The cart returned sometime after it had left with the group looking a little worse for wear but for the most part all their. One of them had been lost in the journey but the goods were protected and had been delivered. Atsuko would take this free ride back to the inn, still trying to keep his minds off of the events that had transpired.

The note told him to head to the cross roads. A cart had apparently met an odd fate. On his way there the rogue would think about the increase in difficulty of the missions he was being given. From random harassment to attacking shinobi. Part of him was slowly beginning to not care. Kokoro had always taught him to treat others with the respect that they deserve and to never hurt the innocent. She was gone though. The rule had been bent when necessary, but now it was becoming way too consistent. Yet he found himself not caring. "Remember what she told you. Never let your mind stray you away from your heart." He reminded himself yet as he spoke those words he felt anger swell up inside of him. She had left him. Why should he still listen to her words? "It doesn't matter. I need to do this for Atsuko." The words would bring him back to those dark days.
He was wandering alone. After the 'incident' happened, Roxas roamed around barely functioning as a human being. Taking odd jobs here and there while dealing brutality befit only to the most perverse of human beings. The man couldn't keep it going for long, however. Eventually his mind broke and his body gave in. On a normal mission after a runaway Roxas failed miserably. The runaway was nowhere near as skilled as him, but due to alcohol and lack of motivation he was taken down and left to die in the rain. Atsuko would find him and offer him something. A new beginning and a brighter future. Redemption. Is this the past that Roxas actually remembers or the one he chooses to remember? Things are never black in white in the shinobi world.
Roxas snapped himself back into reality upon seeing the wreckage of the abandoned cart. Using his right arm he would pull his sword out of it's back strap holster. He wasn't a sensor and wouldn't be surprised if bandits were waiting on people to fester through the remains. The whole thing could be an elaborate bait. "Hm." Roxas approached the wreckage cautiously. He sifted through it with his sword. The blade he took back from his captor. The one given to him by the ones who sent him away. That part of his past was a complete blur. All he truly had was an eblem on the blade's hilt. No one knew what it meant around those lands. Kokoro didn't know either and she was his greatest source of knowledge in the world. Everything he knew about being a person and not a slave was taught by her. Her words, her lips, her touch, her warmth...
The note told him to pick up a trapper's cage within the wreckage. Why anyone would want such a thing was beyond him, but it was also none of his business. Roxas' focus was getting to know the rogue head and build his way up in order to increase Shishin's influence. He wondered how well Atsuko was doing with his store business. Last time he'd seen his friend the boy was chasing him to act like he was trying to get back the stolen goods that Roxas had taken. Huo and Artemis had gone somewhere while Roxas was passed out. He knew they could take care of themselves so he didn't waste too much thought on their whereabouts. "Oh?" He said as his sword hit something metallic. He had found the cage underneath some wood. It looked like absolute s**t. "These rogues are odd indeed." He mumbled to himself as he bent over to pick it up. Just as he was about to leave he saw something glimmer in the sunlight. "Lucky day." He said before walking towards the ryo. Flipping one of the coins he whistled and made his way to the gates.
The fat man at the gates barely paid any mind to Roxas. That was of course until Roxas showed him the cage. His face practically lit up. The fat man thanked Roxas and motioned to leave until Roxasa asked him something. "Do you know what happened to the cart?" He asked. The fat man's smile disappeared and was replaced with neutral disdain. "You don't ask questions in this line of business. Now get going."

Takumi! The village of Artisans! Where one could make a living off of their trade. It had a much different aura than Sasagi. Toya didn't like it too much and would prefer to not spend too much time there.

Houou arrived at the entrance of Takumi. It had been weeks since he had set off to negotiate with the Mizukage. He was shocked at how different Takumi was from Kirigakure. Standing at the gate, Houou would pull out his radio as he contemplated contacting Roxas before entering the village. Houou wasn't sure where on earth Roxas was, but he knew that they needed to arrange a meeting. Neither of them had heard from Atsuko or Artemis in quite some time. Houou had no doubts that those two could handle themselves, but he couldn't shake this feeling of concern.
Finally stepping out of his crazed train of thought, Houou lifted the radio to his lips. "Tiger, this is Turtle, can you hear me? I need you to meet me at the hideout as soon as possible. I need your help with delivering a message to Atsuko and Artemis." Houou waited anxiously for a reply. As an extra layer of precaution, Houou lowered the volume to the point that only he could hear a response as he places the receiver to his ear.

