NOM SON! YOU GOT NOTHING ON ME!"
The insane dragon Digimon's nose started to act up. "OHHH GURL! What is that smell...smells like lunch!" The Cyberdramon smelled the scent of the Kyubimon. He then blinked behind the fox Digimon and grabbed all nine tails with both hands. "Ohh gurl you smell tasty." The Dragon Digimon said as he began to trash the Digimon to the ground. Up and down up and down he fox Digimon went. "OH SNAP I'M LIKE THE INCREDIBLE HULK! One of the nine tails snapped of the poor Digimon from the relentless assault. Cyberdramon then took torn off tail and began to eat it. He then started to spit it out. "Damn this thing is hairy!" He then blinked over to the Gatomon and kicked her into the air. "BURN ******** BURN! WAAA-TAH! Cyberdramon unleashed an Eraser Claw attack towards the cat Digimon. Wave blades were launched from the Dragon Digimon's claws. An explosion occurred when the waves landed. The Gatomon crashed towards the ground completely singed. "OH MAN! THAT'S ONE BAKED p***y DAMNNN!" The Cyberdramon blinked towards the girl holding the Gigimon and snatched it from her. He then blinked towards the Firamon and began dribbling the red dragon Digimon like a basket ball. "Oh snap son. Looks like we got a one on one match here son!"

-Cyberdramon provoking Firamon. -Cyberdramon threw Gigimon at the Kyubimon's Tamer's face. Made a squeaky toy sound on impact. -Freddy gets scared but Firamon comforts Freddy with his words. -Firamon Digivoles into Apollomon -Cyberdramon and Apollomon first have a break dancing battle. Apollomon wins with his sick moves. -The two begin to fight. -Apollomon shoves a Solblaster attack down Cyberdramon's throat then threw him up into the air. -Cyberdramon exploded a Digiegg appeared on the ground. -Freddy decided to adopt the egg hooping to change the Digimon's evil ways. -Apollomon dedigivolved into Coronamon -Freddy and Apollomon are gonna stay at Rebirth to help with the repairs thanking the tamers and saying bye to them.

Congratulations to those who have been promoted to Bronze!
A Man had been watching the entire struggle, as Cyberdramon tore the Tamers apart only to be taken down by the very Tamer who had been his target. The man had hidden behind a nearby grove of trees, unseen by the Tamers and Swanmon. Everything seemed to be going as planned. The blast of Cyberdramon exploding had send a little black device flying over toward where the man had been hiding. Being careful to not be seen he retrieved the object and like he did at the last location popped open the back and pulled out the memory card. He dropped the device back to the ground as it dissolved into digital code. It seemed that these Tamers were getting stronger, the boss will be pleased. The "rouge" Cyberdramon and Meramon both had gone flawlessly and no one seemed to think of it as strange. A few more attacks like this and their goals will be reached.
He pulled out his Digivice to call the boss, "Location 2 is secured...The Tamers seemed to be growing stronger...I was unseen... Heading to the next location...Roger that." He closed the communication lines as the Tamers were saying their goodbyes. He summoned Airdramon again and they flew off to their next location.
The events that followed were...unpredictable. The dark dragon known as Cyberdramon had been mostly silent throughout the battle. He would grunt and roar in fury (and he would call out his attack), but never display any sign of intelligence. Then he finally spoke and Marco swore that the game was trolling him. Cyberdramon could speak, but he didn't come off very intelligent either. He was cursing and making lame jokes at everyone. The most devastating part was probably that he started attacking more wild than before. He ripped apart some of the digimon's body parts and the scene before him was gruesome. Cyberdramon came off as nothing more than a crazy beast. His own digimon was flung nearly a mile away, but Marco just continued to watch as expecting the game to glitch or suddenly shut down. Firamon, who was the only digimon who wasn't harmed by the crazy dragon, fought against the dragon and as if a miracle happened Firemon transformed into an armored warrior named Apollomon. Marco saw an incredible battle occur which only came after the break dancing battle...
