But he goes to Mexico and can't speak Spanish so he accidentally says, "Please shoot me" and the person takes it literally. KILL

Though unknowingly, the man had only his son's squirt gun with him. SAVE

Luckily, Jim has an antidote that just happens to be for that kind of poison. Coincidence? I think not. SAVE!
