Maylee placed her hands in her lap, her chopsticks on the rim of her ramen bowl. She listened to her brother's words. He always was planning things. Some he would tell her. Others he won't just to keep her safe. She looked at him as he gazed sharply at her. Her gave was the same. "I only truely smile when around you." She spoke before reaching for her chopsticks and returning to eating. Slurping in a large amount of noddles and then tapping the rim of her bowl with her chopsticks. "The time will come, Muru. All of us are just waiting for the right moment. All you have to do is tell us when." She kept her voice low enough for only him to hear her. Maylee looked at him. Her eyes soft on him before giving him a soft light smile. "Rakuin is head of the clan. But you are head of the family because father appointed you as such." Maylee slowly turned back to her blow. "I'll follow you to hell and back, Samuru. I promise you that." She wanted to be free from Konoha more than anything. But as long as Samuru was there for her, Maylee could truly be happy in life.

She grabbed another bottle and stood a bit shakily but kept her feet."Yes hes moving along the ranks nicely. Im going to go blow off some steam...You know how to get me if you need me...."she said as Koshi and Shade stood with her. She walked with that bottle in hand down the street, her two lions close behind her.

「 Kazama would survey his surroundings, noticing all the happy couples and siblings enjoying their time in their dear ones company, however, instead of making the male smile, it did the exact opposite. His lips curled into a frown as the thoughts of being alone and not having anybody to cherish and love slowly crept into his mind. Of course, there was several options to choose from, be it all the fan girls or close friends like Takamatsu, Gio, or even the blonde stranger across the way. He sighed. It wasn't until now he noticed the twins not so far away from them. The Uchiha heir gave a faint smile and waved, acknowledging their presence. However, in his mind, he wasn't sure what they were whispering about. If he had to guess it was that they were ordering so many drinks or they were and odd group of people. "Hnn.." With a slow exhale, Kazama would spin himself around to face his bottles of sake before him and gaze upon them wearily, gauging if he wanted to finish them now or take them with him for later.. "Indeed, I suppose I am rising up nicely.." He chuckled softly and continued with, "I'll try not to.. You just try not to fall so far behind.." He let his lips curve into a smirk, no chance of holding it back as he teased his teammate and best friend. 」™

Samuru laughed quietly at May's words about smiling "I know..." he felt....heavy. Her words, while true, added pressure to him that he didn't show. To anyone. Maybe it was lucky that he looked up at this time and saw the black haired boy wave to them "...we need to fit in, Maymay. We should get some friends, don't you think? We'll talk to Raki about all this later." he said quietly, his lips barely moving before he took his ramen and moved from the bar, walking over to the black haired boy and his other male friend "Hello." he greeted the dark one, his voice still low as was his way of speaking. It was more like a distinct mumble but the content was clear. He held his ramen in one hand and extended the other, not giving a hint that this was WAY outside of his comfort zone. He wasn't one to openly engage others but... We have to fit in. All three of us. Even Raki, when he finally has time to be a kid and not a leader. "I'm Samuru Sanmiitai. Genin." he introduced himself.

Maylee knew even the truth of her words were heavy on her brother. Which only caused her to shift in her chair. Maylee looked up as she felt someone looking their way. The boy she placed wager on was staring at the twins and waved at them. Her eyes moved to Samuru as he spoke about fitting in. Make some friends. Friends? Maylee tilted her head slightly to the word. She had her brothers. Why in the world would she need other people in her life. Samuru stood and Maylee moved to where she was looking down at her ramen. Her lips slight puckered as she didn't agree with making friends. Then it was Samuru's greeting to the group that made her slump in her chair. "Crap." She mumbled before taking up her bowl and walked over to the group. Standing next to her brother. "Hey." She greeted them a little more louder than the distinct mumble that Samuru gave. Maylee stood quietly next to her brother. Her dirty red eyes taking in the features of these boys. ...Fit in he says? Make friends, he says. Make allies with people that make me sick, he says... Maylee rose a hand from her bowl and held it near her shoulder in a wave. She was smiling at this point. "I'm Maylee Sanmiitai. Genin." She said sweetly with no trace of her discomfort for making friends.

