Yoshi blinked and pondered for a moment, "Neither did your mom." She brought up, "I didn't hear her use any suffixes. I use them, sometimes but not always. Oh... I forgot to leave a note for Hikaru-chan." She frowned, bonking herself on the head and hoping Hikaru was doing okay. She's probably having fun, working at that restaurant. She gasped softly at the surprised grasp around her waist and being pulled towards Theo, her tanned freckled cheeks flushed a bright pink as he gave her a light pat on her a** as she hears him that he was just messing with her and that she doesn't need to be all flustered. "Oh, I could say the same to you, Theo-sensei, especially back at the dojo." She smirked as there were few moments that she had caught him with his cheeks slightly pink. "I'm aware.... I should also think of options.. such as what if I can't use my bloodline? Or any of the ninjutsu? Taijutsu? I need to have... a bit more choices." It got cold pretty quick and cloudy as well as she rose an eyebrow and glanced up towards the sky, smiling at the clouds. The snow disappears into her white hair cause it blended perfectly. "Really, Theo?" She questioned towards him as she laughed softly, her arms going across her chest. It was cold but this was nice so she wasn't going to complain about the cold. "Is this your way of saying you are happy to be with me?" She teased slightly towards him.

Theo laughed when Yoshi suddenly started adding the honorific suffixes and stuff to her speech. “Yea, yea... I know my mind wanders off here and there and I start blushing slightly too, whatever.” When she mentioned having options in case she couldn’t use something, Theo nodded , “Yea... that’s why I put so much time into training taijutsu and buki jutsu.... I’ve been sent behind enemy lines with my chakra sealed away so I could pass for a civilian, so needed to know ways to protect myself... and during one of the UHV attacks on the village they dropped in some tech spires that made us unable to use ninjutsu... kind of a rough time for a ninjutsu specialist like me...” he chuckled slightly, remembering the frustration of that battle.
When she gave him a hard time when he made it snow, Theo mentally bonked himself on the forehead, he’d forgotten that he’d showed her that snow was one of the things he could create. When he saw her huddled up and cold, Theo stopped for a minute and pulled his robe off, draping it around her shoulders. “Here, this should help keep you warm... and I’m just happy in general, happy to get out of the village for a little bit, and yes, definitely happy to be with you.” He’d say the last bit with a little extra emphasis before leaning down to give her a kiss. After a few seconds, he’d break away, “Unless you’d rather I get rid of the snow....?I thought it could be fun to play around in along the way.” He’d say with a smile. He was having fun, he just didn’t want to upset her or make her uncomfortable.

Yoshi smirked when he had admitted that his mind wanders off here and there, she was more curious to how much does it wander off and where. It seemed they had the same thought to always have a backup plan and she let out a sigh when he brought up about UHV having the technology to make it unable to use ninjutsu. If that happened.... she would be useless as a healer shinobi with no knowledge of Eiseijutsu. She would need to think about taijutsu and bukijutsu on that, alone.
When the robe rested on her, Yoshi smiled brighter, "Thank you." She gently brought it towards her nose as she takes in a soft inhale. Yep. Definitely smells like Theo. Happy in general, happy to be out of the village, before she could ask why he was happy that he was out of the village, he brought up happy with her and leaned in for a kiss as she was happy to oblige. Her hand slid up to the side of his face as she stroke his cheeks which were a bit stubbled and she didn't mind. He pulled away first as she pouted slightly then sighed, "Yes, let's not get distracted here, on a road. Or we'll never get there," teased Yoshi as she shook her head, "No! I think it's amazing and wonderful. And now your robe is keeping me warm." She leaned into his side, her side pressed up against him as they walked together, her arms wrapped around his arm as much as her short self could, and held his hand. They continued to walk as she looked up at the sky with a smile on her face that would make the white snow jealous. Her head went back forward so she can keep an eye on the road ahead as she sighed softly, wanted to say something that was on her mind for a bit, "Do you think I should seek out to find my biological father," she asked out of the blue and all the sudden.

