[from the streets] Rounding a corner, Aria seized from the sight. She almost always did, these nights, as the flashbacks were still strong.
The hospital was in ruins, the east wing blown off, and blood was streaming through the floors. Aria stood in the middle of a dark room--the children's ward--Shadow's pain running through her. He was dying, laying on the ground with a big kitty over him, its paw smushing his arm. Aria was of no use, she is a support shinobi, her main weapons broken from long ago.
Aria dropped her satchel, looking around.* Was the big kitty going to come eat her, too? Taking a stance, she looked around into the shadows, her arms raised. She was too vulnerable on the open roads. She had to get out of here, find a safe place to hunker down, but her home was too far away. She would never make it to Shadow-senpai in time. Running forward, she ran into the night. (Aria has PTSD)

Ryouichi was finding it increasingly harder to walk through this mist. So he slowly started to pump chakra to his eyes to make it easier for him to see through the mist that was around him. Within a few moments everything became extremely clear to him. "That's better." He would say as he continued to follow Nanaki until Nanaki walked into a building. Ryouichi wasn't quite sure what it was until he looked around to realize that it was a hospital. Well, this wasn't his home but, it surely felt like it. Ryouichi shrugged softly and brought the girl to a room and set her down, leaving her in his cloak for a moment before standing in a corner of the room. Meanwhile Izzy sat outside and laid down again under a tree that he had found and Nanaki stood next to Ryouichi.

[from the whirlpools] At the startling approach of an unfamiliar man, the nurses, doctors, and staff all took Ryouichi's appearance with a grain of salt. He was fearsome to the locals, but he had Aria in his arms. When he put her down finally, a whole group of medical staff rushed in, pushing the man and his lizard out of the room while they did their work. It was very late, too, so the scraggly tooth masked ninja should find himself a bunk if he wants to stay in Kirigakure. Aria would still be here if he returned the next day.

Ryouichi shrugged as he was pushed out of the room with the girl, Nanaki quickly following along. However, he would just go to a waiting room not to far away and sit on the floor. Nanaki would sit not to far behind him and lay down. While Nanaki sat down Ryouichi started to meditate, blocking out all of the sensations of the hospital and only focusing on his body and his chakra system. It took him a moment until he could feel his chakra flowing through his body. A small smile came upon his face as he felt it. However, he wanted to attempt to enhance the feeling by looking at specific Tenketsu. [1]
With his concentration, Ryouichi managed to continue to send chakra through his body, feeling it travel around the entirety of it. It was a rather amazing feeling to experience however, he slowly changed his focus to the Tenketsu. With a moments notice he pushed chakra to his legs, focusing on the tenketsu before he felt his Tenketsu pulse from having the chakra pushed into it. The smile on Ryouichi's face would grow slightly as he felt this. [2]
The chakra would continue to go throughout Ryouichi's body. As it did, he slowly focused more and more on other Tenketsu there in his body. Not only was this helping him understand chakra more but, it allowed him to feel where some Tenketsu were in his body which was a helpful thing to know. With another surge of chakra, Ryouichi paid attention closely to where the chakra was coming from, mostly close to his stomach. This was all rather interesting to him as he did this. However, he was done for the moment and opened his eyes to realize that it had been a matter of a few hours since he had begun his session.[3]

Aria woke when the sun began to rise, sitting up with a start. She had bandages wrapped around her arms and legs, her torso had several more layers, and she had one wrapping around her head. It looked like she had gone through an amazing fight, only to barely survive. Looking around with her good right eye, the left being covered, she spied her clothes hanging off a chair. Another glance showed that she was in a sterile hospital room, but the sunlight filtering in provided a great warmth. There were flowers by her left nightstand, and they smelled wonderful. Moving her legs over to the floor, she made sure to stay silent as she dressed.
With her yukata and family weapons firmly in place, Aria tried to remember what happened last night. Hashgroth and Thenal'Fan were chasing her around Kirigakure, but why did no one else know about their presence? Baffled, Aria unwrapped her bandages slowly, feeling how tender the underlying flesh felt from the whirlpools bashing her around so much. Reaching over, she picked up the flowers and headed out the door to the hallway, as the wrappings lay on the floor. Aria would try to blend in to the regular hospital crowd on her way out the front door.

