Body: CC, but would love markings and not just a blank body. Maybe light markings of of soft-watercolored images of lillies and lotuses. Or soft flames on her legs that swirl up into making smoke flowers. Should mostly be black/white/gray with some accented colors of reds/purples. OR CC however you'd like. Most of her is CC with keeping in mind a ghost phoenix theme.
Face: Bone mask over the entire face, as like cubone. Would love winged liner on her face and maybe a nonsensical runic swirl under her eye that glows.
Mane: Edited, long. Flamelike ends. Mixed in with soft curls, undone braids, shrouded lace, and smoke red/orange/purple flowers to match the flames. Mixed in feather elements but still having hair.
Tail: CC. Matching mane with mixed in elements of the peacock tail (but will with normal hair).
Hooves/Fetlocks: Normal, non-cloven hooves. Long fetlocks, with hints of flames/ghost glow coming from them. Maybe (CC) feathered fetlocks on back legs only.

Custom Items: CC ultimately, but I love gothic-y lace, flames, and phoenix motifs. Would potentially love something like a black choker with a ruby drop-down charm or a nice flame-like necklace around her neck with maybe bangles or anklets on her legs.

Body: A darker purple(Ref), markings are also on ref, on her tail and ankles. She also has silver bone ridges down her back and a bone necklace, much like a houndoom's would be look.
Face: Eyes are red(Whites included), she also has a broken black gem on her forehead where one would commonly see a uni's horn placed. Ears are also longer, espeon shaped, with tufts off the sides of her face(She is a splice of Espeon and Houndoom), with a snarly expression
Mane: She doesn't have one, bald pony! Unless you just want to put a bit of tuft on the top of her head and down over her forehead a little, but other wise no mane.
Tail: Kalona like, but is split half way down like that of an Espeon, but the ends taper down to points, with half spade like on the outer edge(The idea is, that her tail comes together to make a full spade shape at the end.)
Hooves/Fetlocks: Carnine paws, colored like the body
