Frankly, Yunara was relieved to have done so well. There had certainly been times where she or Ardoxshoth had struggled a little to identify the objects. Thankfully, it seemed that Master Z'von had selected relatively common things this time around. Or, well, of what she'd seen. "Thanks. It wasn't easy. This is definitely going to take practice." She didn't envy those who always had to see through their dragon's eyes.
Removing the blindfold, she handed it over to Haveli, and retrieved the bucket. It was time to switch places. "Okay, I'm ready whenever you are." I knew we would do well, Ardoxshoth said, her tone just this side of smug.

-- Of course, just as soon as the bronze had made his private assertion to His, Lelte would hold up ... something. Perhaps it was his bronze's arrogance that His would understand, but it seemed to R'him, outside of being red, he couldn't quite tell if it was a fruit or...something else. "Er....it's red?" He finally confessed.
Hybreoth, of course, gave a little tail flick. Yes, very good. It is red. Do not despair Mine, for you did not do wrong--I simply wished to bestow upon you a true challenge. He would never admit he had no idea what he was looking at either... or that he or His had done wrong. Yours is doing a fine enough job, SisterMine. He conceded, feeling quite generous with how very well His was doing.
Were they not perfect?

V'ek and NimisethRoll 1: Based on its shape, this object could be a riding strap or a belt. Roll a d4 to see whether you guess correctly. Evens, you are correct (it is a belt) and gain +3 pts.
V'ek smiled as he slid on the blindfold and waited for his dragon to cease his sibling boops.
Are you ready?
Nimiseth gave Lufianth one last happy nudge, then stood and turned his attention to D'hka. The hatchling squinted. This was a squiggly brown thing, something that he had seen around V'ek's waist every day. For a second he faltered, thinking it might be one of the squiggles he'd seen on the dragons heading out to fight Thread, but... no... he was pretty sure it was a belt. He thought of belts.
"A belt." V'ek nodded.

"Are you ready?" Haveli took the blindfold and tied it around her eyes, but not before turning to look at her lifemate and giving him a reassuring smile. Their partners could do it so why not he? If they struggled then they need only work harder together, right?
The first object was held up, Haveli supposed, because it came into her mind. It was such a weird feeling but she knew it right away, as did Sathanaseth. It's an oiling brush, which we should do when this is done. Haveli grinned.
"An oiling brush."

- Ah, yes! How good of Lelte to choose something he knew right away. The dragon puffed out his chest, and even took a moment to groom one of his claws. He was so clever and so certain that His would know this one.
Admittedly, he was right. "Oiling brush!" That was something he had saw perfectly, and he felt his dragon's pride swell.
Something we shall enjoy later this afternoon. His demanded, knowing full well they would. The growing dragon was already feeling itchy--though he was too proud to let his discomfort show. A good oiling would do all his clutchmates well, and he would sparkle brightest among them, surely.

R’nori and Green Inannath
R’nori found the idea of the whole exercise very intriguing. It was clearly not easy and R’nori gave Elibrie encouragement and struggled to not give hints. This was between her and her dragon. So he sat on his hands figuratively and only offered consolation or congratulations as needed. When she took off the blindfold and was so clearly distressed, R’nori told her, “It definitely is hard. Inannath isn’t even sure what half these things are. Maybe that is the point. To see how well we can see through their eyes. But I know their vision is different from ours. It will take practice.”
R’nori passed the collection of items over to Elibrie and settled the blindfold over his eyes.
At least Elibrie started with an easy one. Inannath recognized it before R'nori because she saw it multiple times a day. An oiling brush! She was so excited that she had done it. R'nori looked and confirmed that yes indeed it was. "An oiling brush."

R’nori and Green Inannath
Inannath had gotten too excited too quickly. She was stumped by this new item. And try as R'nori did, he couldn't figure out what the item was either. Maybe... But no. There was nothing that he either of the pair could think of. "I have no idea."

Hybreoth had, perhaps, flown a bit too close to the sun. For all his hubris, the last item Lelte held up was... Was something he had never seen before, and something he couldn't quite figure. Try as the little dragon might, he honestly didn't know what to make of it, and R'him couldn't even guess at it.
"No idea," he admitted, much to his dragon's dismay. Lifting up his blindfold, he did peek at what it was Lelte held, and smiled. "Not too bad, I'd say. Ready to switch? It is a bit peculiar looking through Their eyes..." He admitted, reaching over so he might take the bucket of items and assist her instead.
Hybreoth, of course, gave a small snort. His pride had not faltered, despite not getting the last clue. It was not that I did not understand what we were looking at. I simply felt a well of generosity in spirit, and purposefully made it difficult, so as not to make our clutchmates look so poorly compared to the two of us. Is that not generosity incarnate, Mine? We certainly did quite well.

R’nori and Green Inannath
There were a few things that the next item could be. It could be a riding strap or a belt. Inannath was certain it was a riding strap. See how it does the little thing at the end? R'nori was less certain but also not convinced it wasn't. Finally he asked, "A riding strap?" Nope. It was a belt. Oh well.

Well, it seemed like Haveli and Sathanseth were off to a good start. "Correct!" Yunara said, and jotted down a note about it.
Note 1: An oil brush was easy for both dragonets to recognize. Objects dragonets are used to are easy to recognize. Maybe a few days is enough time to become 'used' to them.

R’nori and Green Inannath
Inannath was excited again. She had seen this one before. R'nori was a little more hesitant. What if they had both riding straps and belts in the mix. But with careful examination R'nori agreed with Inannath that it was a belt. "A belt."
