The bird had an unfortunate feeling that his attacks did not make an attack. It turned its head while in flight to notice the attack coming from behind him. His head then turned to the fact that on the surface there was a barrier being erected around the participants, including Taylor. With how high the bird was, there was no way that he could swoop down and reach inside the closing barrier. Meanwhile, the sand clumps rained down and threatened to crash down the flying fighter. It felt like an attack from both sides, since shelter was unobtainable, and fighting back was unimaginable.
All the same, Taylor looked up and saw the barrier form from behind him. His eyes locked onto Horus as he held his sickle by the chain and started to swing the blade on his right side. "Sorry Hikaru, but I can't leave him." He said earnestly as he stormed forward. Chakra channeled through the weapon as he used his weapon to mold his chakra as he would with handseals. "HORUS!" Taylor shouted as loud as he could. He got the bird to look down at him as the young boy tried to convey everything he could into one distinct look. Horus somehow understood, and with a few flaps he managed to make the handseals and body flicker down to the ground. "There you are boy." He said he pet the bird and the barrier formed. He knew that Horus needed guidance in order to return home, which is always with each other. Once Horus was inside though, he was able to see the demon from through the ice. His wings Beat wildly to channel chakra into pseudo handseals as he whirled the area around the demon's head in a tornado. It was all he could do to assist, but hopefully the distraction proved to give another a shot.

__ Doodoo dun doo deedee doooooooo!! Zhi was locked in a dead sprint toward the only immediately noteworthy "safe" location in this chaotic fray. She would arrive at the frozen defense surrounding several of her comrades, staying in its shadow to avoid being picked off by any stay-flying chakra-infused sandy pellets that were bombarding the area. As she stopped to lean on it and catch her breath Zhi fell right through, "Ack!?" She gasped during the sensation of it practically melting around her but it would probably freeze solid again behind her once she was inside. Zhi quickly picked herself back up off the ground to get a visual head count of who was here. Now seemed as good a moment to mention this as ever, "S-sorry I'm late guys. I'll use my sensory abilities as best I can to help." While dusting herself off she had a moment to better assess their current enemy. The monstrosity was... well, a monster; however, it was somehow quite charming as far as she could tell- in its own way, of course. Zhi cooed like she forgot she was in any kind of danger for the moment, "Aww... wook at its coot wiwl nosey!" Sure sure, it was huge and causing a lot of mayhem, but it was still just a oversized, plump racoon-like thing. Zhi knew she didn't have a darn thing to help with hurting it, but she could probably put her genjutsu to use with distractions like the other boy seemed to be doing. "Okay! Time to get serious!" In an instant, hand seals were complete and enchanting illusory chakra directed upon the bijuu. She had to give those that could attack all the opportunities they could afford. If one illusion failed, maybe another could give the opening the others needed to make things happen? Zhi's illusion in particular would attempt to override the beast's rage with a whelming sense of doubt toward anything it would continue to do in this struggle- at least for as long as the genjutsu might have a hold on it.
Sadayo was very much fully prepared to block and herself and Kyomei given Sonyo had not created the dome of ice. Infact, she had already thrown the taller puppet above to guard the floating exorcist. She had honed into Sonyo’s plea to Nari, this means two things: A, he showed up! B, Nari was about to act. A moment flashed in memories to the first time she saw Nari used his power. If anything, the powers he utilized that day were probably just a glimpse into what he could do. Then, her thoughts transitioned to herself and her own means. This was the first real fight with puppets and she was generally powerless. Elemental lesson refresher: Wind beats lightning, lightning beats earth, and if these metal behemoths are of the proper material they should be able to transfer any of my electric ninjutsu. With her resources by themselves, Sadayo wasn’t capable of effectively fighting a monster like Shukaku alone. ”Tetsuhiko, listen!” She began to speak while her hand took a dive into her supply bag. “You have more puppets out than I ever could dream right now and you know as well as I that their material already gives you the advantage.” Sadayo gave three arm-length metal rods to Yuutsu, in front of her, before manipulating her to go place them to border the dome and generally out of harm toward the other genin. As she continued, Sadayo allowed her voice to grow to warn the others as she continued to relay a plan to Tetsuhiko: ”I’ll create an electric barrier. In place of the large, typical triangular barrier this tactic is initially designed for, I want you and I to use this as a supplementary tool to enhance what we have. What you have. Rush whatever you want through that small barrier!” Sadayo would form the set of hand seals to send a jolt of electric energy to the nearest most metal fork. The planted projectile sparked and danced with blue light before leaping to the remaining two metal poles. ” The trick goes, that if you ‘break’ the poles for whatever reason the jutsu will stop. Got that? With how short each pole is, I whatever smaller things Shukaku can throw will even it out. I’ll keep Yuutsu around them to play guardsman in case one of our own is knocked toward the barrier. Break them if they become a threat to anyone. Got it? As she said, the Yuutsu puppet would linger in front of a forked rod with its curved, torso blades tucked inward to avoid slicing anyone. Her hands, on the other hand, while each finger has its own metal spurr would probably do more good than harm as a means to latch onto another’s clothing. Meawhile, the laughing puppet Hohoemi disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Sadayo chose to dismiss him for a more suitable tool for defending herself and Kyomei and collected another item from her bag: the red scroll. The angry-faced scroll. As she opens the scroll she activates a seal to exchange paper for puppet. Her towering samurai puppet stood well above her and perhaps isn’t tall enough to cover Kyomei’s floating feet. There were maneuvers in mind, however, should the situation become dire to protect Kyomei. In the meantime, Sadayo was able to activate the Iron-wall shield mechanism in Nirami's arms. "Remember the limbs. He should be sitting on two of them."

