Saiyu stepped into the small, stone building.
Its think musty scent filling her nostrils, it was almost heart breaking having to stay in another enclosed space but it was a nessicary precation.

Shaking her head with a deffeted smile Saiyu trotted over to Zil
"can i borrow a comunicator...i need to contact shadow and i...sorta left mine back in the city"

Zil looked over to Sai going, "Oh! Ah, you can borrow mine then." He said, removing the earpiece and the communicator in his pocket, giving it to her. "Oh! And if you're probably worrying about shadow, don't. She'll be fine by herself!" He said with his thumbs up in his usual happy tune.

Monica sighed, having heard what Damien said and muttered in a way he would hear, "Well, that's a first." She was on her way to her office when Jian came rushing to Damien's office. "How boys will be boys. I can't believe they were nothing but mere insects to me back in school." She shrugged. "Well, I was prom queen in my batch if that says anything." The guards followed behind her as she went back to her office to examine a few more documents.

Kyrell followed behind reluctantly but he quite enjoyed Zil's chants about Diethelm and the absolute leader. Perhaps it was time for him to grow up as well if he wanted to be taken seriously but there was no going straightforward with Zil because he always beat around the bushes when it came to details which the prince didn't exactly like.

Saiyu grinned and took the comunicator, stuffing it in her ear she set the frequancy and meandered back outside the base.
"Shadow are you there? its ally cat...." Leaning on the wall the red head folded her arms behind her head, shadow always took a while to answer and the face that she had been missing from the appartment that night so it was possable she hadn't come back yet.

Damien calmed down and began thinking. "Yeah, I'll need scientific proof first, though I can tell that they're geniuses. They must have inherited that from me if it is true the are my children. I think I could use their intelligence as an advantage. Think of that little spider mechanism and then think of what it could do if we implemented it in the war. Helmshire might surrender so much sooner" the Absolute Leader said, almost getting giddy at the last part of potential war technology. He then turned back to Jian. "I want you to go escort them down to the medical area and oversee the DNA collection. Make up a reason for the collection. Tell them it's to make sure that they're really ethnically Diethelmian or something. Just don't reveal that it's to see if I'm the daddy. Then escort them back to their cells until I figure out what I want to do with them. I'm unsure about the adoption thing. I'll have to think about that" Damien ordered. He then cringed at the texture of his uniform. "Ugh. But first I need a new shirt. This one is full of sweat" he griped.

"Of course. I'll see to it that no one knows. By the way, how do you want me to deliver the results?" Jian asked.

The twins sat silently in their cells, nervous about what would happen to them. They clinged onto each other, but neither cried as long as they were with the other.

"Do it personally. I don't want anyone else seeing the results, just in case it is true. Do you know how much of a commotion it would cause among the generals? Also, do something to the doctors to make sure that they stay silent about it. Threatening execution always seems to work" Damien said. He then ordered another uniform to be sent to his office and a servant to replace the medals.

"Of course. I'll bring it right away." Jian said, with a bow and left with a sense of urgency. He went down to the cell, followed by a few guards, and saw the two kids sitting nervously on the cell.

"A-are we going to get sent to a concentration camp?" Vincent asked.

"No." Jian said. "The Absolute Leader had a... stressful morning. He's actually very interested in your work and is willing to forgive you."

"Really?" Valkyrie replied with disbelief. The two looked at him with suspicion but also with relief.

"Yes, but before we think about a clear resolution, we would like to do a few basic blood tests and paperwork and so we can register both of you in our security database."

"But we already had that stuff done when we entered the academy." Vincent replied, confused. "I thought all of that stuff got transferred from the academy to the military database."

"Ah, yes, but we always take another sample to confirm it. Besides, you don't want to stay in that cell do you?" Jian said. The twins looked at each other, then back at him before standing up. "Follow me." Jian ordered. The twins followed him out the door and into the medical clinic. There, a doctor jumped up, alarmed by Jian's presence.

"H-head General! I- is it your-" The doctor started, thinking Jian's wound reopened.

"I'm fine. I need you to run a blood test on these two." Jian ordered.

"Of course." The doctor said, looking over the twins, who were hiding behind Jian's leg, shooting him evil glares. "Sit on the bed. It will only take a minute." The doctor said, pulling out two vials. He took the twin's blood, much too their disgust, and labeled the tubes.

"How does this work." Jian asked, walking over to the machine.

"Well..." The doctor started. "The blood sample goes here, and you select what you're comparing the blood to."

"What can it check?" Jian asked.

"Oh, if they have Diethelm blood, it can trace if two people are blood related, it can also scan for their blood types and such."

"How do you print?" Jian asked.

"This button." The doctor said.

"And how about the history?" Jian asked.

"Unless you save it, there is no history recorded in the system." The doctor replied.

"I see. Could you... leave the room for a few minutes? Better yet, keep an eye on them, and make sure no one knows I was here." Jian warned.

"Umm, of course sir!" The doctor said, both confused and slightly alarmed. He turned behind the curtain to watch the kids as Jian ran the tests. He compared both samples to Damien's DNA, and both came out positive. Jian swore under his breath as he printed out the results and slipped them into his pocket. "Is everything alright, sir?" The doctor asked.

"Yes." Jian replied, taking a deep breath. He closed out of the data to delete it, then walked over to the children, putting up a smile. "Ok, kids, the test is over. After everything is settled, I'm sure the Absolute Leader will send you back home. Guards, escort them back to the cell, but don't be rough. They're still kids." Jian said, but he said it more for the fact that they were related to Damien. The soldiers nodded, and took the nervous children away as Jian headed back to Damien's office. Hesitantly, he walked up to the door and gave a strong knock.

Damien had his new uniform on with the medals pinned to it. His old shirt was taken to be washed and the rest of the suit to be pressed. "State name and reason for knocking. It better be a good one" Damien stated. The whole idea that he had kids had put him into a sour mood.

"It's Jian, and I have the 'paperwork'." Jian replied, trying to be discrete.

"Enter" Damien commanded. Once the Chief General was in, Damien immediately ordered him to hand over the results. He hoped that the story was just made up. "Let's see the news" he said as he stuck out a white gloved hand. The expression on Jian's face was not a promising one and that made Damien uncomfortable, even more so.

Jian walked in, looking very pale, and handed him the two pieces of paper from his pocket, each with the data comparing the samples to Damien's DNA and confirming their blood relation. Jian said nothing, not knowing how his friend would react.

Damien took the papers and looked at them for a moment. His hands began shaking a little and he placed his face on the desk. He then took the papers and began slowly tearing them down the middle until they both ripped in half. He then clenched the paper in his hand and chucked it. He stood up, walked over to a chair and shoved it onto the floor while shouting "dammit!!!". He wanted to scream and rave and break things, but he knew people outside would hear and would inquire as to what was going on. After a bit of storming around, Damien finally was able to calm down. He turned to Jian. "So what now? Do we just send them back and pretend this never happened?" he asked.
