"Huh. Never knew it was that restricted." It was really interesting learning how Halloween had laws and structure in tact. She'd always just sort of pictured them as a mob.

Then Shun started getting sour on her and she rolled her eyes. "Ya know, ain't everything gotta be a competition 'bout who's more like Batman." She blinked and said, "Wait, you know who Batman is, right?"

Chel had priorities.

Shun stared at Chel.

".. There are some werebats around Halloween. I do not know any personally, however."

Yeah, that went over his head.

"Nooooo," Chel whined, "BATMAN! The caped crusader. Gotham's hero." She pulled out her phone to google a picture, and then gave a light "hmph" as it responded there was no service whatsoever.

She waved and said, "I'll bring you pictures and stuff next time. He's like a superhero. You have those?"

Shun stared at her as if she was speaking in a foreign language.

"There are superheroes, yes. Aren't those for children, though?"

Chel gasped. "WHAT?? No. No they aren't. What the ******** no. You're so ******** up."

What was wrong with you Shun? Who hurt you?

She stood up and stretched. "I gotta get back. They're gonna be pissed I didn't bring back a kill anyways-" She gave him an apologetic look and said, "Though for the record, haven't killed anything since the tower. Anyways, I've already been gone too long for it to not be suspicious." She gave him a wave. "Hit me up if the horsemen move. Dunno how. Find a way. You're good at that, guild leader." She grinned her lopsided grin.

Shun just let out a grunt.

"Go, then. I can't leave this shitty place until you leave or until a fight happens," he said lowly.

"Oh? You wanna fight then?" she said with a laugh. She put her fists up, moving them in circular gentlemen's "fisticuffs" motions.

For most hunters, he would have opted for the fight option. But Chel was an ally for now.

Chel laughed and threw her hands behind her head. "Nah, you'd kick my a**. I'm afraid of you." Chel wasn't guarded about it. Shun was a scary dude.

She gave a thumbs and said, "See ya around."