__ Hikaru reached out his hand when Taylor ran forward. He couldn't do anything to stop him, but he had to focus on another issue. With this barrier forming, he didn't know if the dome was high enough to protect that girl who he was destined to fight. He saw her be taken off, but her wounds seemed severe. If he calculated the area which she would be returned to, then he had a feeling that he could give her some support. As the barrier formed Hikaru sent off all of his paper to Susanno. The paper would provide some relief to the girl as the miniature horses swarmed above her and would take the impact of the sand first. Then, one little paper horse unfolded itself as it wrapped around the girl's leg. An immense amount of healing chakra applied to the leg in order to patch the wound she suffered. As a medic Hikaru's specialty was assisting others. He hoped he could get the girl healed fast enough so that she could be of use when fighting this demon. Otherwise, why else would she bother existing?

Summoned by the towering figure in the arena, Masato returned to the battlefield. He had grown bored with his last fight and forfit, hiding from a foe was a boring tactic to him. He appeared atop the observation tower where Nariomi had been just moments ago, Masato leapt from the same ledge.
As he decended, seeing Nariomi scoop up his last opponent and rush her to safety he took note of his form. " What... is he..." he murmered to himself. As he landed upon the skybox the blast of projectile sand would spray the area. As it came towards Masato, he reached for the katana at his back. He gritted his teeth as he prepared to slash at the targets. The young man grew increasingly angry, as usual. However, his rage was not created from the usual source of nothingness. Now he felt enraged by his own weakness. A word he never thought he would know. His hand trembled as he pulled the katana from his sheath. He would form the hand signs as he did so, imbuing his blade with fire chakra. With a crescent shaped slash, a wave of fire that would reach 48 meters in a cresent moon shape around himself and Nariomi, effectively nullifying the sand blasts.. From within the flames he roared once more. " Why.... " his voice trailed off as his form flickered inside the remnants of his cloud flame slash. His body ablaze with the evaporating sweat that gave him the green aura that mixed with his black smoke like chakra. His skin was dark red, his veins bulging and his eyes white with rage, hair wild as though it were being blown skyward from the sheer exertion of his body. " Why does it have my eyes!?" Masato wouldn't be referring to the actual appearance of the eyes, yet it was the pain and anguish that blended so well with the creature's blind rage. Masato sneered as he clenched his fists, having sheathed his blade. He turned his head towards Nariomi who had appeared next to him only seconds before the blast. He saw the tears, the hesitation. Did Nari have the same empathy that Masato was having? Did it have something to do with his new form? Masato wasn't sure how to react. He knew he had to fight, but his heart felt as though it was breaking when he raised his fist to the creature. " Teacher... what do we do."
Masato had some level of respect for the beast, his power reflected something that Masato would never obtain by himself. He felt the gap between the two was akin to that of an ocean, still. His respect for that power, mixed with his empathy made his decision to move forward difficult for the first time.

