	The facepalm heard 'round the Isle. Kalandandra couldn't believe it. She was just struck silent. If Beldaran looks closely, she might be able to see the steam coming from the Potions Master's ears. Without a word, because she was biting her tongue to prevent herself from saying things in the presence of a child, the fairy disappears to the apothecary in the back of the cottage. Beldaran will hear clinking and clanking and glass breaking and lots of swearing. The annoying fairy that was watching in the window held up a piece of paper that he pressed to the glass. It read: "ha-ha" A loud BOOM rattles the cottage and a moment later, Kalandandra emerges covered in soot. She carries a corked bottle with an opaque red liquid inside. "Take it to the Fallassion House. Listen closely because I don't want you messing this up anymore. You trade this for a rock. ONLY a rock. The High Matriarch will know which rock. Make sure you ONLY talk to the High Matriarch, you got it? You better. I want you to take that rock to the water fairies. You might have to find a way to coax them out, because they are skittish and hold grudges." Kalandandra knew. "If they can be convinced to even come to the surface to see you, negotiate with them. Take whatever they give you to the Fae Clearing and wait." The potion fairy carries the bottle with tiny little oven mitts and hands it to Beldaran. The bottle is very hot, but Kalandandra does nothing to offer a way to hold it safely. Outside of the cottage, something has laid a trap for the angel. 	Bel looked at the box in her hand at the reaction of the potion master. now she felt stupid, but in all honesty she'd not known who to talk to who to trust, and moreover what it was she was trying to get. She watches the tiny fairy exit the room and shifted her daughter in her arms. Movement outside the cottage window catches her attention and there was that annoying mean little fairy again. 'ha ha'... she made a face at him just as the BOOM rattles the cottage and everything around her. When the little fairy returned Bel she couldn't even tell the outfit she had worn was moments earlier sparkly and clean. In silence but nodding at all the appropriate places she listens to the instructions. "Okay" she says meekly, she notices just before taking it that the fairy was actually using little oven mitts to hold the bottle, and the bottle was radiating the heat. Bel had to think fast on this one, first she considered the box, but it didn't seem big enough. That left Sky's nappy but of course the toddler would need that... and the page with the rune on it. She opted for that choice and still feeling the warmth of the bottle she used the page to take it from Kalandandra. Turning to leave she heads for the door, she wasn't aware of the trap that had been laid in wait for her. She hit it square on and her face filled with a look of surprise, "WOAH" she flapped her wings but all it did was slow her decent so that when she was almost down Sky wouldn't take the brunt of the fall. She put out her now kid-less hand to stop her fall trying her damnedest to keep hold of the potion not wanting to have to TRY and replace this too. Sky's first reaction to landing on the ground was FREEDOM... She looked left and right, like her mom she had seen that little fairy, and just like back at home she still wanted to hold him. She caught sight of him and bolted in that direction reaching up towards him but due to her height, or lack thereof, she wasn't quite able to get him. After recovering from the fall and checking the potion she chased after Skylie "Sky no!" she said loudly as the toddler chased after the fairy as she had the squirrel. It took several minutes to catch her and get her to stop trying to squirm away. "We have to go..." she told her daughter and then looked at the mean fairy "And you... don't follow!" she doubted he'd listen but you never knew. She turned with her armload taking for the air her shin still sore from that trap as she made her way back to the healing house, despite being told never to show her face back there... there she was.

	The little fairy rolls his eyes and crosses his arms at Beldaran's instruction of not following her. He wasn't following her. He'd never do any such thing. And he will never admit the little wolfgirl scares him. The following afternoon when Beldaran arrives at the healing house, the big fairies are no where to be seen. At least outside of the large building. Inside, Beldaran is met cheerfully by the attentive little fairies and they escort her - willingly or not - to a nice hot water tub. They even clean up the filthy little toddler and provide a fresh diaper. A couple of fairies are trying to force feed Beldaran and her daughter because they look like they are starving and haven't eaten in weeks. Yet another fairy gives the angel's wings a nice massage because weeks of flying can wear on those muscles. "You really should stay off your wings for a few days," she says. A very regal, very loud fairy bursts into the room, demanding to know why Beldaran dares to return without that page. "WHAT GALL! Now where is my letter?" Shicala

	Bel was surprised not to be met by the bigger hostile fairies she had encountered only days before. And now even as she tried to focus on her task, the actions of these fairies smaller fairies was too much to pass up. She was exhausted to the point that if they weren't trying to force feed her, she'd probably have fallen asleep right then and there. "I wish I could" she murmured to the one who was massaging her wings. Just as she had relaxed to the fullest the demanding pae showed up. She winced at the bellow "I didn't do it on purpose, it just vanished went up in a sizzly smoke" she said in defense of herself. "I have this I was told to bring here though" she said reaching down over the edge of the tub where she had put everything down and picks up the potion being careful to make sure she picked it using the paper she'd been holding it with for the trip here, Sky burbled and babbled happily, she splashed constantly and reached for the little fairies wanting to get her mitts on one to play with. Her hands were slippery though from the water so catching one of those fairies.... yeah that was easier said then done.