Theo’s smile widened when he saw Yoshi’s smile at having his robe, chuckling softly when she brought it to her face and said it smelled like him. “I’m glad you like it, and that it’s keeping you warm... sorry I didn’t much think about the cold, it doesn’t really have much effect on me...” feeling her hands hold his cheeks as they kissed, Theo couldn’t help but smile during it before Yoshi said they’d never get to Takumi if they kept getting distracted, then hugged his arm to her chest, holding his hand in hers as she smiled brightly up at the sky. Seeing and feeling this, Theo couldn’t help but smile even bigger, his happiness even making the snow start falling a bit heavier, swirling in small flurries around them as they walked. When he felt her sigh, Theo would look down, staring into her eyes, only glancing up occassionally to make sure he didn’t run into something. Hearing her question, he would take a slow breath, thinking. “That’s...... up to you, really... I can understand the curiosity, and if you wanted, I wouldn’t mind helping you if you decided to ... but at the same time, does it really matter? The man that raised you as his daughter, whether or not he knows you aren’t his blood biological kid, I’m sure loves you.... even if some other guy got your mom pregnant, is the one that helped her raise you and cared for you as his own not your dad?” Theo would sigh softly, he could understand her curiosity, but he knew exactly who his parents were, even though he was already a teenager and a chuunin in the village before he actually met his own mother, him having been grown in his dad’s science lab.

Yoshi shook her head as she bumped into Theo on purpose, "Stop apologizing. It's fine. I remembered you were a Hyouton and I know you didn't mean to." She said with a smile to reassure him that she was fine. She noticed it was snowing heavier but she was still enjoying it. When they got into a serious conversation about her father she sighed softly. "That's it though... I don't think my mother told my biological father about me. Or even told him she was married. For all I know, he doesn't know I exist. And my dad, the one who raised me, also had no idea of her infidelity." Her gripped tighten around his arm a bit as she sighed, "I'll always love him of course. He's the one that raised me. But Theo, if you slept with a woman which you didn't know was married at the time and gave birth to your child, wouldn't you want to know? Or it's best to remain in the dark?" She questioned him, wondering what he would think considering he's a male, female and male perspective towards children are different.

Theodin would listen to what Yoshi had on her mind, mulling it over in his head for a while as they walked after she finished. After a few minutes, he’d sigh softly and finally start to respond. “That.... kinda depends, would you want your biological father to become a potentially active part of your life or would it be more of a meet and rarely if ever talk again kinda thing? Cuz, if I suddenly had a fully grown adult come up to me and say they were my kid from some random hook up like 20 years earlier, I’d personally feel like a total piece of s**t for not being there for the kid all those years, even if I had no idea they existed up til that moment. Not gonna say for sure that that’s how your biological father would feel or react, for all I know the guy might not give a damn he’d had a unknown kid for the better part of twenty years, I can only speak for myself in that hypothetical.” Theo would pause for a few moments, taking another slow breath, “The other thing to consider is the effect on the man that’s been your dad all these years. How would he feel if you go and find your biological father, and that man decides to try and become active in your life, or even just the sudden shock after all these years of finding out that he isn’t your actual father and that his wife had been unfaithful. Best case scenario for him, he finds out he isn’t actually your father, his trust in your mom is wrecked and a potentially big part of his life is wrecked... worst case he’s got all that plus the guy his wife slept with hanging out to spend time with the child that he did all the work of loving and raising for all those years. It’s kind of an emotional minefield to me....” Theo would pull Yoshi tighter against his side for a moment as they walked, “In the end, it’s your family, it’s your decision... but as a man, that’s how it looks to me.... it might not happen like that at all, I dunno... but yea.... it’s a tricky situation to navigate....”

For few minutes there was no respond. Yoshi wasn't sure if that upset her or relieved her. Maybe he was thinking it over or did not wish to answer? It wouldn't matter, the slightly tanned female decided to drop it if he didn't answer. Yet, he surprised her once more when he started to answer. Yoshi listened while they walked and he was saying what she was already thinking. "Thank you. I was thinking the same things with more scenarios, to be honest, but for some reason, listening to you putting it out there... it seemed to help me." She said with a smile as she noticed something. The robe that was dragging behind her was building up a pile and she had an idea. Gently, she pulled away from his arm slightly but still held his hand, "It is. Wouldn't wish this situation on anyone... and I don't want to crush dad's heart. On one hand, I want to know if someone is cheating on me. On the other hand, it's already been 20 years... ugh. This sucks." Yoshi grumbled then sighed. "So." She stopped and then knelt down, her hand slipped between the robe as she started to form a snowball behind her back that Theo can't see. Then suddenly, she threw it, aimed at Theo's arm as she laughed before running off and her hands were on the shoulders of the robe to keep ahold of it cause with the robe being much bigger than her, she didn't want it to slip off since she needed it for warmth.