Preceding Hideo and Kay would be the buzzing, almost melodious, somewhat loud but not overtly so even as they finally arrived. A very concerned look should have set itself in, but the Playwright inside had control now. Every single one of her swarm was about to be used, and she knew they would be likely to die before they could make themselves truly useful. Even that, notwithstanding, wasn't a concern as she made her way into the observation area, and then maneuvered from there into the arena where the Shukaku had made itself known. Seeing the dome of ice, and watching Zhi dive into it alerted her that it could open up and close. Naturally, Kat did the same, her insects staying close to her person.
"Kay Aburame, reporting!" she offered, quieting her insects and looking at the ichibi. She could only smile, moving to stand ahead, off center, to get a good look and responding to Zhi's assertion that it was cute. "It is! He reminds me of an angry raccoon. Someone should give him a half eaten apple or something." She aimed both hands ahead, flaring her nostrils a bit as the insects proved more volumous than they appeared. "Im going to try very hard to distract it with my insects, maybe knock off a block of chakra and sand with them. Maybe the dome can open to let them through?" Hoping they would get through, Katherine exhaled and the insects drilled forward like a pair of inuzuka, in two rotating spindles, one for each arm. Her aim was on the spot where it's right arm met the body, and on the center of it's tail. It wasn't a lot, but she hoped the distraction would crack it open for someone to deal some real damage, and drain it's resources a little bit at the same time. Behind her glasses, she was focused like a laser, and her lips were tight as she focused beyond the apprehension gripping at her. Hideo if he looked, would be able to see though, that she was all but trembling, giddy maybe but definitely anxious.

๑๑๑๑Arriving on the scene with Kay, Hideo jumped down from the observation area, his activated eyes observing the insanely large tenketsu of Shukaku. What the Hyuuga could see before even jumping down as his eyes peered through the building was a dome of ice, and the one tailed beast in all its glory towering over everyone within the ice construct. Admittedly, the boy felt a pang of fear run through his body, shaking him down to the very core. Giant prawns and barracuda aside, this was the largest living being he had ever encountered. Although his body language didn't show it, there was a healthy pang of anxiety that ran through him as expected of anyone seeing a tailed beast in person. However his father said fear was good, a necessary evil in the shinobi world. Hubris was the death of many shinobi, their overconfidence and cocky nature often leading them to overlook crucial steps in battle leading to death or serious injury. A shinobi who knew how to balance a fear of death with confidence in their ability was a shinobi who was cold, calculating, and unforgiving in battle. Hideo hoped he would be no exception to this today.
Rotating in the air in order to avoid a barrage of large pebbles, he was forced to pull a kunai out and parry three large pieces which threatened to injure him before even hitting the ground. As the ice dome opened for Kay, Hideo slipped through just barely as it closed above him, more large rocks pounding the now closed area as he landed. Index finger within the hole on the handle of the kunai, Hideo spun it rapidly around his finger before placing it back in the holster. As Kay began to speak, Hideo found himself staring off at what looked to be five golden rings headed towards the beast, each one emanating with chakra. Last time he checked, that wasn't something Shukaku was capable of doing, however who was he to be an expert on such a beast?
Pointing in the direction of the levitating gold rings Hideo's gaze turned to Sonyo, who based on her chakra output was the one holding the dome over everyone for protection. "Hideo Hyuga. Apologies for calling for your attention right now all things considered, but what are those?" The boy had a hunch as to what he was looking at. Five rings, four limbs, one tail. If he didn't know any better, they looked to be apart of some sealing technique. And it was then his eyes caught site of the girl floating above everyone. She had the same chakra as the rings. Before getting an answer, his attention turned to her. Raising his voice a little so that she could here him, the genin spoke to her. "Those rings, is that part of a sealing technique by chance?"
He could have been absolutely wrong, but it did not hurt to ask. After all, there was already rods generating lightning in a triangle near the beast. Taking something like a tailed beast head on with how few of them were first responders to the emergency seemed foolhardy to the young man. However, looking around at all the senior shinobi that were here, he wondered if there was a chance they could seal away most of the beasts chakra, there was a chance they could overpower the one-tailed terror and end this before any true damage is done to the rest of the village. All it took was one attack relative to its size, and Shukaku could very well decimate a civilian district miles away without so much as a thought. They needed to act fast. And although his question was posed towards the girl who was levitating, it was loud enough for others to hopefully catch on to his train of thought.

