Trent vs. (Cartwright)

Trent knew that Cartwright eventually would get up, which is exactly why he waited. Because once Cart began to show signs of life, he looked to send a big boot into the skull of Cart to keep him down like the dog he was!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent decides to raise his boot up towards Cartwright's head instead of using the barbed wire board! Cartwright attempts to capitalise on this with a leg sweep to Trent's standing leg!

To say the least, that was rather unexpected, at least from Trent's perspective. He would be taken down with a leg sweep, luckily however, having the board land on the wooden side on his chest. If it were the other way around, that may have been a problem for the man!

 

[Cartwright]

Damn it, Trent accidentally found himself a great shield in his current position! But this gives Cartwright an idea. He approaches the top right turnbuckle to pick up the third barbed wire board and attempts to throw it on top of the barbed wire board that Trent his hiding behind, trying to set both of their explosives off!

Well, what else is there to say? Trent found a great spot to be in until he got back up, until the creative mind of Cartwright used another board and threw it at Trent, both exploding at a greater power that both would have individually, causing Trent a bit of harm, but mainly scaring the s**t out of the man upon the explosion. The Archangel looked to throw any remnants of the bored off of him and roll away from the area!

 

[Cartwright]

It appears that Trent survived any major damage, perhaps picking-up minor burns and a shock from the double-powered explosion that the barbed wire boards created. Cartwright watches as Trent rolls away from where the explosion occured, runs towards him after he creates his space and aims a Soccer Kick to Trent's back!

That smarts! The kick would make it's mark, throwing Trent completely to the outside of the ring from the massive amount of force placed into it. While Cart is inside the ring, Trent lays on the outside, trying to regain some oxygen from the move that knocked the air out of him!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent exits the ring under the bottom barbed wire rope, keeping himself safe from Cartwright while he regains his breath. Cartwright looks at Trent and then towards the fans, who begin to clap and cheer him. It appears that Cartwright has something in mind! Cartwright waits for Trent to stand, runs towards him and leaps over the barbed wire ropes attempting a corkscrew plancha!

Trent would have made it to his feet, instantly being knocked down by Cartwright who barely avoided confrontation with the barbed wire, hitting a corkscrew plancha that got every spectator on their feet!

 

[Cartwright]

The crowd roars as Cartwright lands on Trent, narrowly avoiding the top barbed wire rope that could have had a negative effect on Cartwright's momentum! Cartwright gets up and punches the air in celebration, the crowd cheering with him. Cartwright approaches the downed Trent and attempts to drop him chest-first on to the top of the barricade!

The downed Trent was brought back to his feet and planted harshly on top of the barricade by Cartwright who seems to have all the momentum in the world at the moment. Of course, a balance would occur, until then, Cart was taking control of this ride!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent rests on the barricade, holding his chest following the drop on to the barricade as Cartwright receives a can of beer from a fan. Cartwright shakes the can up, opens it, puts the open can to his mouth to gain some of the contents and attempts to spray Trent in the face with it along with a beer can punch!

The expression always keep one eye open shouldn't have applied in this case. In fact, both eyes were open watching what Cartwright was doing with his footwork, but he would have missed the part where he collected a can of beer from an audience member, and he never saw the spraying of beer coming, but his eyes would definitely be feeling it. The somewhat blinded Trent would begin to roll around the outside, picking at his eyes in an attempt to relieve the pain!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent is having a rough time of it as he rolls on the outside, rubbing his eyes to try and regain his sight as Cartwright watches for a moment, watching his enemy suffer so much. It's what this match is all about to Cartwright! Cartwright approaches Trent with a grin, attempting to lift him up by his hair and slam his temporarily blinded face into the steel ring steps!

For the nth time, Cartwright looked to pick up the given remains of Trent, looking to slam it down. However, out of instinct, this time Trent would look to peak through the blinded daze he was in, and looked to use his hands to explore the face of Cartwright, scanning for the eyes. Once he met them, he looked to give them a good rake, hopefully injuring the man's retina! An eye for an eye!