Listening to Yoshi talk about how she was thinking roughly the same way he was, Theo would nod slightly, “Yea, I came up with a few more scenarios too, just didn’t feel a need to lay out every possibility.” He’d say with a soft chuckle. He’d feel her pull away from his arm, but still keep a hold of his hand and he’d look over at her with a slightly curious look as she finished talking. The higher ranked shinobi noticed she had an arm behind her back, thinking maybe she was looking to see if he hid anything in the pockets of his robe or something when her hand came back out holding a snowball, hitting him in the arm with it before running off laughing and holding on tightly to his robe, which was threatening to easily be dragged or otherwise fall off of her due to the huge size difference.
Theo laughed when he felt the snowball hit him. He had been wondering if Yoshi would want to do something like that or if she was going to be all serious, even though he was enjoying having her hugging his arm as they walked. “Sneak attack, huh? ... Well alright.” He’d say through a laugh as he scooped up a handful of snow and threw it at her back, scooping up a second one pretty much as soon as the first left his hand before he ran after her.

Heard him questioned about the sneak attack she called out behind her, "Yep! You said I had to learn how to be less serious... Though, still kind of difficult." They were traveling. Should they put their guards down or something so silly? They weren't children. But there was something in Theo's laugh and his smile that made her wanted to do this more and push the worries of them traveling to the back of her mind. 'If we do get attacked, we'll cross that bridge...' Yoshi mentally told herself. Felt a thud at her back, it wasn't that painful thankfully. Sort of stings. Though, knowing Theo, it could've been a lot worse. Hopped off to the side of the road and hid behind a tree. "No fair! You're much stronger and faster than me." Yoshi pouted.

Theo chuckled a bit when he saw the snowball hit Yoshi in the back as he got his second volley ready to launch. He had a slight sense that she was still somewhat concerned with the possibility of them being attacked while having fun, but smiled cheerfully, “I know, I’m glad you’re able o relax and just have some fun. And remember, if something happens and we get attacked… this storm is mine to control, pretty much anyone below sannin level doesn’t have much chance.” Seeing her hop off the road and hide behind a tree, he heard the pout in her voice when she claimed that it wasn’t fair that he was stronger and faster than her. “That’s life, sweetheart, sometimes you gotta figure out how to work against the odds.” He thought about how he could use his wind techniques to curve a snowball around the tree and get her, or just make the snow fly straight at her, but felt that wouldn’t be fair. Instead, he would duck down next to a tree across the road from hers, quickly building up a small wall of snow the he could hide behind and throw snowballs over. Once he had that, he would stand quickly and throw his second snowball as well as a third to fly by her tree on both sides at about chest level to Yoshi.

"I know, but being attacked doesn't make it any less fun. Prepared or not." Yoshi called out to him in regards to her being slightly worried about it. It couldn't hurt after all! Course Theo was taking it in stride, he was a frickin Jounin while she was a genin. Despite his reassurances that he's there for her, blah blah, but he was going to have her see how she can handle it first before he stepped in. Just how much would Theo let her learn how to handle it? Heard his comment, a roll of her pale eyes was so hard that one would wonder how it didn't get stuck. If he really wanted her to figure it out, then fine. Let's do it. Yoshi closed her eyelids as she started to do slow breathing. Something her mother had taught her. Meditation at an early age. Just the thought of her mother, Yoshi had to calm herself down. It seemed that she still needed some time to process her mother's betrayal. Not now, she thought to herself. Slow inhales and longer exhales She was trying to remember her mother's handseals. What were they... the room in her mind was becoming clear. She can see her mom standing there and her mouth was moving but there were no words. It wasn't the words she was trying to focus on, it was the hands. She can hear the snowballs hitting the tree with loud thunk sounds. This did not distract her. She finally remembered her clan's version of body flicker, but what of the other one she wanted? Everything slowed down around her. She watched her mother's hands and it wasn't the one she was looking for so she had to go to a different memory. Ah yes. This was when Yoshi got in trouble at the academy and locked herself in her room but of course, that did not stop her void mother. After her mother went through the wall and they got into an argument, Yoshi demanded to know what was the handseals for the clan technique her mom did to invade her privacy and not to mention didn't give her enough time for the young Yoshi to process. There. Finally, she remembered the handseals she needed to. Just like that, everything in the world had sped up. Her chakra starts to surround and engulf her body. She did the hand seals. Opened her eyelids, she smirked as she did a body flicker, which left a trail of the mist of her ethereal blue and she was on top of the branch, was rather difficult because, in this, she can go through. It helped to be a shinobi after all! The moment her feet had touched the branch, she did another set of hand seals, and just like that, her body was covered in her void black but ethereal blue with few specks as if it's stars. If he threw any snowballs at her, it wouldn't affect her, instead, it would go through. "So, I have to work against the odds?" She questioned. She wasn't trying to mock Theo, but have him eat his words in a way. The snow-white-haired female played the waiting game. She waited patiently for the opportune moment of gaps between the snowballs. Not only that, she watched his body language for any tattletale signs of an opening. The moment she does, she becomes physical. Her focus was on the tree but not to break it. Her leg raised as she did a strong sidekick at the trunk, the impact was strong enough. The moment her feet had made contact with the trunk, she did the same hand signs as she originally did, her body flickered out, left a soft trail of mist, hoping the massive snow on the tree would land on Theo.