Cyberdramon was defeated and the Plains of Rebirth was safe. Marco sighed feeling exhausted. He only spend half a day on this game, but he felt like he had been in the plains for months. Marco heard a beeping coming from his Digivice. He took out the device and saw a notice about the mission being completed. Along with the congratulatory message there was another message which talked about a promotion. "You have been promoted to Bronze," Marco read the message. The mission seemed to have given him a lot of experience points or just enough to unlock some kind of rank system. He didn't really feel like he earned this victory since the boy they were escorting turned out to be the one that saved the day (maybe that was the point of the mission?). Marco put the digivice away and went to look for his digimon. He found Veemon some distance away from the battle. The blue dragon was already returning on his own. He was barely able to stand. "That...digimon...is a...jerk," Veemon panted while speaking his last words. Marco ran up to him and caught him before he fell face-first on the ground. Veemon de-digivolved to his In-training form once he was in Marco's arms. The dark-haired teen looked down at his worn-out partner. This world and these creatures were just data in a game, but he felt really concerned for their safety.
DemiVeemon looked so lifeless in his arms. "Veemon...?" Why wasn't he moving yet? Did that last attack took his life? Seconds felt like minutes as Marco silently watched his blue partner for any signs of life. DemiVeemon foot moved and Marco could feel the digimon breathing. He smiled and sighed in relief. "Geez, if you're just going to sleep then let me know..." Once he knew that his partner was alive, Marco returned to the area that Cyberdramon damaged. The girls were all present and treating their own digimon. Everyone had been hit really hard and Freddy's digimon was the only one standing. Apollomon was the coolest digimon that he had seen so far. He took down Cyberdramon all by himself even when their attacks did nothing to the armored dragon. Was this Coronamon's most powerful form? Did his Veemon have a powerful form like Coronamon? His thoughts were interrupted when Freddy and his digimon announced that they would be staying to help with repairs. The blonde boy had really grown up in the spam of one day (this really was a video game). Marco wanted to stay as well, but his digimon partner needed him and he also needed to return home.
"Good luck, Freedy and Coronamon." Marco placed his hand on top of the blonde boy's head, "you're the plains guardian now so work hard." He wanted to say something 'cool' before leaving. The mission was over, but he still needed to return to the DFR to report about the mission. He also wanted to see if there was some kind of reward to collect. His digivice told him that he was promoted to Bronze, but what did that mean? The DFR would surely let him know. "Where's my bag?" Marco quickly went to look for his bag which was discarded somewhere nearby. He picked up the bag and placed it over his shoulder feeling like it was heavier than before. Marco shrugged and figured that he was tired so the bag felt heavier to him. The mission was over so it was to return. He bowed to Swanmon and apologized for not being more helpful and that he would pray for her recovery. Marco left with the others (when they were ready to leave) and he would soon find a surprise inside his bag.
Cyberdramon began to attack with more precision than before as if he was playing dumb all along, catching the giant cactus off guard. Surprised by the words he spoke, the plant digimon didn't have time to react as the dragon digimon knocked her down to the ground in one fell swoop. "The hell?... He can talk!? Cra-!" She managed to quietly utter before she lost consciousness, having no time to warn the others. Nikky's eyes widened in worry as she saw everything unravel before her. "H-Hana!" How did they lose control of the situation so quickly!? While the seemingly eyeless cyborg digimon was preoccupied with the other digimon, the brunette tamer ran straight towards her digital partner. She didn't see first hand the morbid acts their foe was committing to the other digimon, feeling more concerned about Hanako's safety, though she could hear the screams of pain in the background which added to her worry all the more. The large dim glow that initially enveloped the unconscious spike bearing digimon began to shrink and dissipate into the air. What remained from the light was a limp and motionless Palmon. The girl could only grab Hanako's hand, too afraid to even move her, as the Cyberdramon continued his rampage. 'Please... Please be okay!' She thought, eyes shut as she tried to fight her tears from falling. She didn't know what to do at this point and was fearful for what was to come, but she knew that crying now wouldn't be of any help.
