Body: White base coat with little black leopard-spots that are also musical notes that line his body where the scales don't touch. See reference for basic gist (as well as sister-reference, notes similar to hers!) Chest mark (see reference). Should be five 'barring' markings on his fetlock-areas. Suti scales that line his back/shoulders/legs should be a soft pastel rainbow gradient (see reference for color placement).
Face: Ice blue eyes with "eyeliner" around them, face is mostly white; inner ears should be black. Foremane should cover part of the face in an 'emo' style.
Mane: Edited: Moderate edited mane that hangs down in windtossed whisps around his shoulders, laying on the far side of his neck; long and very scene-style, a very soft blond tipped with rainbows. Foremane should be flopped over his face, hiding one eye, and all rainbow (no blond) with"side bangs" that are barred (blond/rainbow).

Body: All colors can be found on the reference image. However, seeing as the back legs are hard to see, they too have white socks on them.
Face: Darker brown eyebrows than the main body color.
This is very important! Regarding his expression!
Horse_ebooks must look like he is babbling. Not like, jibbering idiot, but just talking. XD Like, eyes bright and happy, and mouth very open. Basically he needs to look like he's talking because he thinks YOU'RE interested in what he has to say. This is the main reason I want him edited.

Eyes are #19A3B0.

Mane: You'll notice in the reference image that the horse's mane is all tussled and wind-blown. Ideally, I'd love to have it look much like that, but maybe with a little more bangs in front. Basically, just take the Forever Foal bangs, make them fly up a little, and then use the back hair from the reference image.
Tail: Wild, but maybe you could raise it up a little to look as though the wind is lightly blowing it around?

Body: Body color is murky water (think a night-time pond with a greenish tinge wink A faint "reflective"/swirling pattern ([x]) makes her look coat look like living water.
Face: Half-lidded eyes, iris tinged slightly green and semi-opaque. Pupil distant and vague, as though a thin film of gauze were drawn over them; she is (partially) blind in both eyes.
Alternate Kelpi mouth, expression edited (half-lidded eyes, eyebrow relaxed.)
Mane: Mane is a deep burnt-swamp hue (a hue of green so dark its almost black, with olive and deep-blue undertones.) It falls to about chest-length in trailing tendrils on alternate sides of her neck, a subdued wave adding life. Imagine that she just surfaced from the marsh, and her mane is weighed down by water.
Tail: Alternate Kelpi tail, color matching body with semi-translucent fins.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Cloven hooves (Kirin) and Mossy-green scales (Alternate Kirin)
