Kijin sat down next to Henrietta and she instinctively scooched herself further away from him. And then the hand came and petted her head.

She was a dog now?

It was understandable, he was trying to be nice, however this was closer to a good cop, bad cop routine. He jumped from mean to nice instantly, Henrietta wasn't ready for it and she wasn't going to accept it at face value. She'd seen how he could be, from their first meeting more so than the second, or this, the third.

So, she leaned away from the hand slightly and she turned her head to look at his chest. This was a bit too close for comfort, especially when she was in just a hospital gown.

"Th-thank you," she said. Her eyes slowly made their way toward the door and settled there. She said, "I-i should go."

Kijin nodded then slowly sat up looking at her then at the door,"Well honestly enough I don't think that would be a good idea at the moment something has happened in the hospital and everyone is at a panic I got in here pretty easily but I don't think they would let a girl in a hospital gown out of the building that easily." He motions around the bed heading for the chair he was in earlier taking his seat again at the door wincing a little bit looking up at her.

She didn't plan on sneaking out. Besides, "th-they don't have any reason to keep me."

It's true, they didn't. Other than her arrival coinciding with the sudden deaths, though they couldn't right blame some banged up girl for that. She was in the clear.

Henrietta pulled the blanket from herself and she stood up from the bed. She looked over at Kijin before her eyes settled on her pokebelt near his feet and she slowly made her way over. She'd bend down and, assuming there was no interference, she'd pick up and put on her belt.

"I-i'll j-just g-get my thing a-and go."

Kijin looks over at her as she climbs out of the bed and grabs her belt he would nod a little then stands up putting his hands in his pockets then sighs lightly,"If you want then go right ahead but I do think you should know that the gym leader that helped you said he wanted to talk to all of us that were involved in this incident and also said if we tried to skip town that he would inform the police." He says tapping his foot on the ground a little as he looks at her,"Just to let you know what he wanted."

Henrietta paused as she listened to Kijin. The gym? She'd have to head there first, then. Henrietta nodded slowly and she looked out the door. "I-i'll head there first thing."

She added as she left, "th-thank you for stopping by."

And then, after talking to the lady at the counter for a period she managed to get her things. Finally, after some time in the bathroom she was set. She hadn't gotten a chance at a shower but she put it on her priority list.

First, the Pokemon Center. Get Melty healed and take a shower.
Second, the Pokemon Gym. Talk to the gym leader and get some breakfast.

So, Henrietta left the hospital with a growling stomach and made her way toward the Pokemon Center, dressed in a jacket and jeans, despite the spring warmth.

Robby Tobb had just left the pokemon center, his spirit was partially back, growing with every chip. It wasn't what he wanted, but it was enough for now. He would have to find a way to earn money for a proper meal to fit his needs. The pokemon center had only given him one trainer's share, and that couldn't possibly have been right...

The selfishness was still within his heart, mind, body, and soul when the obese lad spotted someone he recognized. A girl who he remembered as being under attack by lillipups, someone who he might be able to get a favor from. The obese lad nodded slowly to himself as though coming to a decision.

What was her name again? Eh, whatever. The youth rushed towards her, which to anyone else was just walking, and called. "Hey! You! Lillipup girl! Hi!"

Lillipup Girl?

Henrietta, who had almost made it from the Hospital to the Pokemon center without being bothered, stopped. She turned to look at Robby's gut. "H-hello," she said. She was sweating, likely due to the heat of wearing a jacket during the spring time.

Even during the morning it was warm enough that you didn't wear winter clothing.

Robby finally made it to the lillipup girl, and stopped. She looked a little odd, for a reason he couldn't really point out, though looking at anyone else who was out that morning would have told him why. Still, he blatantly ignored that fact, and jumped right to what he heard, the growling of a stomach. No, that was his ow- Wait no, someone else's was too.

"Hey, you wanna buy me food?" He asked, looking at her. Names were irrelevant in the face of food.

Food? Buying him food? Well, he had saved her from the Lillipups, furthermore, she hadn't eaten herself.

So Henrietta said, "H-hum... Y-yes, if you can give me some time to take a shower first."

"P-please."
PostPosted: Tue Apr 12, 2011 6:09 pm

She'd agreed! The obese lad inwardly did an uppercut of victory, such a thing was too much effort externally, and nodded at the lillipup girl's terms.

"Yeah, alright. I c'n wait until then." It would only be, like, thirty minutes tops or something, right? He could deal until then.