And just like that the snake found his prey. The mission would have to be put on hold for the moment as a curious proposition reached Toya's ears. In his mind he played out several scenarios in the span of seconds as to what his next move in his rogue career would be. Magnus was trying to keep Toya under his thumb for he knew how dangerous Toya would become eventually. That was the only logical explanation for Magnus' attitude towards him. Sure he'd been arrogant in his performance and rude towards his employees, but that was to show Magnus how fearless he was. Perhaps Toya would have to go back into hiding with Atsuma in order to grow without attraction the attention he desired. Lo and behold the answer to his prayers appeared before him.
Toya would have to sit in the background for a while now.
Atsuma approached Houou completely at a loss. "Oh no no no no." Atsuma mumbled to himself before reaching the man. The gennin was on a mission to gather materials for someone within Suna and how gotten lost along the way somehow. Now he had no idea where he was. "H-Hello there sir. My name is Atsuma Ket. I...I've seen to have become lost you see I'm from Sunagakure and well I heard you were in need of help to deliver a message of sorts. Me myself I was taught to never ask for handouts. I think every shinobi should forge his own destiny with the strength of his own will and sweat of his brow. I can help you with your ordeal and in return you help me go back to Suna! Who knows you might even be rewarded by the Kazekage! She must be worried about me even though I am on a solo mission." Atsuma's eyes showed innocence and desperation.
His actions were all conducted like an orchestra of the most talented musicians. Not a single wasted movement. Toya would learn more about these people and use them as cover from Sunagakure since Magnus was so reluctant to help him.

As Houou awaited response from Roxas, a young man approached him with a distressed look on his face. Houou never thought twice about helping a kid in need, and this was not the place where a child should be left alone to fend for himself. Not even a few weeks ago he was in a similar position, minus having a village to call home. However, sunagakure was out of the option for Houou. This would take so much time out of already busy schedule. And as Roxas was the only member of Shishin to have a communicator, Houou was out of options if that troublemaker wasn't answering. He suspected that Roxas was waist deep in enemy territory, having a slug fest with a handful of enemies. "its a pleasure Atsuma, you may call me Turtle. Listen, if I had the time, I would gladly escort you to Sunagakure, however I'm on a very tight schedule. Your offer is enticing, but I have a special request for this mission. It will require you to wait patiently until one of my friends arrives at a remote location to the north. Then and only then will you have an escort back to Sunagakure. If you can agree to these terms then follow me, I don't have time to waste at the moment."
Houou flashed a quick yet sincere smile as he made his way back through the gates and departed for the northern mountains.
It didn't even take a full half of the day for this pair of merry twinbros to get to the location they set out for, but they were panting and layered in sweat. Lucky for them, they wore clothing that was more than well vented paired with powerful deodorant and anti scented soap. As they breathed deep, naturally it was Jeon who spoke to the girl while Jay too absurdly deep breaths. "Alright Ada, you'll be safe enough here. Go grab what ya need and meet us back here when you're done. We have a few things to grab while we are here." Jay nodded, giving the girl a thumbs up. They'd probably be on their way a little after the girl.

She dispersed her magnetic field and flawlessly landed after taking a few steps forward to slow her momentum. She put the letter away again as Jeon said exactly what she hoped to hear. "Sounds like a plan to me." Ada nodded to the twins then went on her own way toward the Wood and Iron shop where her invitation awaited.

__ Migi and Hidari were stored in the seals on her gloves' palms along with the rest of her metal sand supply. With her primary motive for coming to Takumi done she returned to the gates of the Village of Artisans to wait for her comrades. She wasn't much of one for sightseeing or dilly-dallying so she'd just quietly loiter here until it was time to leave.
