Reason for joining: I've been watching the flock for awhile and looking at my girl here she doesn't really have much plotting and rp yet. So I thought, why not, and posted here to see what you guys say. ^^ I'm really open for anything.
IC reason for joining: I'd like it to be where, as a foal, she gets too far away from her father and gets lost. She'd come to find the flock here doing one of their dances and get entranced by the feathers and how they move. Granted, because she got lost she can't find her way back and is found by someone.
Lyra:"Well, I got lost and couldn't find my way back. Although, it doesn't help that I sneezed and gave away where I was. Either way the harpies are so pretty~ I don't wanna leave."
Desired rank and reason: Anything really, however she'd make a good nanny once grown up.

@Pinchmonster (Sub: Liam): biggrin Fill out a form for him and we can adopt him in. I just got my own Harpy NCPC approved, and due to her size (She's got flutter blood in her, and thus is belly to the back of an Usdia) specializes in taking in children. Plus she has a maternal clock practically screaming at her after the loss of her entire family and being separated from the flock during the cataclysm in their home land. if's been separated from his parents and wants to go with her, she'd more then willingly adopt him.


@ Yamibakurachan (subject: Lyra): Accepted, especially since she's a foal that essentially "Ran away to the harpies".

Whether or not she'd be able to be a Nanny depends on how she develops as she grows into a young adult: If her experiences before the flock have made her seeing boys as equal or influences too many things against harpy tradition, she likely wouldn't be allowed to help raise any children that are not her own. HOWEVER, she could be a forager or even, if she has some talent, become an entertainments organizer to help organize mares and stallions for parties -- be something of a director of Harpy plays (reenacting their legends), mock-fights, training vocalists and dancers, working with the artisans to get the right sort of fur paints and costumes for her performers etc.


@ Blame & Pinch: @_@ Depending on how you want them to be captured, I might be able to help -- Kamunyak, my NCPC Harpy mare, could trick them into an ambush by some NPC harpies. I doubt you'd want her to capture them herself -- they'd likely be hamstrung considering her size makes it difficult to overpower regular sized stallions without using excessive force.

... Though the mental image of her hopping onto the back of a rather LARGE stallion and riding them into the flock like a rodeo cowboy on a bucking bronco makes me lol