As she exclaimed once more. It seemed many were taking to the defensive or not having heard at all. She couldn't blame them, it was a big arena, she'd certainly lose her voice at the rate and amount of yelling she was doing today. "NEED I REPEAT MYSELF UN HATA! I WILL BE UNABLE TO WEAKEN THE BEAST IF MY RINGS ARE SWAT FROM THE SKY LIKE MAYFLYS BARA! HAVE! FAITH! IN! YOUR! EXORCIST! IN! EXORCISING!" Each word accentuated between breathes and the girl was clearly getting winded. Panting now Kyomei would hear a meteoric impact drawing her attention. A man clad in cold charged into the fray with brazenness but the creature seemed to recover toot sweet. The Yuki-onna was detaining the creature to some degree as well perhaps that would be a large enough opening for the legs.
Then came the beasts counterattack. A shotgun of sand being sent outward with galeforce like winds with the man in icy armor likely taking the brunt of the blow if he did not evade. Kyomei's onmyo robes fluttered and her eyes winced as she guided her golden rings like whizzing battleships to prevent their possible destruction from shrapnel though even they were overwhelmed by the winds pushing back their advance. It was then she heard an inquisitive voice. Looking in said direction she would see Hideo, and the Aburame, not far from Sadayo. Within earshot of Hideo and the the other three without the need for yelling Kyomei explained the best she could. "The rings of my Keihatsu, they are designed to weaken beings such as this, if not outright cut their connection to their abilities entirely. Their intention is often to save a possessed host by cutting off their connection to the otherworldly being to be prepped for exorcism. AH!"
Kyomei had to re affix her focus to forward facing the beast as one of her rings would have perhaps near met its end at the hands of a collision with none to protect it. With a sweat upon her brow and a now unerring focus on their positioning she'd try to wrap up her explanation quickly. "Should I be successful even a novice exorcist or child could seal the beast away if not dispatch its existence after it is slowly but surely severed from its source of power! If there is even a chance someone who is possessed is within that beast! It is my sacred duty as an exorcist to see that even if their body is deceased that it finds proper rest! UN HATA!" Perhaps Nariomi would have been close enough to hear this, perhaps not. But if he did, maybe it would instill some hope in the silver haired Jinchurikki that his brothers body could perhaps be given a proper burial if it somehow existed within having been consumed by the Ichibi.
Kyomei would say as she would now send two rings to target the beasts legs which were being detained by the Yuki-onna(Sonyo). Perhaps it would be enough of an opening to lock both in place. Both golden rings unhinged not unlike a pair of handcuffs and flew towards their targeted limbs. "If you wish to assist bask in my aura! It will indefinitely aid you in your ventures! NO GO IF YOU'VE ANY INTENT TO INSURE THEIR SUCCESS!" Now Kyomei would send the other three rings each unlatching like the previous to connect with the Ichibi's Left arm, Right arm, and Tail.
((Kyomei's rings are attacking, If they connect and successfully latch on to the Shukkaku he would be weakened, It would be up to you Ergo how to apply this weakening, either slowing down his regeneration in said particular limbs that do get sealed, weakening techniques overall etc. I'd also think it good that each limb would get a response somehow to the rings attempts to latch that would require some sort of tactic to succeed.))