Things were looking hopelessly grim until Freddy's Firamon stepped up. The fiery winged lion radiated a bright light as it warped digivolved into his Apollomon, the digital embodiment of the sun god. The god man digimon and the cyborg dragon digimon engaged in a dance battle. A one sided battle ensued soon after which resulted in Apollomon's victory, saving the group and the Plains of Rebirth from any more destruction in the process. With everything finally settling down, Nikky breathed a sigh of relief. Cyberdramon was digitamaed and Freddy decided to keep the Digi-Egg. To add on to her relied, Hanako came to although she was not in the best of moods. "Ugh... I feel like I've been hit by a GranLocomon... What happe?--!" Before she could finish, the exhausted plantoid digimon practically had the life squeezed out of her by the warm embrace of her tamer. "Thank goodness you're all right!" Hanako let out a stuffy dry laugh as she squirmed about in Nikky's arms. "All right wouldn't be the words I'd use..." After Nikky explained everything and Hanako was feeling well enough to move, the both of them joined up with the rest of the group with Nikky carrying Hanako who was still weak. Freddy and his fiery partner told the tamers once again that they'd stay at the plains to help out fix the damage done by disaster that just took place. She wanted to stay, but they had the pressing matter of reporting this incident to the DRF. Nikky waved back the boy and guardian of the plains good-bye as she and her friends made their way back to New Network City.

It had been a long few weeks as Lira and Gatomon recovered and helped Swanmon to rebuild, but now it was time to report back to headquarters. They had given her time off after their simi successful mission. All of the Tamers under her watch had already returned to NNC, she was the last one besides for Freddy who had decided to stay and help protect the Tamas. After the battle Freddy had adopted the very Digimon that had been attacking him and despite this they pair were already well on their way to becoming partners. Lira had learned that the now Monodramon's name was Gideon and due to the deeper relationship Freddy had learned to have with Digimon Coronamon had reviled his name to be Rayze.
The duo said their good byes as they left the area, knowing that even with the mission technically being a success she didn't feel confidant as a leader now. There must have been something she could have done, her entire team had almost been taken out. Maybe if she hadn't been so concentrated on following the rules she could have just Digivolved and saved all the trouble. It's not like she didn't have the ability, she had plenty of experience. On top of that she had other Digimon she could have used, oh well It was too late to think about any of that now.
The pair headed toward NNC ready to go home and to pick up where they left off. Lira wondered what Yolen was up to...

What is this new world?
Location: Plains of Rebirth - Entrance => Swanmon’s Hut Date: 4th day
Everyone agreed to meet at the gates once everyone was done with their own preparations. Marco wasn’t sure about the length of the mission or the difficulty so he decided to try and properly prepare. He bought plenty of snacks for his digimon and some so he could share with his companions. His last mission could have ended in complete failure if it wasn’t for Freddy’s Coronamon digivolving. Marco and Veemon were reminded of how weak and low level they were. Even if they upgraded in rank, they were still weaker compared to more seasoned tamers like Nikky, Lira, and even Freddy. Marco hoped that with this mission, his digimon would be able to reach the next level of power. Time passed and everyone met in front of the gates as they agreed to do. Marco remembered most of the road towards the Plains of Rebirth and he was sure that any missing gaps in his memory could be filled by Nikky. They would need to get moving as soon as possible if they wanted to make it to the plains with enough time to help Swanmon and the reconstruction of her area. Marco was also worried about the condition of the baby digimon. The Plains of Rebirth was the birthplace of all digimon. At the end of their lives, digimon turned to eggs called Digitama which appear in the Plains of Rebirth. Swanmon is the protector and caretaker of these baby digimon With injuries she suffered from Cyberdramon’s attack, she must be having a hard time taking care of the baby digimon. Many Digitama were sliced and crushed by the rampaging Cyberdramon. Marco wasn’t sure about the fate of those baby digimon considering digimon turned to Digitama when they die, but if a digimon is killed while they are in their Digitama then would they still be able to reincarnate? The world in this game was surprisingly complex and depending on the player’s personal beliefs then this would could also be described as cruel just like in the real world.