	"WHAT?!" "Y-you...you traded it for one of those trinkets, didn't you? YOU TRADED IT!?" High Matriarch was livid now. "Do you even know what you did?" She was just about to grab Beldaran by her ear to toss her out, when she sees the offering. "You've already been to the Potion Cottage?" Reaching out to take the bottle, she notices the paper Beldaran is using as heat protection and nearly drops it. "How DARE you?!" When the letter is unwrapped from the bottle, it has been scorched enough the rune in the center is gone. "OUT! NOW!" The larger fairies enter the room and without physical force or any harm, they escort Beldaran outside. "We told you to not show your face around here again," one of them grunts. Another larger fairy hauls the wolfbaby out after her mother. The High Matriarch appears in the doorway of the healing house looking down the stairs at Beldaran. She snorts and then throws a rock at her. One of the little fairies that was attending to Beldaran in the bath sneaks out through a window and zips over to the angel and toddler, leaving a small bundle. Inside the bundle is a comb, some earplugs and a note. Quote: Be careful of the northern water fairies. Shicala

	Bel was once again headed outside and she wasn't thrilled about the circumstances, she tried to argue her case that she didn't know but noone around her was listening. Soon she was out and she was taking Sky in her arms. She turns a bit protecting Sky as the rock is thrown at her, it hits her shoulderblade and she winces. "ouch" she says half expecting more, when the more didn't come she turned looking she sees a rock and moved to pick it up. "Well she did say a rock" she said as the matron retreats into her house. The little bundle as she was about tl leave was unexpectant but seeing what it was she appreciated it, she ran the comb fast through her hair and then bundled it all up together including the rock she believed to be the one that hit her and under the glares of the larger fairies she retreated away from the house soon taking to the air to head back to the water wondering why there was earplugs in her little bundle.

	Natheaer Beach is void of any life the night Beldaran arrives for the second time. No sign of the tent or fairies. But it's also very dark and who knows what is lurking in shadows. No scent of candy this night, only the salty sea air, accompanying the rhythmic sounds of the surf. A little crab skitters across Beldaran's foot. (Beldaran needs to find a way to bring the water fairies back. Keep going until you receive another post to let you know your success and the water fairies will show up.) Shicala

	By the time Beldaran and Skylie had reached the beach for the second time, the moon was high in the night sky and Skylie had cuddled up against her mom and fallen back to sleep. It was late and a look around proved to Bel she was indeed alone. "Well this could pose a challenge" she muses quietly and walks up to the water's edge and looks down into the waters, nothing that signified life. Backing up a bit she settles her sleeping daughter and the bundle she carried onto the sand and then moved back to the waters edge and waded in to her knees with a shiver "brrrr" she said as she thought about how she was going to get anyone's attention when they lived below the surface of the water. She bent over and put her hands in the water moving them to create slight waves in the water and the odd splash, she didn't know if it'd attract any attention but it was just her first attempt.

	Her splashing became more constant and then eventually she stopped and waded back to the beach moving to sit with Sky and look towards the water. A large part of her wishes she could just roll back the clock and start this whole thing over, she knew now there wasn't too many fairies she knew to trust... Especially if they seemed overly helpful, like that mean little annoying fairy that had been following her and Sky. Reaching over she took hold of the bundle and undid the ties, she picked up the rock she had brought with her half tempted to just throw it, but then once it was gone she was really in a heap of problems. Bel had so little interaction with fairies before this that she could recall, especially water fairies she wasn't sure what to do. Beside her Skylie started to fuss a little so with a glance Bel started to softly sing to her while she decided her next move.

	Bel splutters as the water hits her square in the face, her mouth having been open to sing to Skylie. She coughs a few times and lifts her empty hand to wipe her face. Once she can actually see again the wet pae looked down at her daughter to check she was still asleep before getting up and walking back towards the water, she still had that rock in her hand, though her hand was closed around it. "Hello?" she calls out assuming that the water had been thrown at her from somepae or somefairy in the water, though the fairy was a more likely assumption she thought.

	Beldaran is far from summoning the water fairies, howerever there is a lingerer. She is the one that quieted the wretched noises to prevent waking the baby. She does see the rock in the angel's hand, so the aquatl swims off, out of sight. Hours pass before there is any signs of fairies returning. Except, this time, it is the same fairy that is not following Beldaran around. He walks across the sand quietly, leaving tiny little footprints. He smacks Beldaran on the knee with a rolled up piece of paper then drops it. It reads: Quote: tro com n watr He lifts up to look Beldaran in the face and then crosses his arms. He gives her a stern look then points to the water. He finishes off with a hand to the side of his and a slow shake before flying off out of sight. Shicala

	Bel watches the one she can see disappear and is disappointed. By the time she feels the item hit her in her knee Sky is heavily asleep and has gripped the edge of the bundle's cloth that was beside her as she sleeps heavily. Bel squats slightly and sees the words, boy oh boy these fairy were horrible spellers she thought to herself, at least this time it didn't take much to figure out what it says. She gets back up and walks back to Sky extracting the comb from the bundle carefully so as not to wake the child. She puts the stone next to the bundle so she knew where it was and then walks back to the water's edge and throws the comb as far as she can into the water.

	It takes only a few minutes before the comb sails through the air back towards Beldaran. A small group of angry water fairies pop up in the water and stare at the angel. Beldaran finally has her audience.

	Beldaran dodges the comb letting it land lightly on the sand nearby. She could pick that up later it really wasn't something she cared about at that moment. Watching the water she saw the heads pop up 'well that worked' she thought to herself. "Hi" she calls out to them, trying to at least sound friendly knowing she kinda just left without finishing communicating with these fairies in her earlier visit to this beach. "I uh... was told to bring this rock to you from the healing house matron." She motioned the rock she had which she was sure had been the one to have hit her earlier.
