How do you like your eggs?

I'll pretty much eat any type of egg.

I don't eat eggs often but when I do I usually get them scrambled or in omelet form yummy <3

perfect soft boiled eggs, french style

place the eggs you want in a pan that just fits them and cover them plus 1/2 inch with luke warm water.

after 5 minutes they will be room temperature and not crack when boiled.

remove the eggs to a serving bowl.

boil the water until it is boiling furiously.

place the eggs in the water using a slotted spoon.

boil for one minute.

take the pan off the heat and cover for 5 minutes.

drain the water, add cold water so the eggs stop cooking. let it sit until the eggs are just warm to touch. remove the eggs to the serving bowl.

now your perfect eggs are ready