Description: Chōwa is a Khakkhara passed down in Kyomei's family. It isn't by any means something that holds great significance as there have been many Chōwa before it. The christening of the name given unto every Khakkhara in the family solely because it is a reminder to always follow the way of peace to achieve true happiness in life and that all things despite the good and the bad that occur in them remain in harmony despite what it may seem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ▼ Enlightened Form: Weapon Name: Keihatsu {Enlightenment}. When slammed a Chōwa becomes what Kyomei's family calls the Keihatsu or The Enlightenment. It signifies that the wielder has been given or found purpose in life. Description: The Keihatsu emits a super natural glow, one that often synchronizes with the user's own chakra. Aside from this glowing the Keihatsu bares no other physical difference from it's previous form as a Chowa.
Ability Summary
►8 Ring Shattering: Rank: X Description: The Keihatsu's rings can separate themselves from the the staff they are attached to, they then grow up to an incredible size. Ranging up to Eight feet in diameter. The rings can be freely controlled by the wielder using the staff as a conduit to direct them. (5-Chakra Per Ring. A Total of 40 Chakra For 8: Rings must be sustained whilst in flight.) The rings are then often intended to place a target in their vacant center and contract immediately to restrict the target. If any of the rings are broken the remains turn into a ball of spiritual light and return to the staff as a normal sized ring and is placed in a temporary recovery period (1 Post). If the Keihatsu is ever disarmed all currently floating rings fall to the ground and return to their normal size. The rings can also be used in conjunction with Shakujou styles if logical. The weaponized rings strength is equivalent to the user's amounted expended for stamina with Formless Style: Shakujou.
►Sacred Detainment: Rank: X {1-rank per Ring} Type:Special-Fuuin (Special Meaning Fuuin Reductions do not Apply) Element: N/a Description: Strange Creatures or spirits with malicious intent when bound by the rings undergo an immediate binding. This seal is treated as an S+ seal if all 8 rings find a way to ensnare their target. The target that meets all the criteria 1eing A Strange Creature 2:Harboring/Portraying Violent Tendencies cannot use any of their supernatural strength, skills, or powers, and effectively are stripped of all defenses up to the rank of rings used. Sacred Detainment then drains half said X-ranks worth of Chakra each post it is sustained. Sacred Detainment Does Work on Jinchuuriki but to a lesser extent only being treated as one X-ranked amount less and only stripping them of their [ Demon Techniques and Benefits ] equal to the amount of rings detaining them. Rings can be destroyed by an ability one rank higher than the X-rank of rings used or if there are three strength descriptives or higher when against a similar ranking technique.
►Edict of Purification: Rank: X {1-rank per Ring} Type:Special- Fuuin Element: All Description: When the Edict of Purification occurs the user stands still and begins reciting a mantra. As the Mantra progresses a ring will detach itself grow to it's maximum size and then portray the chinese or kanji symbol of an element. [1 Per Post ] The Elements are 火 [Ka] [Fire] : 風 [Fū] [Wind] :土 [Do] [Earth] : 雷 [Rai] [Lightening] : 水 [Sui] [Water]: 冥 [Mei] [Dark]: 光 [Kō] [Light]: 空[Kū] [Void]. The Mantra Must Be Sustained, Breaking of the mantra causes any rings at that point to fall pointlessly to the ground and return to the Keihatsu. The cost of this technique is progressive per post. When the Mantra concludes the user spins their staff allowing for one final interruption and then slams it into the ground. All eight symbols glow with light corresponding to their elements fuse together into one giant ring that appears to be an eight sectioned circle with the symbol 真 [Shin] [Purity] in the center. A unfathomably powerful blast that could decimate an entire village if fired downward from the sky shoots forward. However, the beam inflicts no harm to anyone or any structure...unless it is a strange creature, impure of heart, tainted by evil, or wishes to do harm. The technique essentially, even then, does no damage, instead, it places a feeling of tranquility on all evil or violent intentions shutting them away briefly and crossing over any wayward spirits. The option for this technique to cause mass amounts of damage and destruction is possible but is considered Taboo in all accounts and doing so would destroy the weapon and make it's wielder unfit to ever wield another Keihatsu ever again. Even then, such is only achievable by tampering with the chanters rings discreetly carving [Shi] [Death] on each ring. Which no wielder could do themselves as it would make them unfit to wield the Keihatsu. This was only discovered when a former Keihatsu user asking for purity [Shin] to be engraved on the weapon by a blacksmith was accidently replaced with [Shi] the result was labeled in history as [The Black Tragedy]. While it's mark in history was minimal and the small settlement lost wasn't noteworthy the Keihatsu's capability of destruction was discovered that day and only the most heavily versed scholars are aware of it as even many who've unlocked the Keihatsu's abilities are unaware of this. Unfortunately devout historian's because of this are incredibly suspicious of all wielders of the Keihatsu.

__ Tetsuhiko observed that there were so many of his allies who were fighting the beast. It appeared that Bastet was absent for now, but he was certain she was waiting to come in and dispatch of the monster somehow. One man was directly confronting the beast and Tetsuhiko reveled in his bravery. There were so many of his friends present and willing to aid him. He noticed a giant ice barrier form over a large grouping of shinobi, including himself. "What beauty!" He thought as he witnessed such beautiful ice in the desert's very midst. Such positive thoughts in this stressful situation were more of a coping mechanism to stop his slight tremor. As he admired the potential of painting this scene before him he heard Sadayo speak to him.
He listened closely to her strategy and was able to put aside his romantic whims for the sake of defeating the tanuki. "She definitely has a tactical mind." He thought as he noticed more of his fellow genin join the fight. Suddenly, the nine puppets opened their mouths and released the entirety of their iron sand contents in their stomach cavities giving Tetsuhiko roughly ninety gallons worth to work with. He also released all of the iron sand available to him from the seal on his arm. The iron sand accumulated and swirled around him for defensive purposes once the ice barrier would inevitably go down. The large volume of iron dust was available for himself, Sadayo, Kyomei, and others at short notice if necessary.
Once Sadayo finished her explanation he responded. "Yes, Sadayo, I can do that! Time for an...electrifying performance!" Tetsuhiko announced whimsically as Artemisia and Thanatos flew through the electrical triangle in unison. Their metal bodies were now supercharged with B-Rank chakra as Tetsuhiko moved them to the very edge of the ice barrier high off the ground so that they could get a clean shot. "Make way!" Tetsuhiko yelled towards Sonyo with a dramatically valiant tone. This duo of pawns that were Artemisia and Thanatos then rapidly fired kunai which were all charged with B-Rank chakra. The kunai would fly through the air at the speed of B-Rank lightning bolts and hit as hard as two B-Rank raiton techniques. Two hundred kunai flew towards Shukaku as the ice barrier would likely form around them. As this occurred Tetsuhiko heard Kyomei the exorcist and considered helping her momentarily,but for now he had to focus on attacking Shukaku in cooperation with his fellow puppeteer.

