"I think I'll be keeping an eye on that guy. Something deliberately evil about his actions," Mikey said as he walked toward Koyuki and Yu. "You two alright?" He asked. Then He offered his hand to shake. "My name is Mikey. Shane and Dad call me Michael though."

The difference between the good guys and the bad guys
Entering into Kael's classroom Kai looked around as he walked inside. A chair was sitting infront of the teachers desk one he presumed was for him or Xandra. Walking towards it Kai sat down as he looked down at Xandra patting his lap to get her to jump up into it. While he knew she would likely do so without the coaxing he still wasn't quite used to the fact she was his guardian and not simply an odd colored cub. "Where do you think he is" he asked to her as he looked around the room. Nothing was different save for a door near the back was open and a light was on inside.
Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.

Xandra hopped up onto Kai's lap and curled up, noting the open door toward the back of the room. She may have looked relaxed, but she was on high alert. "Probably in there," she said.

Koyuki just smiled gently at Mikey as she shook his hand. She didn't want to freak out or startle another person with her abilities. Now especially was not the right time for it either.
"We're fine, but we don't have time for greetings right now." Yu said as he glared at Kojo and Luca from a distance.

"Wrong" Kael said as he stepped from what seemed nearly like the shadows of the students as he reached a hand out dragging it over Kai's face as he walked past him to his desk. "Now then Guardian hop up on the desk so I can get this over with" Kael said as he sat in his chair and looked at the two of them.

Xandra hissed, wanting to swipe at the shadow Kael had pulled over Kai's face but not wanting to hurt Kai. "What did you do to him?" she demanded.

"Nothing" Kael said wondering what she was talking about. Looking at Kai he was the same as he was when he had sat down just a bit more nervous. "I care little about the boy currently you are the one I am wanting to see now I said up on the desk" Kael said as Xandra was forcefully moved from Kai's arms to the desk by a whip of wind. "You have been at least partially so effected with a voodoo spirit" he said simply reaching his hand out to the cat as it seemed to become a mist and pass thru her pulling out the spirit that had linked to her for a moment before he let go and it returned to her. Now he was simply toying with the cat to see what she would do. He could have simply ripped it from her there and then and devoured it's essence but would have a bit of fun.

Xandra hissed and jumped back, bristling. "What the hell!" she yelled. When she'd been connected to the voodoo doll spirit, it hadn't hurt. Just startled her. What Kael had just done hurt!

"SILENCE!!!" Kael yelled seemed to warp somewhat before returning to normal. He was losing his patience with this guardian and her inability to shut up and learn. "I am teaching you something you close minded child. Keep your mouth closed or I shall simply allow the spirit to do it's mischief on you" Kael said simply as he stood up looking to Kai for a moment. The boy tho still quiet was holding one of his hands in a fist as he glared at him. Good it showed at least that he cared for his Guardian.
"Now then as I was saying you have been cursed in a way" Kael said as he looked down at Xandra. "To undo it there are ways of going about it that are arduous and tedious but fortunately this school has another means of doing it" Kael told them with a smirk as he crossed his arms looking down at the cat. "What you just felt was the spirit being separated partially from you. The method I plan to use is a sure fire way to remove it tho it will be painful" the lich told them as he looked down at the children. "As such I am forced to abide by the rules and give you an option of painful or painfree and blah blah blah" Kael said as Ama next to him shook her head disapprovingly at his actions.

For a moment, Xandra hung her head, but she quickly looked back up and met Kael's gaze. "I can take pain if it will allow me to continue to protect Kai without interference from some malevolent spirit," she said. "However, it looks like Lady Amaterasu doesn't approve, sir."

"While I don't approve of his methods or his manner of it he is right" Amaterasu said as she looked at Xandra. "As a lich he can easily absorb or devour the spirit that infests you in a mere moment's where as to remove it by other methods it is undetermined how long it will take" She said looking at Kael with a bit of a growl. "Leave your theatrics for a later time Kaelthas and remove that which plagues this child" the goddess told him before looking back to the children. As was the case she always put the welfare of the one's she considered under her charge into high regards.
"Fine fine" Kael said shrugging slightly as he shook his head. She had as usual killed a good deal of his fun but it had for the most part run it's course. "If I don't your keeper might try to glare me to death" he noted pointing for a moment to Kai. Returning hsi attention back to Xandra as he reached forwards stopping his hand just in front of her. Thrusting his hand thru her once again this time he did not stop as a shriek came from the voodoo soul as it was fully severed from her and clenched tightly within Kael's hand. Clenching it tighter it suddenly seemed to shatter all the pieces swirling around him for a moment before being sucked into his body and turned into nothing more but magical energy.
"Delicious" he muttered as he looked at Kai who had reached out and grabbed Xandra right after he had pulled the spirit out of her. "Now then you can be going now and be wary of your little voodoo friend. I don't want to have to make a habit of doing this" he said waving his hand to dismiss the children all the while getting a disapproving look from Amaterasu.

Xandra had clenched her teeth so as not to shriek like the spirit had. She nipped at Kai's hand, barely scratching his skin. "C'mon, let's go," she said quietly.

"Yea" Kai whispered as he looked back to Kael for a moment then picked Xandra up and started to leave the class. His clothing shifted somewhat from something unseen underneath it as he slowly calmed himself. He had nearly attacked Kael for the pain he was putting xandra thru but had for the moment held himself back. He didn't like how the teacher seemed to have thought it was funny at all.