Conversations were mostly kept to a minimum at least for Marco; he wasn’t the best at starting conversations. He wasn’t really the type to be nervous around girls, but he was nervous around strangers. Meiling was a nice girl, but he would still need to get to know her better before he could be more comfortable. So he addressed her politely and made sure to pay close attention when she would speak. Marco answered and spoke when addressed or asked a question. Eventually, their journey came to an end and they managed to reach the Plains of Rebirth. Even before arriving, Marco could hear and see the reconstruction of the plains. There was a crew already present in the plains just like the man said there would be. Their mission was to report to Swanmon and follow her instructions so naturally her hutt would be their first destination. ”Swanmon should be in her hut, we have to meet with her and she’ll tell us what our task will be.” Marco announced to the members of their group. DemiVeemon and Leafmon nodded. Marco carrying the green digimon in his arms and DemiVeemon was hanging by his shoulder. Like always, DemiVeemon was very talkative and Leafmon seemed to really enjoy his blue friend’s enthusiasm. The little green-colored baby digimon was slowly becoming less reserved thanks to DemiVeemon’s welcoming personality.
Waiting for them right outside the hut was none other than Swanmon who was currently wearing some bandages around her wing and other parts of her body. Overall, the protector of the plains looked better than she did the day of the attack. Swanmon smiled and waved at the group with her good wing. Marco returned the smile while DemiVeemon and waved back. ”Thank you all for coming.” Marco nodded, ”we’ve come to help in any way we can.” Swanmon motion for them to enter her hut where there were some baby digimon already in their cradles making a small fuss. ”Yes, I received a call from the DRF about your arrival. My injuries are still healing and with all the construction happening outside, the little ones are becoming more anxious. Your help is very much appreciated and needed.” This was not his first time meeting Swanmon and it was the same case for Nikky, but this was Meiling’s first time meeting the protector. Marco turned to Meiling and her baby digimon so they could introduce themselves. ”This is Swanmon, she takes care of all the baby digimon that are born in the Plains of Rebirth.”
After getting ready for the mission by making sure she hadn't forgotten anything and purchasing a strawberry scone for snack-craving Hanako, Nikky and the others set off their journey to the Plains of Rebirth. The walk to the plains went rather smoothly since they were familiar with the path. As they were walking along the trail, the brunette thought back to the last time she was in the majestic realm where those that perish are reborn. Her features became solemn as she remembered how powerless she felt, being unable to help Hanako and the others. A vigorous shake of her head soon followed as if doing so would physically eject these negative thoughts, before it spiralled out of control. 'I'm not going to let that happen again!' She thought to herself in reassurance. Going into a mission gloomy and depressed was like asking for trouble and hardship. In an effort to try to change her mood, she asked the other tamers the first thing that popped into her head. "So what brings you to the digital world?" She paused. "Ah! I came back to the digital world to see my friends again!" With the past few days being filled with mission after mission, the tamer had forgotten to start her search for her other digital partners! Maybe she could find some clues as to where they are while carrying out the mission.
Upon arriving at the plains where digimon are born anew, Nikky and Hanako caught glances of various digimon and tamers alike helping with the reconstruction as the group headed for Swanmon's hut to report in. Cyberdramon did do a number on the area, but at least things were looking up. Nikky felt relieved seeing that the armoured bird digimon definitely looked healthier than the last time she saw her. She nodded when Marco told the protector that they'd help in any way they could. "It's good to see you again Swanmon." She said with a light bow. After Marco introduced the protector to Meiling and B.D., Swanmon explained why she had asked the DRF for additional help. "There have been a string of Digi-Eggs disappearances lately... I've done my best to track the perpetrators down, but with the state that I'm in it's quite difficult." Swanmon said as gently rocked some cradles to soothe the crying baby digimon.

Meiling Grace Digimon: B.D Location: Network City Mission: Babysitting, Egg Thieve, and Pencils? Mission Progress: Complete Health: 100%
After having spent a while getting ready for the journey Meiling was more excited than she was prepared as she packed...snacks and art supplies. Her favorite chocolates, fruits, baked goods and other various treats weighed her backpack as she walked with the group to the Plains of rebirth. She was eager to draw digimon hatching, playing and even sleeping. This would most likely help her researcher friends with their projects and theories on digimon. B.D had found his way into a bread treat, he enjoyed it until he managed to drop it and he let out a disappointed "Awww....". Meiling stopped and picked it up and dusted it off and checked it for anything and gave it back to him, the dragon digimon let out a cheer and munched on it again despite lacking arms.
