Alot really. Lets see here.
Speed of the threads, how sharp are they, how much damage can they take, do they conduct electricity, what are they made of, how far can they reach, Since they come from the body do they have the same properties of flesh/muscle/sinew/tissue.

*shrugs* The attack itself says the threats flatten out and become as sharp as shuriken while traveling through the air to their opponent.
The threads are what keeps Setsuna's body together, each thread is as long as Setsuna is tall.
Other than that, that's all I know it says. The threads are just threads.

@Ruhi. Alright what I have found is that the threads are made of sinew in his body. I suggest we go with that. Sinew is a very tough material that is used in the body to bind muscles to bone. He makes them over time by mixing chakra with the sinew in his body to create more of it and allow him to use it as he does. Sinew has the normal conductive properties of skin and muscle so that is what I vote, its the same as normal.

Think of it this way, electricity go through humans better than it does the air because we are mostly water @Mushi O.O Wow totally had that one pegged wrong XD Like you dont drink.. at all O.o

Az, I'm looking at Narutopedia right now and it doesn't say anything about the threads being like sinew.