James watched as the One Tail take his hits, and expected no less, he had hurt the beast, but the creature was stronger than any man, even some of the demigods he had faced. Heightened reflexes and years of experience let James watch the demons chest swell and launch the massive blast of air at him, and James reacted with the crystal clear rage still blasting through his veins.
A handseal caused James to warp out of the way of the blast in a vacuum of frozen air, to plant himself standing under the Demon, James hand drug the ground as he burst out from under the creature, leaving a growing ten foot hole in his frozen wake as he dashed off around the creature with inhuman speed.
When James had some distance his left hand flashed and the ground would rupture next to him, a underground spring ripping to life to supply his water needs. He simply stood there and waited,Silverfang spinning from hand to hand as the other attacks crashed against the demon. The moment the demon would go to move from over the hole, or to launch a new attack, James would trigger the giant explosion of his geyser.

He could hear the voices, his beloved, his student, kyomei and the others. They wanted to seal the demon. Would that not be just as bad as killing it? Trapping it within flesh to be used as naught but a weapon. Though it was, as before right about now when his vision blurred again and he was once more among the ruins of his inner world.
Before him stood his friend and demon Choumei. He and the beast had grown close, even become friends, in the months and years he had been its host. When it spoke its voice rumbled in his mind,"You know, its not so bad inside of you. You dont bother me unless you need to, and you, unlike most of them. Have respect for us as sentient beings. Look at the situation before you. This is what happens to most of us when we are given our freedom. We rampage. How will you protect him from himself?" The question was startling, and Nari honestly had no answer to it. How would he do it? If he was out and free he would just keep rampaging and killing and eventually he would have to be brought down. For its sake...it would have to be sealed. For Knives' memory it would have to be sealed.
An audible sigh escaped his lips as he returned to the present world. With two flicks of his wrists the chakra bow and arrow both faded to nothingness as he turned to Masato and patted him on the shoulder,"We do our duty." Taking a knee he rapidly drew several arced dashes onto the sand before him followed quickly by a large series of rings. Within seconds he had drawn a full diagram of the arena. As his fingers blazed through the seal he spoke up and let his voice fill the air. When it did there was no hesitation any more, no hatred nor anger. No pain nor suffering, only resolve. "Heads Up." With that he poured his chakra into the ground, and the effects were instant.
All around the arena several dozen hemispherical stone blocks rose up from the ground in concentric circles around the arena. The first row were only three foot wide and four foot tall, the second row were offset of the first and were three foot wide and five foot tall. The third and final row were again three foot wide and six foot tall. This third row was again offset of the second row but in line with the first row. Jumping up onto the third row he let his voice ring out loud and strong,"Taylor, Sonyo, Hikaru, to the rear treat the wounded. James, take center keep its attention on you. Hideo, Katherine, Toya. Take the left use the blocks for cover. Sadayo, Kyomei, Tetsuhiko, take the right and keep up the pressure." Taking a deep breath he considered who he had left, Zhi, nodding a bit he gave her, her orders,"Zhi, when it goes on the offensive I want everyone to know about it. Your going to be our eyes in this whole thing." Jumping back down he folded his legs under him and looked up to Masato,"I need you to cover me. I wont be able to defend myself in this state so its on you to protect me."
With a heavy sigh he allowed his mind to enter into the eather. Casting out his mind to each who would allow him, he quickly created a bond between them and himself. Through that bond, should it be accepted, he would begin pumping his chakra. Now he would hand this over to his trusted allies. He had set the arena, he had staged the pieces, now it was time to see the board come to life.

Description: itenpen is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. Fudou will use this jutsu in conjunction with Fuen. Fuen can first draw out the design for the earthen canyons on a scroll. Next Fudou will use his Earth Element ability to summon earth, rock and stone to generate a real life version of Fuen's design. When Fudou uses the jutsu without a design, a massive flow of earth will be generated which can push through nearby structures. The earth will also serve as a medium for the resurrected bodies of Doton • Shishi Dojou.

Description: The user enters a meditative state, linking his mind with anyone willing to accept his presence. By utilizing their chakra, the user is able to reduce fear, panic disorder, as well as reducing the feeling of fatigue while giving his side a great sense of courage. This effect lasts 4 posts before the user must pay more chakra. Only one user may use this effect per side of the battle, ranging in a limit of 1 mile. If the user desires, they can pay an additional amount of chakra to restore their sides chakra and stamina by the amount of chakra offered. Technique has a 1 post cool down allowing the user's mental state to return back to their body, meaning the user cant simply end the technique on the fly and get up and run. If the user is a practitioner of Ninshuu, this technique also negates the weakness to Genjutsu for the affected Ninshuu chakra network.

