I'm thinking about the changes I could make so everyone see's it as fair. ._.
Well, about the Utsuro Fuuin, it doesn't take up half a slot, the editing techniques for it do.
Yes, the seal is made to do three different things, but Shiki still has to pay the proper amount for each action. So basically
[320] Chakra used for Blank Seal -> You can possibly do....two S-rank explosions/barriers/empower's.
Bleh, it requires much more work. > . <

It's all good, Azei. I'm still proud of how easily it ******** with people. 'Specially since they have five posts before they even get used to one state, in which case, I can flip to another. xD
So when they think they've figured out that they can't use powerful chakra consuming techniques and then next, they're being pulverized by high power ninjutsu, because I've flipped to the state of control. xD

In which case, you've got fifteen posts to avoid a swirling storm of fire and steel. Little fun spiel, Zay will always have an advantage, since he's got access to the bloodline moves. xD