After opening his eye, Ryouichi watched as the crowds of people walked by. After a bit of watching he noticed the girl walking towards the exit of the hosptial. He would quickly stand up and make his way towards her before stopping directly in front of her. "Hello. How are you feeling? I hope those whirlpools didn't hurt you too badly." Ryouichi would say to the girl as he gave her a quick diagnostic with his eyes, only able to see a little. At the moment she seemed to be okay. Perhaps not tip top but, okay in the least.
The shrine maiden stopped with a jolt when a stranger prevented her from leaving. Aria did not know or recognize him, but he seemed to know a bit more than she did. "I feel okay, thank you for asking," she replied, holding the flowers closer to her. Aria was confused by his keeping her there. Did he want something from her? Did she do anything to warrant such attention? Bowing her head she apologized for keeping him there, and tried to move around him. She was not comfortable with anyone other than her Shadow-senpai these days, as all of the previous team mates she had all went missing. Even with Shadow, she had not seen him in a long time, by maybe a month or more. Her squad leader sometimes went out on long missions, but this time was for what seemed like forever. Glancing back at the tooth masked man, Aria wondered if he was a medical ninja, or maybe a new genin that was only greeting everyone. Swinging her right arm down from holding one end of the flowers, she winced once as her hand found a pocket to slide into. Her forearm ached, but it always ached ever since the escaped convicts mission.

Ryouichi shrugged gently and allowed the girl to move around him, he turned around to watch her leave. He would smile slightly as she looked back at him, however she wouldn't be able to see this smile. Ryouichi was going to just let her leave as he had noticed the reserved attitude that she had so, who was he to put her in an uncomfortable environment. When she was leaving he noticed her wince slightly from what he assumed was the motioning of his arm. "Before you leave at least let me check out your arm. It's not that good for a shinobi to have a hurt arm. Let me do that and I'll leave you alone... My name is Ryouichi by the way. Ryouichi Senju, a konin." He would say to the girl, purposefully leaving out that he was from Konoha as it would make people even more uneasy of him. However, he was sure with his medical expertise he would be able to help the girl with her arm in a quick manner.
More contact? Aria should not have winced. Her arm did not hurt physically at all. There was no pain being sent to her brain, but it still hurt. The arm did not ever throb, but it constantly did. It hurt every day of every week, but never did. Aria stopped to let the young man look it over, drawing it out from its pocket. "I am Miyamoto Aria, a studying medical student and shrine maiden. If you know why my arm hurts, then maybe I can stop worrying about it." Leaving her arm hanging in the air, she left it for the Konin to inspect. Would he find something that she could not?

Ryouichi smiled gently and approached the girl once again before slowly pulling her off to the side. "Well, I can try to figure out why it hurts. While I'm examining your arm would you be able to recant any experience where your arm would have been hurt and by what?" He would say as he started to run his hands over the girl's arm, using a very minimal chakra to start to see if there was any problems. Within seconds he would have his answer. "It doesn't actually seem like there's anything wrong with your arm physically. So, what happened to your arm?"
Aria looked away, out to some blank point in the air. She did not like talking about squishy subjects. "My arm got crushed off by something during a fight. I had to find someone to help me put it back on, before I bled out." Clenching her right hand, she pulled it back, grasping her wrist with her other hand as her eyes wandered back. Opening and closing it a few times, she then slid it back in the pocket. When the awkward silence followed, Aria's stomach grumbled. Some time last night, she had dropped her satchel of food and medical supplies, and hospital food was almost never appetizing enough to eat, even when starving. A bright red blush crept up through the shrine maiden's face, as her eyes went wide. Turning her head she said, "Um..."

Ryouichi nodded softly as he listened to the girl. "Perhaps your chakra system has been disturbed in some way. I would need to find someone that can look at your system closer to see if there's any problems. However, I do not currently know anyone of this ability. I promise that I will help if I can." He would say before he heard her stomach growling. "However, I can't at this moment. So, how about I help you by getting you a meal to fill your stomach? If not, perhaps you can tell me where the academy is so I can train?"
It really was embarrassing. "Thank you mister Senju, for your kindness. I will not keep you any longer," Aria replied, stepping away and bowing. She was very hungry, but his offer was too much. "The academy is down to the south, three blocks."Why did he ask where the academy is, she wondered, blinking a few times. He must be from out of town. After a moment, Aria turned away, walking briskly back to the streets. If Mr. Senju was going to the academy, he was probably going to run into Aria again soon. [to the streets]

[from the Temple] Arriving head of time, Aria found a comfy bench out front to wait for the mysterious ninja she was supposed to meet. Okabe was it, she questioned in her thoughts. Yes, it must be that name, as the Mizukage-sama mentioned. Wriggling her nose, she reached into her pouch to dig into her newest novel. In the morning sunlight, the shrine maiden would wait while reading.