Demon Power Stage [5] Advanced: The host, having survived giving up their body to the Nanabi, has dealt with incredible amounts demonic Chakra. During this stage, the host will attempt to tap into Choumei's power without giving up his or her own body. Through collaboration with the demon, the two have come up with a way to keep one another alive. Once more, the host�s skin darkens; however, rather than taking on Choumei�s form, the host retains his or her own figure. By rejecting the Nanabi�s shape, the host will be able to fight with a much more comfortable range of movement, while still obtaining the benefits of Choumei's Chakra and the ability to travel on walls and ceilings without the use of Chakra.

Susano'o began to feel a bit of relief as the pain almost went away. Opening up her eyes she saw paper held against it absorbing the blood and healing most of the injury. Her eyes then moved to the beast that interrupted their fight as she gritted her teeth. She knew she was nowhere near as strong as this beast was yet she still had to fight! She watched a number of actions occur against the beast as she climbed down from where she was down to the sand arena. Formulating a plan as she watched everyone in action. Then hearing the words of Nari consume the area she heard no mention of her name in his planning. Good. It was better this way as her plan was reckless and even she knew it. Dashing over to Masato, an opponent whom she knew could give her a run for her money if not best her entirely. Then walking in front facing towards the demon a pang of guilt hit her hard. "Poor thing..." She said in reference to Shukaku in regards to his situation. Letting out a soft breath she felt chakra come back to her and looked back to Masato. "I need you to do something. Use the third or fourth gate and throw me at that thing as hard as you can. You'll understand what to do when the time comes after that, I'll give you a signal... just let your strikes aim true." She spoke to Masato needing his help in this as she knew he was the strongest out of them all. Her Raiton technique was still active however it was time for her to put all of her power into this. She was going to help knock that thing on its a**. Getting into a quick draw stance she readied herself leaving her shirt with enough space to be grabbed by Masato. "Just stand in front of Nari. Then when you're up I'll protect him in your stead. She spoke confidently to Masato as she used a technique that increased the strength and speed of her techniques
● Chidori Sai (One Thousand Birds Cut) •Rank - B {Treated as A rank 0 of 4 blasts left} • This attack is a mixture of Hatake Clan’s specialties. The user is able to channel their raiton through their weapon of choice. Through repeated slashes (maximum of 4 shots) they become able to unleash raiton blasts that appear to be white in color. These slashes cleave metal like a hot knife through butter. These slashes are extremely fast and blinding to those who are not the Hatake or Lightning User in question, thus making this technique special. This jutsu does not require handseals.

Shukaku's sandy exterior seemed to turn to thin panels around his head, flaking away an indistinguishable amount at his size. He raised a hand to in front of his face, swatted at the whirlwind around his head, and then let out a sigh. He tried to stand only to get blasted by a geyser, knocking him off-balance but also bringing back the fury he'd been displaying earlier. It grew even more agitated when two spikes of bugs started sucking his Chakra dry, but as they died rapidly after beginning to drain him, he didn't particularly concern himself with them. He turned toward the group at the shield only to get a gut full of charged electric kunai that slipped right through his shield. Growing even more agitated--if such a thing were possible--the beast went on the offensive.
Shukaku opened his maw and inhaled deeply as he had before, only to get a ball of explosive wind in the mouth for his trouble, breaking a couple of his teeth in the process. Two more such blasts ripped through the air from the observation booth and collided with the swirling shield of sand around the beast, clearing the way for Kyomei's rings to find their mark. The dark markings on Shukaku's legs faded where the rings sank into them, and that seemed to be the last straw: with all the damage the beast had taken and the interference being caused by those rings, he wasn't able to stand anymore. He hit the ground hard.
"You goddamn pissants!" the creature roared in a deafening voice as he thrashed.
A great gust of wind flowed from Shukaku's maw, not the blasts from earlier but a constant, overpowering wind that turned the entire arena into a sandstorm. Those without enhanced senses would find it very difficult to see or communicate in any meaningful way; those who were exposed to the storm for longer than a few seconds would start to feel their skin get sandpapered away by the force. The storm around the group near the ice barrier would seemingly implode toward them almost immediately, bearing down like a waterfall from all directions with the crushing force of tons of sand behind it.