Uchiha...well. Samuru certainly knew how to pick friends ...don't say anything. Don't. he smiled in return, not seeming to mind being called boy. As Maymay came over and introduced herself, Samuru replied to his question "Seeing as you waved to my sister and I a moment ago, its polite to acknowledge that. Not many people interact willingly with us as well so maybe it was a bit of curiosity." Holy crap. Did that long sentence just come out of his mouth? Even Samuru was a little surprised at how much he'd said but he kept going "Its nice to meet you as well. Aside from curiosity, I was wondering if you could tell us which way to the river? We aren't fully familiar with the area yet." he turned and put his empty ramen bowl on a table, intending to return it to the bar once he'd gotten directions.

The Uchiha's attention would be drawn back to the young male. "Ah indeed. Forgive me for asking such a silly question." Ah, the river. Kazama's favorite place within the village. He used to go there a lot with his mother when he was younger, so you could say it had grown on the young man. He often finds himself going back to that spot when he wished to reflect on thoughts or just relax. "Yes of course, I don't mind showing you myself." The heir would smile again and stand, finish off two bottles of sake and grab another to take on the way with him. "I am ready when you are." 」™

Again, Samuru bristled inside as Kazama called Maymay 'dear', unable to stop a twinge of sibling, perhaps more?, protectiveness "Its all right." he replied, shaking his head a bit for a second then smiled brightly...well, it was brightly for him. It was more like a thin lipped line dragged across his face in place of a smile. To say Samuru didn't smile often was like saying fish needed water to survive "That's-thank you. I hope its not an inconvenience." Samuru bowed at the waist, his eyes half closed as his mind raced. He hadn't wanted this but...We need friends. At least, for now we do... straightening, Samuru grabbed his bowl and then grabbed Maymay's "I'll just return these. Be right back." he said to her, turning and going back to the bar.

Maylee's eyes shifted to Samuru when the dark hair shinobi said he was an Uchiha. She looked back to the one now known as Kazama. The urge to hit him when he called Samuru 'boy' grew like fire inside of her. ...Way to pick our new best friend, Muru... She thought as her eyes drifted to the sake bottles. Drinkers. Great. Not only that, Uchiha's were known for a list of Genjutsu uses. Maylee lowered her hand, that was closest to her brother, and grabbed the hem of his shirt. Maylee looked at Samuru surprised that he spoke such a lengthy sentence to a total stranger. ...Holy crap... She thought. She looked at the Uchiha and lowered her eyes. The triplets were shut ins; Samuru took care of their mother, Rakuin was busy making sure the clan was steady, and Maylee...she was always in the blacksmith work area beating her anger out onto the metals. Everyone had something to do...something useful. Maylee was only good at repairing their weapons. And the times where she wasn't working metals, She would sat on the ledge of the fire place crying. Wishing her family wasn't so broken. They were shut ins. No friends. No parents. No place among the world. Maylee had spaced that she didn't hear Kazama call her 'dear'. She released his shirt as he bowed and released her bowl as he took it. "Alright." She mumbled as he took her bowl and went to the bar to return them. She looked at Kazama and gave him a soft smile. She was bothered by him but didn't show it. She was the brave one of the three siblings. But looking at a Shinobi that could use Genjutsu, it bothered her. "Are you sure it wouldn't take you out of your way?" She asked. "We wish not to be a bother to someone that has so much to do already."

I don't have much left to do today aside from finishing up a few missions. I have done all of my work already. But from this defensive stance on the subject.. perhaps you wish for me not to accompany you and just give directions?" Either way to him was fine. If they took into the fact that the male was standing perfectly fine and took account for how many bottles littered the area that the elder two men of the group were occupying, they should find it amusing how he wasn't drunk. Or possibly thought he was good at acting. Who knows. 」™

She bowed to him slightly.

Maylee cover her mouth as Samuru rejoined them. She was smiling behind her hand as he frowned at her. She cleared her throat and looked at Kazama. "Do too." She directed at Samuru. Maylee shrugged. "We only have us, so our range of friends...doesn't exist." Maylee scratched her cheek at the mention of their friend range. Maylee turned and made her way behind Kazama. Dragging her brother by the wrist in a way of telling him to stay in toe. She looked over her shoulder and smiled warmly at her brother. A real smile that she only allowed him to see. She snickered when the comment of Kazama buying Samuru a map.
