Necking? Prusse must be stuck in the past! I haven't heard that slang in years! It's English language slang, but I think it means the art of "making out". Though I'm sure he lied to you, because Hongrie would never let Prusse get that close to her. Plus, I'm sure Autriche wouldn't be very happy about Prusse getting that close to his ex-wife and best friend.