Meiling sketched a few pictures of the local flora along the way, seeing some digimon interact with the flowers, possibly some sort of pollination. When they arrived at the plains it seems the other female tamer was up for a talk, she smiled and replied "Well, when I first came here, it was complete accident, I met B.D and his mother where I landed, the two o us wandered a distance over the digital world to find a way back, when I was able to...I came back and I don't really want to leave even though I own a book store back in the real world". She gave a nod at her response and they soon arrived at Swanmon's hut, she thought she saw something lurk nearby. Worried she quickly got a sketch of the shape, nothing accurate though. She walked in and bowed to Swanmon respectfully, B.D doing the same thing while clinging to Mei's arm. She simply waited for an idea of what to do to help.
Location: Plains of Rebirth - Swanmon’s Hut Date: 4th day
Marco frowned once he heard the real purpose of their mission. There was an egg thief in the Plains of Rebirth. The poor Digitamas could not catch a break; survival of the fittest and they were probably the easiest target. Swanmon was their protector, but with her injuries there was only so much she could do. He could only imagine her frustration. "Where are Freddy and Lira?" Marco decided to ask since he didn't see them. "Lira is with the construction crew at the moment and Freddy is out getting some more food and other supplies for the babies." Marco nodded and crossed his arms trying to think about what would be the best way to catch this egg thief. Swanmon noticed his thoughtful expression and smiled at him. "Do not worry dear, the thief will definitely show up. We're just going to have to wait and catch him in the act." They was roughly seven individuals in their group meaning they could cover a pretty big view of the area. Rather than looking for the thief perhaps just waiting was the best option. Marco still wanted to go over a plan for when they spotted the thief.
"Freddy has been helping me taking care of the little ones, but its too much for him sometimes. I would like you all to help me today until the thief is caught. As you can see they're already getting fussy," Swanmon chuckled after hearing some of the baby digimon starting to make noises and some sobs here and there. Marco nodded and looked around the many cradles filled with baby digimon. Some were sleeping while others were awake and jumping. Some had watery eyes and Marco feared that the waterworks would begin soon. Truthfully, he'd rather be outside with the construction crew and help them out, but Swanmon already gave the orders. Besides, he wanted to make sure he was present where the thief would likely strike and since his target were the Digitamas then it made since for him to stay with the baby digimon and Swanmon. His thoughts were interrupted by the cries of a baby digimon. The single cry was like a call for all the other babies to start crying as well. One after another they began to tear up and cry. "Oh dear, its begun." Swanmon immediately started moving from cradle to cradle to attend to the crying digimon. Leafmon was starting to get affected by all the cries as well. Leafmon's eyes were watering probably because he was scared of all the cries. DemiVeemon was standing his ground, but he was biting his lip to prevent from crying himself.
How can we help, Swanmon?" Marco immediately offered his assistance since he didn't want his own digimon to join the chorus of crying baby digimon. Once Marco spoke, the room fell into complete silence. The baby digimon stopped crying which made Marco pause wondering if he did something wrong. Swanmon noticed the strange phenomenon as well. The baby digimon started getting fussy again and the room naturally started to raise in volume. "That was weird," there was silence once more. Marco blinked getting a little nervous; DemiVeemon and Leafmon were looking up at him with full attention. Swanmon giggled understanding what was happening. "They like your voice." Marco blinked again in confusion, "my voice?" He looked down at his digimon for confirmation and they eagerly nodded. The baby digimon were starting to cry again. "Say something," Marco jumped a little and nodded not being able to quite grasp what was happening yet due to how bizarre the situation was. "Um okay. Meiling what's the story behind your digimon's name? Does B.D meaning something?" the question was probably sudden, but Marco decided that if he was going to talk to keep the baby digimon from crying then he might as well have a conversation and get to know Meiling a little more.
