Yep. Now I just need to teach my character Rasengan, maybe Chidori, another taijutsu style, a bukijutsu style, get him up to the right stage for the taijutsu styles he already knows, and teach him Sekiha Tenchikujoken. xD
This is Sekiha Tenchikujoken.
Character: Shunketsu Arashi
Technique Name: Ranton: Sekiha Tenchikujoken
Rank: Varied, A to learn
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Storm
Description: This technique was created by Shun because of his need for a powerful, long-range attack. To use this, he puts his left hand over his right hand and gathers chakra into the palms of his hands. Soon after, the chakra turns into a dense ball. He thrusts his hands forward, sending the ball flying out at great speeds. The effect of the ball depends on how much chakra is put into it.
Note: Although the attack is normally shot out of his hands, it doesn't have to be. To use this technique without throwing it, Shun must first learn Rasengan.
5 chakra: E rank. Very weak, has enough chakra to push someone back.
10 chakra: D rank. Weak, feels like a strong punch.
20 chakra: C rank. Average, can break bones and burns on contact.
40 chakra: B rank. Strong, can break many bones and creates third degree burns on contact.
80 chakra: A rank. Very strong, explodes on contact as well as breaking many bones and creating third degree burns. Leaves a hole where the attack hits.
160 chakra: S rank. ???, A much, much stronger version of the A rank. The attack can break every bone in a person's body, as well as create fourth degree burns. It also explodes on contact, with just the explosion being enough to kill someone. Leaves a hole where the attack hits.
Another note: The explosion only goes forward, allowing Shun to use it at close range.

Yeeeep. That's why I'm waiting until Shin actually says accepted to start learning it. Cause he just said "Smokey dokies" when I posted it and I'm not sure if he was talking to me. xD

Mag, It's all good. I'd still advise setting stage three in another post. xD
And consequently each stage its own post after that. Tis how I've got Kin training.
Oath; Yeah... That S rank is pretty ridiculous, considering a hole isn't very easy to work with. You pretty much made a move that is "I hit you, I win." You'd have to be a jiongu to survive it.
Frankly, I think I've got the only OC in the guild that could prevent you from using it.

@Mana: Depending on where the attack hit, I think I could even kill a Jiongu in one hit. sweatdrop Anyways, the hole part is probably what I'm going to get rid of if Shin tells me to weaken it a bit.

Oath; That's a bit sad. You're saying your going to push the boundary to see what you can get away from, instead of actually maintaining a skill which you think is a bit over powered?

@Mana: Um...not exactly. I just really suck at making custom jutsu that matches its rank. I usually end up making it much weaker than necessary, so this time I tried to make a jutsu that's stronger. I went a bit overboard, though. sweatdrop