“Being attacked is no fun… but fighting is sometimes.” He’d say with a laugh before he saw the blueish stream that signaled one of her bloodline techniques. Looking up when he heard the tree rustle he’d raise an eyebrow,”You little b-“ he’d say while laughing before the snow came falling down on top of him. Popping his head out of the top of the snow pile he was buried in,Theo would give his student and new girlfriend a smirk “Not bad…..” he’d say as he performed a handsign inside the snow. A pair of tornados would form n the air on either side of him, their tips dipping into the snow, pulling it up to be sprayed towards Yoshi in a wide cone as it helped Theo excavate himself from the pile. Once he was free, Yoshi would see Theo perform one more handsign and then vanish. In his invisible state, Theo would use his flight jutsu to hover just off the ground, so he could move around without leaving footprints as he went over to stand beside the tree Yoshi was under, kicking it to knock the snow down as he flew back out of the range of the branches.

"Debatable, I'm sure not all fights are fun. I mean there's verbal fig- HEY!" She yelped when he almost called her a b***h. "I beg to differ. Last I checked, I don't have a tail. Or fur." She smirked, being a bit snarky towards him. When the snow pile landed on Theo, she can't help but laughed. Then he summoned a tornado. Yoshi scowled as she realized more and more of who Theo was. Definitely a person who follows the quote 'go big or go home to a T. Yoshi brought her arms up to protect her face as she was too, buried under snow. Wiggled, she crawled herself out. Her pale eyes glanced around to find Theo. Yep. She was right about him so far. With deep slow breaths and did some hand signs, mist spread out from her body and the mist would let her know where each tree, branches, etc are, but it doesn't let her know what's the size or who. She figured that Theo was the only one moving, and sure enough, she found him. Grabbed a snowball, she threw it right where she sensed Theo.
Then her body violently shivered. Not prepared for the cold, Yoshi fully evacuated from the pile of snow as she now had blue lips. "Okay, truce?" She called out to him, her arms crossed as her body was trying to keep itself warm.
Making sure to not make a sound and give his position away, Theo stifled a laugh at her retort to him almost calling her a b***h. Watching her wriggle her way out f the snow pile he dropped on her, he’d smile softly while still being slightly concerned for her as he saw she’d lost his robe in the process. Watching her focus as a mist spread out from her, he ha a feeling it was a sensory jutsu,which was confirmed when she turned and threw a snowball right at the center of his chest. Twitching a handsign he’d disappear from where his position ad appear directly behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and holding her close to his chest/ stomach, his head craned down by her right ear as she asker a truce. “Ending his invisibility jutsu, he’d finally speak, “No fur, eh? Shaved or waxed?” He’d say with a laugh as he led her shiveringform tighter against him. “And of course we can call a truce, wouldn’t want you to get frostbite or hypothermia or something.” Removing one hand momentarily, he’d reach into the snow pile and pull out his robe, throwing it over the two of them. ChanChneling lightning chakra through his body and the robe, the robe and Yoshi’s clothes would dry out quickly from the generated heat. “So, you wanna keep wearing my robe, or should I just get rid of the snow?” He’d say with a warm smile as he held her close.

Heard the thud, Yoshi couldn't help but to smile, as she was rather proud to be able to pull it off. She wasn't sure if it was going to work or not. A whoosh sound and a hard body hit her back as his arms wrapped around her waist and pulled her close, while his hot breath at her ear caused a chill to go down her spine as she shivered a bit more violently. Heard his comment, her cheeks went red that it almost hid her freckles, "Wouldn't you like to find out? Trimmed." It's not like her to hide anything anyways and she was rather a blunt person, "And it's not fur, that's hair." She rebutted. One of his arms was removed as she glanced over to see what he was doing and saw that he pulled the robe out of the snow and there was no way she was going to wear it now. Instead, he threw it over them and channeled lightning chakra as she sighed with relief, thankful that she too, had raiton. "I'll keep wearing your robe. As much as it drags, I don't want you to stop being happy just because for some reason, happy means snow... instead of the sun in your bloodline."