Marco had asked the injured Swanmon where Lira and the boy who they once escorted, she had told the group that they were preoccupied with the clean-up and gathering supplies. Nikky got a little anxious when the swan digimon asked for their aid to babysit the many young digimon present. It's not that she didn't want to help, she just thought that she would make things awkward and uncomfortable for the children. Due to not having any siblings or even being around younger people, Nikky didn't really understand children all that well and didn't have a lot of experience with them. Hanako wasn't any better; the first encounter in which she stuck long enough around a child was the first time she saw Nikky. She'd been avoiding them ever since. "Oh dear, its begun." A round of cacophonous weeping grew in intensity as each child joined in. And, as if on cue, Hanako had disappeared from Nikky's sight.
While attempting to sneakily escape the snivelling child infested hut to avoid the unpleasant sounds of crying, the plantoid digimon bumped into someone, knocking the person and some the supplies he was carefully carrying. "Hana? Fancy seein' ya here. Came here ta help? Ya usually don't leave the Tropical Jungle." A familiar voice... Immediately after facing the sense of familiarity, she rubbed her temples in annoyance. "Kukkii! Why are you here!?" Hanako said, rather confused. Didn't he decide to go back to the Data Ocean after everyone had gone their seperate ways? Kukkii, the helmet wearing turtle digimon nonchalantly got up, ignoring Hana's reply, and picked up the toys that had fallen from his grasp to hand to the caught escapee. "It's good that yer here. We need all the help we can get." Before she could do anything else, he nudged her back into the hut. "Miss Swanmon, here are the toys that I managed to fix. Managed to get some supplies too. Freddy and the others are still searching for more. What else can I help with?" The helmet head said as he knelt down, carefully placing the supplies on the ground. As he rose up, his peripheral caught sight of a recognizable figure. "Yo Nikky. Long time no see! Oh, and Marco too!" He said with a tilt of his helmet. "Kukkii!" Nikky went to the Kamemon for a hug. After realizing and apologizing for the ruckus she made, the female tamer went by each crib to give them a toy to lay with. They had a job to do and catching up could wait for now.
At this point, the cries had stopped thanks to Marco's voice. The protector of the plains had asked to speak some more to ease the babies. It was a good thing that the baby digimon found the male teen's voice soothing. The brunette wouldn't have known what to do. Nikky couldn't escape the feeling of bewilderment due to the sudden appearance of a friend she hadn't seen in a while, but at least the children were calm now. After a long sigh to show compliance to the situation, Hana went along with the others and started passing by crib after crib to hand them a toy as Marco started a conversation with Meiling.

B,D had took a hold of a toy and offered it to a Chibomon that was crying his eyes out. It looked to him and instead of taking the toy...it bit B.D's tail playfully. B.D Giggled and began to play with the small digimon. Meiling noticed and smiled as the two played, B.D seemed like an older brother for the Chibomon. While Marco's Chibomon seemed ok this one didn't really calm down with Marco's voice. When asked that question Meiling smiled to marco and nodded "It's short for Beethoven Davinci, My two favorite artists, one was a painter, the other a musician...I love Music and Art so when I met B.D it's what I called him after he tried drawing and singing with me."
The chibomon soon drifted asleep and seemed to be a very heavy sleeper. She moved to the cradle and B.D seemed to have fallen asleep as well, having curled around the Chibomon to keep it warm as it slept. Meiling smiled and looked back to Marco "So Marco, if You don't mind me asking...do you have any ideas who the egg thief may be?". She was worried that the Egg thieves would show up and steal another set of eggs from the plains. For what purpose though?
A Man had been watching the entire struggle, as Cyberdramon tore the Tamers apart only to be taken down by the very Tamer who had been his target. The man had hidden behind a nearby grove of trees, unseen by the Tamers and Swanmon. Everything seemed to be going as planned. The blast of Cyberdramon exploding had send a little black device flying over toward where the man had been hiding. Being careful to not be seen he retrieved the object and like he did at the last location popped open the back and pulled out the memory card. He dropped the device back to the ground as it dissolved into digital code. It seemed that these Tamers were getting stronger, the boss will be pleased. The "rouge" Cyberdramon and Meramon both had gone flawlessly and no one seemed to think of it as strange. A few more attacks like this and their goals will be reached.
