Well first off of course is the neutrality pact. If our Empire decides to take aggression against a neighbouring land, your kingdom has to promise to stay out of it. The same thing will happen if your kingdom takes aggression against a neighbouring land. We will stay out of it. However, should a neighbouring land take aggression against you, if you need help from us, we will come. If we need help from you, you must come. However, I can assure you that we can hold our own. Consider us your kingdom's big brother in protection.

As you wish. *council members enter* Ah, here they are. These are the council members and sages who represent each of Hyrule's races. *points to each in turn* Princess Ruto, Water sage of the Zoras, Darunia, Fire sage of the Gorons, Saria, Forest sage of the Kokiri, Nabooru, Spirit sage of the Gerudo, Impa, Shadow sage of the Sheikah, Rauru, Light sage of the Hylians, and I Princess Zelda am the sage of Wisdom.