His genjutsu had no visible effect on the monster and it was the strongest technique in his arsenal. His ninjutsu was not up to par with it as seen by his tornado and kamikaze units. Toya body flickered away from the immediate area as he would be of no use in battle. [[exit]]

As everyone joined her under the dome, she couldnt help but feel like she accomplished at least something small. She hadn't attacked this round, but she had kept them all safe.. for the most part. Nari and james seemed otherwise uneffected by the pebbles of sand and she couldn't say that she was surprise; they were just so damn strong. If James was anything like Theodin, it probably tickled to him. Sonyo made a move to sit, her legs were straining from exhaustion, when the "connection" hit her. The female gasped softly as energy flooded her-- chakra moved through her system like a refreshing glass of ice water. She could tell it was Nari, though how she wasn't sure; her and the jounin had shared many connections since she arrived in Sunagakure, but this one was like nothing she had felt before... it was almost spiritual.
That's when the sandstorm started. At first Sonyo wasn't worried, her dome was built of already insanely strong Hyouton ice, reinforced by chakra. But as moments passed, the ice began to groan. It was a low sound at first, then a sharp creaking noise, like metal under too much strain. The ice-user's eyes got wide as she felt the shifting of the ice through the sand, a low tremble. Her creation was in danger, and as more sand piled up, the more likely it would be that the dome would shatter inwards on itself. A few handseals were made and the outer layer of ice shifted, creating grooves for the sand to slide down on. IT would relieve some of the pressure for now.
The female began to pace, swearing softly under her breath. Her defense was keeping them safe for now but how would she be able to subdue the giant sand tanuki? All communications with Nariomi and James and any other senior shinobi was effectively cut off for the near future, and she needed to make a plan, and fast. She wasn't sure if it was the bond she shared with her bravery other half, but she suddenly felt like she could do this-- she could lead these gennin. Maybe. Sonyo reached down around her wrist and tied her hair up to keep it out of her face and to make sure she had full visibility all while the wheels were turning in her head.
"I know you were all just given orders but seeing as they will be difficult to fulfill for the forseeable future, here are some adjusted ones." Sonyo turned to the group, her eyes falling on the small figure with purple hair. "Zhi, I need you to be our eyes and ears just like Nari said. I need to know what's going on out there while our vision is blocked off like this. We also need to make sure we don't hit our comrades with crossfire." Next, hazel-brown hues fell on the ghastly girl floating as if that was something natural that could be done. "Exorcist-chan, I am sorry I didnt help you previously. Your rings are our best chance at subduing Shukaku for now, and it was foolish of me to not use that earlier. We could have avoided this, that is my fault. Do you have chakra left to create more?" The chuunin offered an apologietic smile to the pale-haired girl, she might be chuunin but she still felt like a gennin at heart. She turned to the Aburame next, making a generalized motion in the air to try and point at the insects. "Ma'am I don't know much about your bloodline or how your insects work, but would there be any way for them to burrow under the sand to the demon? I'm not sure what they were doing, but it seemed to be doing something, and getting them under him seems like the best way to reach him for now. He's laying down, they could contact his... does he even have skin? I'm gonna call it skin-- they can reach his skin that way. I apologize for any ignorance on my part."
Sonyo now turned to address the rest of the group as a whole, gripping one arm with it's opposing hand. "Everyone else, my ice dome will open for your attacks like before but it cannot stay open for long just like previously. I need anyone with Fuuton or Raiton chakra to try and punch through that sandstorm, to get Exorcist-chan's rings to their target. Be prepared to change and adapt to the situation as needed, this is our village and as shinobi they are counting on us. I believe in each of you, we can do this."

Susano'o began to feel a bit of relief as the pain almost went away. Opening up her eyes she saw paper held against it absorbing the blood and healing most of the injury. Her eyes then moved to the beast that interrupted their fight as she gritted her teeth. She knew she was nowhere near as strong as this beast was yet she still had to fight! She watched a number of actions occur against the beast as she climbed down from where she was down to the sand arena. Formulating a plan as she watched everyone in action. Then hearing the words of Nari consume the area she heard no mention of her name in his planning. Good. It was better this way as her plan was reckless and even she knew it. Dashing over to Masato, an opponent whom she knew could give her a run for her money if not best her entirely. Then walking in front facing towards the demon a pang of guilt hit her hard. "Poor thing..." She said in reference to Shukaku in regards to his situation. Letting out a soft breath she felt chakra come back to her and looked back to Masato. "I need you to do something. Use the third or fourth gate and throw me at that thing as hard as you can. You'll understand what to do when the time comes after that, I'll give you a signal... just let your strikes aim true." She spoke to Masato needing his help in this as she knew he was the strongest out of them all. Her Raiton technique was still active however it was time for her to put all of her power into this. She was going to help knock that thing on its a**. Getting into a quick draw stance she readied herself leaving her shirt with enough space to be grabbed by Masato. "Just stand in front of Nari. Then when you're up I'll protect him in your stead. She spoke confidently to Masato as she used a technique that increased the strength and speed of her techniques