And with that, Henrietta made her way inside of the Pokemon center.

After watching her leave the hospital he would sigh lightly rubbing his head lightly knowing he was giving mix messages but for himself it was getting a little confusing as well. He gripped his chest lightly feeling a sharp pain but he would groan and holds it in before heading out of the hospital. "Well might as well head for the gym seeing how that the gym leader never came to the hospital I might as well see what he wants."

Kijin would now head towards the gym not really knowing what to deal with from the gym leader but he did say he was going to meet with him so he would at least meet with him before leaving town. He would continue walking before arriving at the gym doors looking at the building,"Wow...Nurse Joy wasn't kidding it looks nothing like most gyms." He says to himself before tapping on the door of the gym seeing how it didn't look anyone was home.

Genie Tressa was just one of many waitresses that worked for the Striaton gym. When she heard the door open she was as confused as everyone else around. After all, that had to be the third person in two days that actually KNOCKED on the door of a restaurant.

So, with a confused look, she opened the door and then she put on her best smile and said, "welcome to the Striaton Gym, table for one?"

It’s Day Two on my journey to becoming the greatest gym leader of all time. Since I got the Trio Badge yesterday, the score became Salieri: 2, The World: 1. I’m on top again, and I can tell. This morning I decided to check out Striaton City’s Trainer Academy. As soon as I walked in, I was challenged by the students to battles in order to test my knowledge, or something like that. Well, to my knowledge, none of them can beat me.

Salieri tapped her pen to her mouth, pausing her thoughts as she tried to put them into words in her travel log. She looked down from the school desk she was sitting on to see her Eevee backing up towards her. On the other side of the classroom was a Timburr staring Salem down, and a Lass that was gritting her teeth. “Stop writing while we battle, damnit!” she yelled at Salieri as Timburr swung his log at Salem.

“Clarise! Watch your tongue!” rang the shrill voice of the middle aged schoolteacher sitting at her desk in the front of the classroom. Salem jumped swiftly over the incoming log, Detecting the attack and landing on top of it. As Timburr swung the log around drowsily from the Yawn Salem had used before to try and knock the Eevee off balance, Salem ran to the center above Timburr and jumped up again. With a big, cute smile, she jumped onto Timburr’s face with a Tackle attack. The Timburr landed on it’s back, either asleep or unconscious, and Salem trotted off.

Salieri’s eyes darted side to side in the classroom. She was surrounded by the upset looks of ten year old children holding their fainted pokemon. “Why should I? I don’t even need to order Salem around.”

Clarise the Lass stomped her foot. “But-but I’m the strongest trainer in this school!”

Salieri grinned, snapping her red journal shut as she stood up on the desk she was previously sitting on. The Battle Girl jammed her thumb to her chest, putting her other hand on her hip. “Well I’ve got the Trio Badge! I’m the strongest trainer in town!” She revolved around, staring down at the class from the center while showing off her badge case. The class was in awe: none of them had any badges at all. “That’s right, Salieri Del Forrest! Next year that’s the name you’ll be seeing in your textbooks, kids. Class dismissed.”

Salieri’s smirk remained as she returned Salem to her pokeball. She turned to the teacher and bowed, giving her a shaolin salute. “It was a pleasure, ma’am.” The teacher smiled, waving at Salieri while telling the kids that “real trainer battles are different than practice”. That was the lesson of the day.

The doors opened, and Sal stepped back into the sun. Pulling out her journal once more, she began to write once more.

I beat every single kid in there. Not one of them had the Trio Badge. Winning was great, I even got to stand on a desk with a cool pose and everything. But it's not enough. I won’t get stronger until I leave this city. My potential is limited here. I’m positive the trainers and pokemon along this trip will be much tougher than Chili, and he wasn’t easy to defeat. I’ll be out of this place soon.

She stopped at the end of the road next to the gym, seeing that it led to a grassy path. Over the trees, she could make out parts of an industrialized building or lab of some sort. The sign on the path that led to this area said “Dreamyard.”

But first I want to check out this “Dreamyard” thing.

Kijin blinks then looks at the women who would answer the door, he would blink a little to look at her surprised that she was here. He would nod lightly before responding,"Oh...uh no...I don't...think, i'm here to see the gym leader." He says looking at her feeling his chest speed up a little but knew it wasn't because of affection but something else his hand would quickly move up to his chest gripping himself lightly before looking at her with a soft look on his face. His emotions didn't really say much else but there was no sign of disrespect.
