I'm not sure about Mary Poppins, there's no problem or danger about it except family issues. How would Sora and the others try to help out? Babysitting?!

I'm not so sure about the Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It is true that some of the characters are Disney, but let's not forget that some of the characters are also Warner Bros. If the KH crew are going to make that movie into a world, they would also need WB's permission to use their characters too.
